We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Typically hotels in big European cities as tiny but this hotel room was huge!! We enjoyed that the toilet was a separate room from the shower and sink. The bed was big and comfy and there was more than enough room the lay our luggage out. The breakfast was great! They had everything from eggs and beans, yogurt bowls, to cold meats and cheese. We plan to stay here again if we ever come back to Prague.

I recently stayed at the Majestic Plaza Hotel in Prague. I was very impressed with the hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. == The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. == The hotel is located in a great location, just a short walk from many of the city's most popular attractions, such as the Old Town, the Charles Bridge, and the Astronomical Clock. There are also many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. == I also used Uber's "Taxi on call service" during my stay, and I found it to be very convenient. The prices are fixed in advance, so you know exactly how much you're going to pay, and the drivers are always on time. This is especially important for people with walking disabilities, as it allows them to get around the city without having to worry about finding a taxi or walking long distances. == Overall, I had a great experience at the Majestic Plaza Hotel, and I would definitely stay there again. It is a great value for the money, and the location is perfect for exploring the city

We rented a room for 3 people. The room was very nice. Appropriate in size and clean sheets and clean bathroom. The staff however are not friendly at all. They never smile or greet you nicely when checking in or when asking a question. The breakfast was complete and fresh however the behaviour of the staff is aggressive and unkind.

Really good hotel. We had a superior room. It was a really good size with a bath and shower. The rooms and communal areas were all very clean and modern. It can be a challenge to get hot water at times, but that's a small complaint. There is a good choice for breakfast with cooked or cold buffet options available. The waiting staff can look very robotic and unfriendly. The location is perfect for the Old Town and Wenceslas Square. I would happily use the hotel again.

Extremely well placed in the center of Prague, the room was tidy and spacious. We had some extra requests due to travelling with a small child and a toddler, and the service was very accommodating. The breakfast is good, albeit not spectacular. Overall very good hotel that I'd recommend.

Great hotel in a great location, 3 minute walk to Wencelas Square. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommend the porridge here, hubby says it is the best. Great variety for the breakfast here and all nationalities are catered for. Hotel suite was beautiful and gave stunning views of the Prague Castle , Charles Bridge and the surrounding areas of the Old and New City combined. Homeward bound to Ireland but we shall be back.

Terribly rude staff when trying to get a room. Came in and tried to book directly with them and asked to have them match the lowest price I was seeing online. They refused and therefore I booked online to save 60 Eur over 3 nights. There was a massive issue with Adoga and the hotel so basically they needed to cancel my reservation. Came back and booked at the higher fee since they refused to work with Adoga. Anyways, the rooms were great and hotel was nice. Fun to have the beer spa in the building. One star for service and 5 stars for hotel rooms.

The hotel room is truly remarkable, boasting a combination of exquisite design and luxurious amenities. The hotel's property amenities were impressive, enhancing our overall stay and adding to the exceptional experience. The attention to detail and the range of offerings truly elevated our visit.

First of all, at check in the staff were super friendly, the woman helping us was very chatty and happy to help. The hotel room was very spacious and included hair dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, body wash, moisturiser etc. ironing board, iron, slippers and bath robe were apparently available by asking reception however I didn’t need these but I was made aware I could get them. When going down for breakfast in the morning the staff at reception always greeted us with a good morning alongside the staff at the restaurant, and the food was good. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, there was little variation in the food day to day, however this is typical of many hotels anyway. The hotel is near a lot of shops and restaurants (the palladium is no more than a 10 min walk). Check out was easy and there is also a luggage hold available if needed. Overall very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come to this hotel again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The beds were amazing. The breakfast was really good and every item kept getting restocked. All staff members were really nice. We had an amazing view of the Petrin Hill from our hotel room. The location is great as well, a 5 minute walk to Wenceslas square. On the last day we were also able to get our luggage stored in a locked room for free.

I stayed here for 5 days while I touristed in Prague, and greatly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Art deco from the Prague of former days, it's an interestingly beautiful place to stay, but also impeccably clean, up-to-date facilities, very helpful & friendly staff. It's well located close to but away from the bustle of Wenceslas Square, and restaurants & mini-markets are all around, while there is only a large bar, no eats, in the lobby area. It's just a 10 min walk to the Old Town. And each day starts with one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had anywhere in many years of travels. All at amazingly good price. Nice!

A Vintage style hotel with good amenities to offer. Our room was upgraded to an apartment room. The hotel in itself does not look that modern and chic however it offers all the luxurious amenities. Spa and massage services were available. The hotel also has some meetings rooms which can be booked by companies for any conference or so. They also have a wide breakfast spread, starting from varied breads, spreads, different sausage and meat options, some eggs and desserts and juices. One can also opt for fruits and cereals.

Lovely quiet, well ventilated, warm room, 6' bed. Very clean. Stupendous breakfasts. Helpful staff. Well situated for old and new town and river. Good value out of season. Would rebook in a heartbeat

Very clean and comfortable place located right next to the main touristic spots. The only downside is that the TV is in the native language, no option to add english subs. Beautiful breakfast room if you decide to go downstairs, you have a huge selection of products and staff very helpful.

The Majestic Hotel deserves kudos for its exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff, and fine room facilities, while the price was considered to be okayish. We really liked our stay there, and will definitely come back again! There is too little to complain about the hotel. While the location may not be the best, it is still considered nice. One drawback is the high cost of parking per night at the hotel, but with some luck, you may find a free spot on the street to park your car.

Large rooms, free wi fi, small fridge, A/C. Breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose frpm. Service was excellent. We couldn't work the remote for the TV, the technician came within a few minutes to change the batteries. Same with the A/C and soap dispenser that was almost empty. Came within a few minites to fix everything. The only minus we found was very high bathtub that was difficult to get in and out of, slippery and dangerous for older people. Also no hairconditoner. But it is close to the old city and the Jewish Quarter, close to restaurants and minimarkets, and the tram is quite near. Excellent place to stay for a visit.

Good location, close to Vaclavske Square. Good accessibility to the train station. Rooms clean, spacious, mattresses very comfortable. Staff very helpful. I chose the hotel mainly because of the design..it is amazing..🙏👍

Art deco style is well done and carries throughout the hotel. Maids are efficient and timely. No surprises in the bill. Very good bartended. Breakfast is worth every penny; don't pass it up.

We came for a 4 day stay and found it absolutely perfect for that time. Staff were lovely and so helpful. However on our travel day home our flight got cancelled and wouldn’t be for another 2 days. We asked reception of the possibility of another nights stay. At first one of the men on the desk turned us away and said they were fully booked and the only rooms left were the more expensive rooms. Which we wouldn’t have minded paying for but the attitude in which it was brought across was very rude. We later went back and asked again when it got to 9pm and still waiting for info from our travel operators for 6 hours and I’d like to specially mention the LOVELY lady on reception. Sandra she is called. Was very understanding of the situation and immediately found us a standard room with breakfast for a much better price. She was so lovely and so helpful with anything we needed! So the days we ended up having to stay, with her help we felt a lot more comfortable. Would recommend staying here though! Beautiful hotel, lovely food and drink and other than the one incident, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

Lovely hotel not far from the main town, bit of a walk to the old town if you're planning on visiting that area but still within half hour. Rooms were nice, and comfy bed but my only issue was the aircon didn't seem to do much and the hotel/rooms in general were very warm. Difficult to sleep without a window open which isn't ideal.

Perfect spot for a stay in Prague. Conveniently located for the central station and all the sights, but still very quiet and extremely reasonably priced. The place was clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast. I didn't try the spa facilities, but maybe next time!

Pretty happy about this hotel, great location, friendly staff. There were a few hairs in the tub on the side, upon arrival, no complaints other than that. Would definetly visit again.

It’s located in a good location and you can go to wincelas square very quickly, Also the Bernard beer spa is here too so you can enjoy it, get fully drunk and directly go to your hotel room upstairs 😂. The breakfast is also good but abit repetitive if you are staying more than 2-3 days.

Great location. We have a baby who needs to sleep in noon, and we could go back anytime to the room. Everyone is nice, they help in extra questions. But ithe room wasn't so clean. I've found some leftovers from other guests. :(

The staff were friendly, and our room was very very nice. We went for our first wedding anniversary and we arrived to towel swans on the bed with a bottle of wine. They made us feel very special.

Nice Hotel!!! Stayed there for 2 nights...rooms are clean and the price is good. Staff at the reception is very friendly and they park your car in the garage for €25 a night. It's only a few minutes walk to many bars and restaurants and about 15 to 20 minutes to the Charles Bridge.

Great hotel with great breakfast that we got at a great price towards the end of the pandemic. Only 70 when I'm sure it would have normally been 2 or 3 hundred

Lovely hotel just off Wenceslas Square. Clean room with safe and fridge. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and plenty of staff replenishing. Glass of bubbly on entrance to breakfast if wanted. Stayed during pandemic do mask had to be worn in hotel public areas. Would recommend this hotel

Usually when I book a 'cheaper' hotel through booking, I'm prepared to be disappointed in one of the following categories. Size of room, location, quality of service. At Majestic Plaza, not one single thing disappointed. What an excellent hotel. Also, use the included breakfast for 9 euros for two. It is well worth it. Top marks, well done 🙏🏻

We have struggled to find a hotel that is good value in Prague, but we had a great stay here. Very helpful and friendly staff at check-in, in the breakfast restaurant, and those doing the house-keeping. Spacious, very clean, well-appointed rooms, and a great breakfast. The location is great too.

We stayed with family in the double room and the rooms were spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, washrooms were clean with a bath tub. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The staff was kind and helpful during check in and checkout. Its a good location and you can easily walk from the main train station and even walk towards the old town square. There are many tram stops and a metro stop in the area as well. Plenty of restaurants, pharmacies and shopping areas nearby as well. The rooms however were not noise proof, you can easily hear the people in the rooms next to yours.

We had a lovely visit to Prague in this Central hotel in a quiet street. WiFi is strong and rooms clean and well equipped. The breakfast is very nice and lots of choices. Shame the lobby bar was never available when we visited as we would definitely had liked a little drink some evenings

  • 5/5 Doris K. 2 years ago on Google
A perfect location, just 10 min walk from the city center and Astronomical Clock. The rooms were clean and tidy. The morning was ok, having several options from fried& boiled eggs, yogurts, croissants, desserts and so on. The staff is very polite and friendly. The worst thing was that there was no plug where you can charge your phone near your sleeping bed. You had to put it somewhere in a plug far from the bed.

The hotel has a perfect location, close to the old town, and convenient connection to the airport from a nearby metro station (line A and B + bus). It is kept in an interesting Art Deco style. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, but there is no bottle of water (you can drink a tea instead). The advantage is a breakfast, served from 6:30 and prepared for different tastes, including well-represented vegeratian options (cereals, nuts, fresh vegetables, cheese). Good relation of price to value. But you have to pay a city tax of CZK 50 (per person and night) on top to the room rate at the reception desk.

Well, it was very few people while we visited but our stay was great. Nice and friendly staff. Room was nice and clean and better than I expected. Breakfast was also good.

Came here for the Beer Spa and a massage on my birthday. Romana looked after us while we were there. She was amazing. Really friendly & professional, she explained everything so well and gave us an amazing massage she also gave me a lovely beer body lotion when she found out it was my birthday. Romana is a credit to this hotel.

Great location, staff, and pretty decent room. Only down side is i had to find parking off-site. Would definitely book here again in the future.

An absolutely great hotel to stay in, was in the centre of everything and it was easy to get to other locations around the city from this hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom was extremely clean. Access to the room was either by lift or stairs. Will definitely be back to this hotel in the future.

Hotel is very cosy, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean...5 from 5 stars rating for my visit. Thank you

  • 5/5 MuckaJay 1 year ago on Google
Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly staff who are extremely helpful. The room was clean and decent sized (we stayed for a week) and the breakfast each day was plentiful. Location-wise it was perfect as just a few minutes walk from the main square. A great touch was the hotel arranging taxi's to and from the airport for you so you didnt have to worry about this.
