First of all my bathrobe was stolen 'accidentally' by the housekeeper. They said that they will compensate me. I have emailed them and never received an answer back. Furthermore, the hotel room was dirty, the pillows are so thin that you can't call them pillows. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

This hotel just make up lies. I actually did email them, unfortunately. Because the hotel would call or email me a week after my stay. And now I’m accused of not emailing them to look “good”. This says enough about this hotel. Think twice before you book here.

We had a nice 4-day stay in this hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Our bathroom was clean (enough), so no bad comment on that. Breakfast is good and offers enough choice. They just might add some lactose free dairy! It takes a five minute walk to railway station Park Sansccouci and bus number 695 stops right at the entrance of the hotel. At the reception you can buy bus tickets for Berlin (ABC) and Potsdam (AB). There is also a vending machine at railway station Park Sanssouci for both tickets. At the machine you can pay with card, at the reception in the hotel they only accept cash for the tickets.

According to January 23. The place is relatively clean, and is located close to the train. The room is quite small, and we got 2 beds next to each other instead of a double bed and during sleep the beds kept separating which was not comfortable, and there was no refrigerator in the room. We didn't order breakfast.

The check in was really bad, an old lady was on the reception and she was really rude, i think(not sure)it was because of my not perfect german. The place is nice i would give 4stars, but during the check in i felt so bad that i have to give one star.

The mattresses were completely saggy, the pillows way too soft and thin, the cleanliness was very questionable and the furniture worn and dusty (not for people with allergies!). Water pressure and temperature varied depending on the time of the day...I could go on like this. The staff was nice and helpful though and the price on the lower end of the scale. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

By accident I booked the overnight stay with my family for one week to late on a rate that is usually not cancellable. After talking the the agency where i booked the hotel they told me to pay the full price and then book again for the full price. I called the hotel directly and spoke to a very friendly lady that let ma change the date based on goodwill, as I had notices my mistake immediately. This I call good customer service and a good start into the vacation even though it was my fault. Thank you very much! I will update the review once I was there.

Stayed for six nights. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a very nice variety and tasted good. Only complaint was the carpets were old and damaged, which seems to be normal for European hotels.

2 nights from 18/7-23 I got a good sized standard room with double bed, shower, airconditioning, fridge and WIFI. All, except airconditioning, worked perfectly. Airconditioning is not cooling, but just blowing air. I had to sleep with open windows and I could see the other rooms had to do the same. There is a road just outside, so that gives some noise from cars in the night, but I slept fine. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Hotel got free parking. No restaurent. You can buy drinks in the reception and there is tables outside. Reccommended!

Old, nasty, dirty hotel and certainly not a place I would recommend. Barking dogs in the hotel rooms, children running through the hallways and dirty, shame shame shame

Monday and Tuesday the neighboring restaurants are closed, the receptionist is supposed to know this. Half an hour walking tages care of this problem, each way. Nice and clean hotel.

The hotel was clean and good service, the receptionist at night Shift (From East Africa) was kind and friendly 😊. We will definitely be back someday

Old furniture, old carpet with stains, uncomfortable bed, moldy shower... It was ok, we stayed in worse places, but still... I wouldn't come back.

"I miss this hotel very much. I have to say the hotel & staff were fantastic & very helpful with everything from directions to housekeeping of my room . The hotel itself has all the things needed & rooms are big sizes, bed are comfortable & the facilities on site from sauna to restaurant are very good. The cleanliness of the hotel & room was 10 out of 10 . I would like to thank Marco the hotel reception for his great service & one day will definitely return here.

Place is good for vacation stay with family. But otherwise it's bit outskirt and if you love to see the people and shops around then not a good choice.

My wife and I spent several days here visiting from B.C in Canada. Location was excellent, bus in front of the hotel and train to Berlin a 5 minute walk. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection that could't disappoint. We found the best part of this hotel is it's staff. Friendly, helpfull and efficient, they went out of their way for us. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Ron and Ulli Richards Bella Coola B.C.

Room with no soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbours talking. They could not provide me with an acceptable room so I asked if they would charge me if I move out. They told me they wouldn't and in the morning they charged me. I called them and they said that they know they said I wouldn't pay but the management decided I would. They refuse to return my money and ignore my email complaints. Third world country standards in Germany.
