This is my home. Very big swimming pool with jacuzzi, it's calm, a lot of people don't live here and come just on the weekend time from Bangkok (all car's plates are from Bangkok at the Parking area. The beach is very near (200m) and there are many restaurant in Soi 6 in front of the building. 7 / 11 is 50m from the door on the same side (can walk to it). The only negative point is the bar in front of the building, noisy in evening if you're in building C (I'm here).

Excellent residential complex. Quiet, few people. Of the minuses. A bit far from the center. There is no sea nearby either. Or rather, it is there, but you won’t be able to swim. The pool is cold, the water does not warm up. But the patio is always shaded and cool.

This is totally not recommended the apartments. There are such beautiful pictures on the site that do not correspond with this. Staff speak no English and the only lady who speaks English is arrogant and customer unfriendly. They promise WiFi WiFi does not work. We got an apartment on the 7th floor but the elevator was broken. You are promised that you are close to the beach but at 19.00 the gate is locked and you have to walk around completely. The tap is loose in the room. Around 1 big gang. And complaining you can get nowhere and with solutions is not there in fitness room is 7 minutes walk from the apartment. They give 3 stars to themselves 1 star is not worth it. This is really for the program HELP MY HOLIDAY IS VERPESTED. So beware of reservations. If you prefer to pay a bit more in the area than you also have something.

ATTENTION NO ELECTICITY BACK UP GENERATOR SO WHEN ELECTICITY IS OUT YOU ARE IN THE DARK!!! Quiet place with large pool and gym near the beach on Soi 5 in Hua Hin. Covered parking but not enough motorcycle parking on north side with security and CCTV cameras. On site laundry machines and water refiller. 711 very close by and kids pool with comfortable seating but no resturant. All units have a nice balcony overlooking park like setting. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. WIFI Internet is weak and cable T.V HAS VERY LIMITED ENGLISH CHANNELS but strong if you have 4G with cell carrier. Only Thai T.V. channels too. Has a loud music venue next door that play rock N roll until late night. Beware....

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the security guard. 24hours security guard for each building. The location is amazing, about 200m from the beach. The swimming pool is big and very clean.

We stayed here for 4 days. It has a very large outdoor swimming pool and is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach.

Clean apartment. Huge swimming pool. But far away from the beaches and other attractions.

Quiet, peaceful, used as a place to stay to escape sight.

I wanna give 4.5 bc the environment, facilities, staff, room are quite excellent for me as a college student and not too pricey, but rooms are not pretty soundproof and car parks have kinda a few spaces. Anyway, most is good. 😉😉

Everytime here at Hua Hin is our down time relax..music bar nearby but didnt bother me always great places to eat and HUGE swimming pool...

Comfortable and well maintained. Pool is the best - very long with areas for kids and adults. No restaurants and room service.

Can be used, beautiful room, well organized (picture not clear) no wifi Room size: a little small for 2 people The living room should add 1 trash can. The pool is considered usable. It would be nice to add more places to play. *Going up the elevator requires a card and entrance/exit* There is free food and snacks as well as bath soap.
