Nice complex, fantastic pool, modern new apts, good gym too. We stayed 2 weeks at an Airbnb and really enjoyed it.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at the Marvest condo in Hua Hin. The location couldn't have been better – it's incredibly central, with just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a mere 10-minute stroll to multiple night markets. Plus, having a Baht bus stop right out front was super convenient for getting around. The cleanliness of the building really impressed me, and the security and staff were always friendly and helpful. The fitness room was a highlight – it was spotless, well-air-conditioned, and they even provided cleaning supplies for the machines. All the workout equipment was in excellent condition, making it easy to maintain my fitness routine during my stay. Having a 7-11 right around the corner and walking distance to the walking street was a big plus for quick and convenient shopping and dining options. Overall, my experience at Marvest was wonderful, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located condo in Hua Hin.

Clean and well-maintained condo with good interior amenities. All the staff are friendly. The pool could be deeper and a bit bigger. Still a very good option in HuaHin

Positive: Clean, well-kept area, relatively convenient location, excellent, for the price paid. The pool is perfect, the water is clear, there is a hydromassage. The room has everything you need, bed linen, towels, dishes, napkins, even 2 bottles of water were in the refrigerator. Board, iron, excellent air conditioners, I want a washing machine like this for my home! From the negative: If possible, take a larger room, we didn’t pay attention, there was a lot of furniture and it was cramped, we were banging on the corners. The Wi-Fi password was never found, it wasn’t written on the router, we used our own( There is only one key issued for two people, that is, you can’t move away from each other, you can’t go into the condo without a key, you can’t get out. There is no such thing as a receptionist, everyone in the office is nice, but in the evening we spent half an hour at check-in looking for the key (!), we were warned about the check-in time in advance.

Quiet, clean, 24 hour security, facilities are modern. During the day, shopping malls and hypermarkets can be thought to be too far to walk around. (There is a convenience store right next door, butcher shop and vegetable store) It would be convenient to take a taxi, but the basic fare for a taxi in Hua Hin is 100-150 baht. (even for short distances) I recommend planning well and using a rental car.

Clean, centralized, great pool. Security guards are helpful. Juristic office very helpful.

It is just the best condo residence of Hua Hin built so far. You have access to all the main spots of Hua Hin at walking distance while enjoying calm and Bangkok style 5 stars luxury standards. A big plus the huge swimming pool and jacuzzis.

Great location with Villa supermarket vey close and a 7 11 next door. Nice apartments with good sized pool. Downtown HH and Night Market a short walk and Market Village 10 to 15 mins with lots of transport options.

New nice rooms. Located very centrally. Great pool but unfortunately located in such a way that there is never sun by the pool cold water..
