This is probably the best attraction in the area. Very few tourists going here. Normally just Thai people. Approx 300 steps up to the cave entrance which then opens up to reveal the 2 reclining Buddha's and rows of terracotta monks. There is no tour to this site. You will need to rent a motorbike in Prachuap Khiri khan and visit independently. There is no entry fee. Take a few minutes to checkout the original temple at the bottom of the stairs - the one covered with sea shells. There is a small cave at the back with many Buddha statues inside. There is also a strange rock carving of a Buddha with a sword in his hand. Very nice exciting cave with two reclining Buddha's inside and a collection of sitting Buddha's. Sometimes lights are on inside, sometimes not. Better ask downstairs of they can turn the lights of the cave on. There is also a dog living in the cave but he is harmless and friendly although he approaches you very silently. Take some water with you, the climb to the cave can be hot.

When you get to the top of the stairs, just before you enter the cave, you get a nice view over the bay. The cave is quite big and there are lights you can turn on if you want to. There are bats in the cave as well and it's a peaceful place. Worth a visit!

A nice cave with two reclining Buddhas very close to Wat Ao Noi teak temple. A few steps to climb as usual (be careful the steps are breaking up in places) but the great view of Ao Noi bay at the top is worth it before you enter the cave. The cave is fairly well lit inside it is was we when we visited so you are able to take some nice photos. It's just another good place to visit not far from Prachuap town.

The climb is about 300 steps to the cave entry at the top, not too steep but you do have to be careful in some places where the stairs are breaking up as the previous guy mentioned. And there are several sheltered rest points on the way to the top, with great views of the Bay (kan krata) down below, where many local fishing boats are anchored. If you were hot going up, you'll be relieved with the cool air inside of the cave, which features several spacious chambers, two main reclining Buddhas.

It is a very big cave with reclining Buddha. It is beautiful and the view is stunning from the hill. Definitely a place to visit in Prachuap Khiri Khan

Nothing much to see inside of the cave, but overall the place is beautiful. Great cool place after hot day climb to the cave.
