Enjoyable evening meal at Zinc restaurant in the Hilton Old Townwhich has a mix of Asian cuisine and a modern version of traditional Czech dishes, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. The very good Beef Goulash was slowly Braised Beef Ribs in Dark Beer Goulash Sauce & Potato Dumplings Chips with a Cauliflower Purée. Zinc also is used as the breakfast buffet and has a Sunday Brunch buffet.

The Sunday brunch is the best in Prague. Service is great. Book first. Also if you go in the evening, they have a wonderful menu. Try the ravioli 😊

If you're going for the lobster, you better have some sharp elbows and bad manners... Like the three or four people who descended on the platter like vultures and loaded 5 lobsters on their plate, TWICE, after which it ran out. I don't see why they can't serve it out like they do with the meat at the carvery station, so that it distributed fairly. Otherwise, there is nothing at all at this brunch that is worth the money.

It's a hotel bar! What more can you say! I'm glad there was one in a less-than-ideal Hilton Hotel! If it wasn't arranged through a travel agency, I'd been at another place!

Zinc is within the Hilton Old Town. It's a bit confusing, as there are two distinct adjacent/adjoining spaces: the bar is open long hours (and serves as overflow at breakfast; the restaurant is open for guests' breakfasts, weekend brunch, and special events. We ate at both. The bar has nice ambience, and we were greeted with ice water & lemon (a rarity in Europe!) and bar snacks. Drinks were great. Dinner was quite good, but 'A Walk in the Forest' needed something other than just mushrooms to complete the plate (potatoes, rice, etc.). The restaurant had a comprehensive breakfast buffet for guests, including omelettes, bacon, fresh fruit, cheeses, etc.

Fantastic hotel buffet breakfast; get the Hot Chocolate! For a busy hotel (which means very busy breakfast time) they do a really good job keeping the buffet food refreshed, everything in order, and the servers are on their toes. A must get item is the hot chocolate... it is yummy.

Definitely interesting. This place is part of Hilton, so you would expect exceptional service, right? Think again. The service was slow, the waiters weren’t available all the time, and the atmosphere was grim. Would recommend a different place

Unfortunatelly not a good experience. The food was average for the given price, but what surprised me the most was the behavior of the manager that seemed incopetent. But to be honest the sweet corner was nice.

Excellent hamburger and French fries. The Old Fashioned ( I confess I drank three) was perfectly mixed. The bartenders are polite, attentive, and good natured.

Great vegetarian option. Great food at great prices. Staff were nice.

The brunch was great, the kids play area was a welcome aspect and the food well worth the price you pay. Make sure to fill up on lobster early they run out of it quickly.
