Rooms are cozy and clean. Staff are very kind and great. Price worth the provided service. for me 2 night costs 160 Euros. Breakfast quality and variety could be improved. You have not a lot of options. Hotel is located in a quiet location, and access to old town and river is very convenient using both Tram and Metro. Overall, it is recommended :)

Had a party here recently. The ambience and food was really nice. The service, not. The staff was unfriendly. Specifically one female staff who behaved very badly. This is not how you talk to customers. When we pay for something, we deserve a nice service.

Pentahotel is different than the classic type of hotels. The lobby looks more like a bar/pub. The reception is also a bar, there's a pool table, TVs and arcades around. Busy and noisy, a bit too dark for my taste but generally good. My room was small but clean. Unfortunately for me, it was located right across the elevators and it was noisy. The shower was in a tight space and the bed was a single bed which I did not like because it was small. I am a regular size person, for a bigger and taller person it would be an issue. The mattress though was comfortable. Breakfast was not included, which was an unpleasant surprise for the price of the room. Location was good. Close to train and tram. Easy to go around on foot too.

We had booked their lounge area for a celebration. We had clearly asked them about the drink package and about the music restrictions before payment and were told that everything is flexible and the drink package is for three hours . But once the event started, they ended our drink package earlier . A lady in the bar was pretty rude to us. She was very rude to a friend of mine in particular when he went to talk to them about the service. Her attitude ruined our entire celebration vibe. The people who served us the drinks were very nice and deserve appreciation. The administration has to be more specific with their restrictions before the payment. You cannot just change your words after the booking is made. Would never book an event here in the future. A few of yours' attitude is one way before the payment and one way after.

Domicile for two days on the Bechtle company trip to Prague. Very cool ambience, nice staff and a wonderful breakfast. Contemporary clean rooms with nice bathrooms. Also within walking distance from the city. Five stars from me. I'd love to come back.

Fun and playful hotel with a functional gym, lots of games, pool table, bar, PlayStation, hangout spaces. Rooms are basic but good. I slept very well in the bed. Location is great as there’s lots of good food, coffee and wine places. Easy transportation to the center. Helpful staff. I wouldn’t do breakfast at the hotel but go and check some of the close by places. My favorite was the Vietnamese breakfast place 2 min walk away. Best coffee and food.

The location is fantastic, with a grocery store just a few meters away and a Starbucks conveniently located just one block away. This made it incredibly convenient for me to meet my daily needs and grab a quick coffee. The food offered at the hotel was delicious, and the service was exceptional. The staff members were friendly and helpful. While the room itself was comfortable, I must highlight one particular issue that I found quite inconvenient. The bathroom lacked a curtain or any form of barrier to prevent water from splashing out during showers. As a result, after each shower, the entire bathroom became soaked. Despite this drawback, I still recommend this hotel for its favorable location, great food, and excellent service!

Location is decent. A nice walk to Old town. At night though it gets strange as there are a lot of weirdos in Prague. Beware of thieves hanging around the ATMs on your way to Old town. Big room with a nice full-length mirror. However the staff was a bit rude. We called to ask if they could verify if an item was forgotten in our room. They were so condescending and passive-aggressive in their response, saying there was nothing they could do at the moment and "a lot of people forget things in hotel rooms all the time". I believe however that this is normal in the Czech Republic as people are reserved, cold and introverted. To be honest, service was lousy everywhere in the city and the locals seem dead inside.

Some great points, some really annoying. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. It has a quirky style, but function could be better. Rooms vary in size from very small, to really generous, good check in and out times. The breakfast selection is poor for vegans or gluten free and the serving area is way too small for the number of guests. But....my room just didn't get cleaned properly or restocked on 3 out of four nights. Dirty cups and glasses left in the room and the coffee and tea selection were not refreshed....ok, not a big deal, but when you wake up early for a business call and there is no coffee....😭

Great service. Staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. Great cocktails, great social areas, great meals and buffet breakfast. Beds were comfortable- air conditioned rooms, Comfortable, and clean. Rain shower head in bathroom. Very contemporary design. Yes, I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Very nice.

This wasn’t my first time at a Pentahotel, so I knew what to expect - and it didn’t disappoint. For the most part. The lobby bar/reception is lively, very cool place for young people to chill and have a drink. The check-in was easy and fast, however, in my rate I should have gotten ZOO tickets which I never got. Also, prior to the stay I was asked to check in online, which I did, and should have been upgraded and offered a free drink - again, didn’t happen. This left me a bit disappointed. The room was nice, very big and functional. Breakfast was great and fresh! Location is really good in an upbeat area of Prague, easily walkable to the public transport, but also city center.

We had a good time at the hotel. Decent clean rooms. Nice lobby with free pool table and PS4. Spacious gym. Super nice staff, if you book directly you get a discount and late checkout. 2 minutes to tram or metro stop so you're 15 minutes from old town.

Fantastic hotel. As a frequent world traveler myself, I find myself in dozens of different hotels every year, this is one of my favorite. Very chill and cool vibe and great amenities. Clean rooms, friendly staff that took great care of me. If I am on this side of town again, they’ll surely have me as a returning guest.

We stayed here for good 4 days and totally enjoyed their ambiance, service and hospitality. We also tried their restaurant menu and some recommended beer. Everything here was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed their food. Keep it up guys!

We had 2 great Nights in the PentalHotel Prague. The Hotel has a great location and you can use the Tram to visit the city center, within 15 min. Around the Hotel are a lot of different coffees and restaurants as well. Furthermore there are some supermarkets. The room was clean and the bed was very big and comfortable. The air condition has not so much adjustable options. The bathroom was a little bit small, but okay. But the Shower is big Anouilh for 2 Persons. unfortunately the toilet brush was in the open toilet and the sink of the shower was disassembled. The Hotel has a underground parking garage, which is not that big and the entrance is really tight. I had to fold my outside mirrors.

2nd visit to Prague & we've stayed at this hotel both times. Rooms are comfortable & there's plenty of choice at breakfasts. Bar down stairs is very lively with multiple large screen TVs showing sport etc with background music on. Bar staff are very friendly & hard working. Local area of Karlin is well worth a look with plenty of restaurants & bars to visit. Trams into Prague are very handy & only a 10 min journey.

Lovely hotel. Handled our group of 31 with ease, including severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. Kids had a fantastic time with all of the entertainment/games available. Overall a wonderful stay.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast has poor choices and not son great, it is overcrowded since the space is very small for the no of gusts that they have, it is a struggle even to get a coffee which is anyhow terrible. Cleaness is poorly done, the cleaning staff only makes the bed. The room was full of dust and mold in the bathroom. In the evening the reception bar turns into a club with dj, and you can hear the music and bass from the 4th floor.

Rooms were very spacious and good layout. The breakfast offers a good range from cold and hot options. Particularly unique feature was the lobby which was never a dull moment from, sports on TV, to pool games, arcade and games even a live dj and good choice of drinks. Located a short walk from the tram stop, supermarket, Starbucks and a various options of restaurant.

Overall great hotel. The lounge, bar and gym looked amazing. Great decor and design with some fine touches that made it look cosy and fun and very welcoming. Room service worked well. My room (Junior Penta) looked oddly incomplete. Great size but the furniture looked sparce and insignificant in the large room. Just think it needed to be designed better to fill the space. Also I wasn't able to use the smart features on the TV as it couldn't connect to WiFi (confirmed by staff). 3* room, 5* outside the room and a great area with easy access to the centre

second visit to this hotel. rooms are big enough and comfy. lovely shower. lots of choice at breakfast and a moodily lit bar with good service. Great location for exploring Prague with a good choice of local resteraunts.

Came here for some drinks with coworkers and was not disappointed! The lobby itself also has such a nice, cozy atmosphere! I will definitely be back someday!

I’ve stayed here twice now for work. Comfortable room, modern fixtures. Love the vibe checking in at the bar - lively lounge area with TVs, pool table, etc. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice having a restaurant in-house too.

This hotel is nice and very interesting. They have an interesting lobby which is like a pub in the evening. Also on the hall is a black theme which makes it a little different than other hotels. Breakfast includes different choices.

Superb delicious breakfast! Billiards and games in the lobby. The view from the room us just okay. Rooms are spacious. Wifi works great. Fitness room also available. Location is also good.

One of the best stay in hotels in the area. Has amazing breakfast and restaurant. Open, dark and cozy lounge with adjacent pool table and gaming area. Service is smashing, and easy access to the rest of Prague . Solid 10's across the board.

Good: The bathroom facilities in the rooms were great, and the bed's mattress was really comfortable (firm). The hotel's breakfast offering has a large selection and food is of great quality. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Not so good: The pillows on the bed - very flimsy! Also, my room (724) is on the opposite side of the building to the main entrance, and it's opposite a building site (they start work at 07:00) and is very close to the overground metro (which seemingly runs all night, so it can be noisy!).

I give the hotel five stars because, although there have been maintenance issues due to current challenges outside Penta’s control, the staff do everything possible to remedy problems promptly, in a friendly and efficient manner. The hotel manages to create a sense of home away from home for all guests, whether staying for business or leisure reasons, including families with small children.

Just left hotel after a great weekend. It has a relaxed attitude with a modern style and offers good service. It was only 10 mins in an Uber so great location and a good selection of bars and restaurants just minutes walk away. The hotel bar was great, good cocktails and good food. Breakfast was good, mattresses were comfy and no complaints about anything.

Nice hotel 30' walk away from the old city center. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The bar is 24/7 open and the personnel friendly. The reception is IN the bar. Breakfast rich and tasty. All in all a good hotel

Hi I clearly want to mention that, it's not against the entire management and staff there. We have organized a small event for one of my friends in their lounge. The function was planned to start at 7 pm, but our decorations took more time and eventually it start only after 8:15 pm. There was an offer for us to have unlimited drinks ( beer/ wine ) for 3 hours, so we asked them to have them after 8: 20 pm. So as per the information, we have time till 11: 20 pm. We had 2 staff helping us to take care of wine and other services, they were really kind and helpful. There was a buffet and it was delicious. There was music playing in between and it was not interesting at all, so one of my friends politely asked them to change it, but they were not listening at all. Then we asked one of my Italian friends to ask them to change, they immediately changed it, ( What's that about? ). But still, we were ignoring their attitudes and were focusing on our function. After 11 pm, we have asked other staff to have 2 more wines, so that we can finish the function and leave. ( There was only 2 service staff for us, so I don't even know the logic behind that we have asked 4 times to 4 people, be at least sincere in your replies. ) Then after that, your female staff came there with a really worst attitude I have seen in my life. The owner has put a 'copy-paste' message mentioning that she just requested us to pay for the drinks, But in reality, she was absolutely rude and ask for us to pay for it. But the time was still 11: 05 pm. That attitude spoiled the entire rhythm of our function, we feel so humiliated and we thought that, why we even paid our money to torture ourselves. When we were leaving, I have myself talked to the female staff that the way you treated us was so bad, she still ignored and acted none of these customer services are under her jurisdiction. Maybe even a polite sorry at that time and a clarification can reduce lots of miscommunication there, then acting like so arrogant and stubborn towards foreign nationals. For future requests, please train your employees on how to behave towards other nationals, then just merely supporting them.

The friendliest staff ever, especially at the bar. Breakfast is very delicious, rooms are incredibly comfy and spacious. Located right next to a Lidle, metro and many places to eat. Don't miss out on this place.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Great location, easy access either by tram or metro. Stylish lounge and friendly staffs. Receptionist Kris is very helpful and friendly, he was also our waiter. Car parking is quite pricy, but you'll be sure your auto is in safe place.

Nice hotel, 2 km from the city centre. They have a bar and a pool table at the ground floor. Nothing fancy other than that. Breakfast is basic not that great, rooms are fine, I feel it is little expensive than it should be for the amenities and the vibe it offers.
