I
clearly
want
to
mention
that,
it's
not
against
the
entire
management
and
staff
there.
We
have
organized
a
small
event
for
one
of
my
friends
in
their
lounge.
The
function
was
planned
to
start
at
7
pm,
but
our
decorations
took
more
time
and
eventually
it
start
only
after
8:15
pm.
There
was
an
offer
for
us
to
have
unlimited
drinks
(
beer/
wine
)
for
3
hours,
so
we
asked
them
to
have
them
after
8:
20
pm.
So
as
per
the
information,
we
have
time
till
11:
20
pm.
We
had
2
staff
helping
us
to
take
care
of
wine
and
other
services,
they
were
really
kind
and
helpful.
There
was
a
buffet
and
it
was
delicious.
There
was
music
playing
in
between
and
it
was
not
interesting
at
all,
so
one
of
my
friends
politely
asked
them
to
change
it,
but
they
were
not
listening
at
all.
Then
we
asked
one
of
my
Italian
friends
to
ask
them
to
change,
they
immediately
changed
it,
(
What's
that
about?
).
But
still,
we
were
ignoring
their
attitudes
and
were
focusing
on
our
function.
After
11
pm,
we
have
asked
other
staff
to
have
2
more
wines,
so
that
we
can
finish
the
function
and
leave.
(
There
was
only
2
service
staff
for
us,
so
I
don't
even
know
the
logic
behind
that
we
have
asked
4
times
to
4
people,
be
at
least
sincere
in
your
replies.
)
Then
after
that,
your
female
staff
came
there
with
a
really
worst
attitude
I
have
seen
in
my
life.
The
owner
has
put
a
'copy-paste'
message
mentioning
that
she
just
requested
us
to
pay
for
the
drinks,
But
in
reality,
she
was
absolutely
rude
and
ask
for
us
to
pay
for
it.
But
the
time
was
still
11:
05
pm.
That
attitude
spoiled
the
entire
rhythm
of
our
function,
we
feel
so
humiliated
and
we
thought
that,
why
we
even
paid
our
money
to
torture
ourselves.
When
we
were
leaving,
I
have
myself
talked
to
the
female
staff
that
the
way
you
treated
us
was
so
bad,
she
still
ignored
and
acted
none
of
these
customer
services
are
under
her
jurisdiction.
Maybe
even
a
polite
sorry
at
that
time
and
a
clarification
can
reduce
lots
of
miscommunication
there,
then
acting
like
so
arrogant
and
stubborn
towards
foreign
nationals.
For
future
requests,
please
train
your
employees
on
how
to
behave
towards
other
nationals,
then
just
merely
supporting
them.
