Dears,
We
booked
through
Agoda
and
paid
for
2
nights
(2
adults
and
1
child)
from
September
30,
2022
to
October
2,
2022.
The
money
was
immediately
taken
from
my
wife's
account
(see
attachment).
After
that,
we
received
an
email
that
the
reservation
was
canceled
and
that
the
money
would
be
returned.
On
Friday
morning,
September
30,
2022.
we
called
several
times
on
the
phone
from
the
Czech
number,
and
when
after
several
calls,
probably
the
doorman
answered
and
said
to
call
back
in
half
an
hour
while
the
chief
comes.
We
called
again
a
dozen
times
but
without
an
answer
from
your
side.
12
days
have
passed,
but
the
money
has
not
been
returned.
Very
ugly
and
unprofessional
of
you.

ask
you
to
check

return
the
money.
