This
park
is
my
kids'
favorite
and
SO
CLOSE
to
being
a
five
star
park
except
for
a
few
significant
flaws
that
make
it
unnecessarily
frustrating.
Both
my
kids
and
I
love
a
good
splash
pad/playground
combination,
and
this
splash
pad
is
the
best
we've
found
in
the
area
--
there
are
actually
enough
features
to
keep
them
relatively
occupied
and
get
them
soaking
wet.
The
layout
of
the
playground
and
splash
pad
is
awful
for
visibility
and
containing
small
children,
however.
The
only
immediate
access
to
the
playground
from
the
splash
pad
is
a
bridge
straight
onto
the
jungle
gym
--
with
two
young,
fast
children,
it's
obnoxious
to
have
to
either
climb
on
the
playset
itself
when
they
go
darting
back
and
forth
to
watch
them,
or
climb
through
the
bushes,
or
walk
ALL
the
way
around
and
lose
a
lot
of
visibility
of
both
play
areas.
It's
a
terrible
setup
for
parents
of
young
kids
that
need
closer
supervision.
It
could
be
remedied
super
easily
by
simply
removing
one
or
two
bushes
and
adding
access
(stairs
and
a
ramp)
into
the
playground
area.
It's
such
a
poor
design
choice
in
what
is
otherwise
a
great
park.
The
bathrooms
are
the
other
issue
--
there
are
literally
signs
up
at
the
splash
pad
telling
parents
to
take
their
kids
to
the
bathroom
so
they
don't
poop
in
the
water,
but
the
bathrooms
are
a
significant
distance
from
the
play
area
and
are
very
small
for
the
amount
of
people
that
this
park
regularly
gets.
It's
a
potentially
GREAT
park
and
by
far
a
favorite,
but
as
a
parent
of
multiple
kids,
things
make
it
so
needlessly
frustrating.
