Nice place at the sea. Very friendly staff and excellent food. The hotel tries to follow the sustainable trend. However, the rooms could be nicer. Also, there was a dissembled mini bar... Nothing to drink bu the glasses and bottle opener remain... Oversize worth visiting.

Extremely far from the attractions of Potsdam and does not offer any transfer to the city (even if you want to pay). Access by tram or bus is more than 1km away and you have to walk in the middle of a road (yes in the middle of cars, two ways and no shoulder). The room has no minibar (which I've never seen in my life). The breakfast was reasonable to bad, as well as the dinner that cost 28 euros and is extremely average to bad. In theory there is a spa service but you can't book it at the reception and you need to call a number and speak German (which is not very attractive to non-German tourists). It is not worth the price at all. If you want to visit Potsdam stay in the centre and do not waste 40 minutes of your life to be so far away and so expensive for nothing.

I reserved a room at the recommendation of online customers. I will never do this again. The room was super small, without a refrigerator and a cooling system . The breakfast buffet was not properly set up nor tasty. I rarely give such low ratings but for 1 night at $165.00 dollars I would have expected better from a hotel in Germany.

Stayed one night in the hotel. Located at the lake outside of Potsdam it looks promising at first. The overall experience was like the old Eastern Germany period, rather military style. Room is fine but feels like on sleeps in an office. Restaurant terrace is nice but the food served sucks. The breakfast buffet spread is typical but nothing special. The indoor pool is a nice experience but the water is so strong of chloride smell. Funny over the pool there is a large wooden bridge built for no reason. Overall very average experience. Won’t return for sure.

Almost everything was perfect. Extremely spacious single room with a small sitting area and a desk to work at. Huge bathroom with a shower and enormous mirror. A restaurant terrace with the lake view and the German beer at the bar were fabulous. Breakfast was tasty but rather a standard one as for the region. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could possibly get a more modern decor and the parking could be free of charge.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice Spa area with relatively big Sauna. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. You can have a nice dinner or drinks at the terrace near the lake. Only the ice cream although good for what it is wasn't up to competing with the many home made ice cream you can find in Berlin. The room was a bit warm so we opened the window, unfortunately there were some guests rather loud until approximately 1 in the morning, closing the windows silenced them. Around the hotel are many nice cycling routes. All in all a good choice for our short weekend trip.

Spent a nice weekend at the hotel, location far enough from the city to relax. The swimming pool and training centre were inviting. The room was large & clean, but the TV was old fashioned and too small. Breakfast was good, but the menu for dinner was a bit meager.

A great place for a secluded meeting yet so close to Berlin and Potsdam. The seaside location enhances an exotic ambience of the hotel. Great venue for events. Public transport access is, however, quite limited. If you plan to go check in late in the night, then you better organize own transport means.

I stayed here in a standard room for 2 nights. Hotel is in remote location , far from public transport or taxi. You better own or rent a car to come here. The rooms were extremely hot ( as my friends were staying in other rooms) in summer with no ventilation system and almost impossible to have a good night's sleep. The food is good. The staff are not very friendly and they don't even have any shuttle to connect the city. Bathroom is not properly cleaned and towels were not changed even when I specifically asked for them.

Very overpriced. Dogs are allowed but then you cannot go to the breakfast area with your dog, just outside, so if it’s raining, good luck! There is clearly a fridge but has been glued shut. There’s no coffee or tea in the room. Also the WiFi is not high speed at all. I really expected more at 165 euros for 1 night. The location is nice and some staff were friendly and spoke English though. Some staff were passive aggressive. 🤷🏻‍♂️. There’s better places for this amount of money.

Ok hotel for a stay in Potsdam. Great location on the lake and good service. The restaurant needs a touch up, under average. Not good value unfortunately. Hens just 3 stars. The hotel it self should get 4 stars

Very comfortable rooms and common areas, nice garden on lake side. Ideal for meetings. The location near the lake is fantastic but a bit difficult to reach by public transport (there is a hote shuttle).

We spent a short vacation of 3 days (2 nights) at the Seminaris SeeHotel Potsdam. Our room was a bit outdated but clean and intact. The breakfast was simple but good. The location is wonderful - only the nearby railroad line is clearly audible. All in all a nice hotel where you can spend a few nights very well.

This hotel reminded me of a vending machine, one that's out in the middle of a paddock If u don't have your own car, don't bother, as it's nearly impossible to get a taxi/rideshare from the hotel, including Potsdam itself

I want to give 3.5 stars!!! This should be the opening of my review. The location at the lake is cool. If you like nature and have a stroll around or by the lake this is the place. While that was nice on the other side to some stores or restaurant you either needed a car or have a longer walk. The room is nice. I liked the decoration and the art inside. I missed the mini refrigerator. The room was clean. The staff at the hotel was always friendly and nice. The hotel is big and the ways are sometimes combined with a little bit if time. The same goes for the parking area. It's nice that the car has a roof over the top. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't say anything about it. What I always hate is to pay for the gym. Why? Before everything else. I didn't use it and I can't say anything about the equipment. When I have to pay for the gym I tried to do different stuff, have a shorter break or use it sporadic. In my opinion paying for fitness and health should be included in the whole hotel price. And in the end this is why I choose the 3 stars or 3.5 over 4 stars.

Make sure you have surplus money to pay foe every thing in the hotel. Almost every service you will have to pay for. Gym, free water, and anything you are use to but not use too
