DON'T GO THERE. For this money you can find better places in the area. This is horrible. The pictures on the internet are lies. Everything is old, rusty and dirty. Walls are dirty, towels with stains, old window frames... Double bed means you have two single beds together - but there is hight difference between those two beds...

Its wonderful hotel for staying in Prag, breakfast were great 👍

We do not recommend this at all. The room was dirty and dusty, the bathroom had a weird and uncomfortable smell and also didn't look clean. Shelves, Windows and doors were broken, many things were out of order, things were rusty, the bed and walls and carpets were stained. And in comparison to its location and quality, it was not worth the money at all. Don't go here.

Stayed here for a week. It was amazing. I’m not sure why people say the food is not good, there was authentic hot pot and meat grilled on hot coals. Karaoke was entertaining. Rooms and food are amazing and affordable. Room service every day. The receptionist is kind and helps with any problems. Free parking and large beautiful terrace! I would definitely stay here again!

Customer service at reception from lady is highly disappointing.. rooms floor mats and beds are not up to mark either.

Let’s start with positives - nice stuff,warm rooms. But the room smelled like cigarettes, the door,carpet,mirror were dirty. The tap in bathroom was broken so it was quite difficult to use it.

Wir (2 junge Frauen) sind in Absprache mit der Rezeption gegen 23 Uhr angereist. Gebucht waren drei Übernachtungen mit Hund. Bei Einreise wurden wir informiert, dass nur kleine Hunde erlaubt sind. In unserer Buchungsanfrage war jedoch expliziert die Rasse erwähnt. Wir mussten das Hotel sodann verlassen und uns um eine andere Unterkunft kümmern.

Staff are very kind and accommodating, old toilet and shower but clean.

Dears, We booked through Agoda and paid for 2 nights (2 adults and 1 child) from September 30, 2022 to October 2, 2022. The money was immediately taken from my wife's account (see attachment). After that, we received an email that the reservation was canceled and that the money would be returned. On Friday morning, September 30, 2022. we called several times on the phone from the Czech number, and when after several calls, probably the doorman answered and said to call back in half an hour while the chief comes. We called again a dozen times but without an answer from your side. 12 days have passed, but the money has not been returned. Very ugly and unprofessional of you. I will ask you to check and return the money.

A bit expensive for a family of 4 with 2 kids and 2 adult

Dispyte the high price of the room, very dirty, unclean wals, missing lite bulbs in the living area but a permanent light in the hallway that cannot be turned off. The fake sealing dirty as well with mold in multiple areas. The acces to the "hotel" after midnight is imposible, all gates and doors are closed, need to ring on doorbel to speak with reception in a total lack of english. Window frames older then history, cannot be opened to refresh the room. Overall, never to come back. 😡

Pleasant hotel to stay in, especially because of the large outdoor patio and covered beer garden with coy fish pond. Staff was pleasant. They tried to speak English with me and offer advice. Metro train stop 3-5min walk from hotel and takes about 25min to Prague city center. Restaurant had a delicious salmon dish, offers 10% discount for hotel guests and a good/simple buffet breakfast offered with room price. The single bed room I stayed in was a bit shabby, no air conditioning and stains on carpet, but on plus side it felt clean and had good Wifi reception throughout hotel. Remember to use Do Not Disturb sign if you want privacy, otherwise cleaning staff may barge in. Cost me 90 Euros for 3 nights. I am more than satisfied. :)

A place near the city center, about 15 minutes via the tram. The station is only one minute far away. A good place to rest with friendly people. Recommended.

The pictures on websites looked far better. The management has apparently changed, from Czech to Chinese, and the new acquisition is having some 'settling down' issues for sure. The breakfast was completely insufficient, they didn't even have butter... However the staff was always helpful and trying their best, the location of this hotel is great, however a little far from the center of Prague. I wouldn't really recommend staying here, but on a budget, hotel Branik is not the worst.

All was fine, breakfast is good and fresh bread available. 15 min to center by tram. The mattress was to soft but that is a matter of liking.

It was horrible. No room service, told the staff to clean the room twice and they didn't clean it. Breakfast is old and disgusting, the eggs were old and only had few items (boiled eggs,tinned sausage, old bread, jam, gone off ham,salad). The telephone and hair dryer did not work. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It looks great in the pictures however the hotel is horrible. The bed were clean however the rest was not great. I wanted to speak to the manager however he was not there for few days but one the staff told me told me the manager was there and he lied he was just a staff so we don't rise a complaint. Absolutely ruined my holiday.
