Very beautiful hotel with really nice service! Everyone is nice, from the reception to the Adele restaurant. The breakfast is really good. Our room was really clean, but it smelled a little bit musty and stale. I don‘t know if it‘s the carpet or the walls. It was better when we started the air condition. Maybe they should use cleaning supplies with a good smell or use a decent room fragrance. All in all we were happy with our stay! Big complements again to the service & management of the Adele restaurant - they are unbelievable helpful, good hearted and professional!

A beautiful hotel in a great location but this is very far from a 5 star experience. Rooms are tiny - I booked an executive room for 3 (2 adults and child) and we were presented with a double bed and a camp bed! Not only was this unacceptable as the website did not indicate that this would be the case, the bed made the room so small that we could hardly move. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast is nice but the food is cold - lamps don’t work. Lastly, I elected to pay on arrival but my booking was cancelled out of the blue the day before. I quickly rebooked and it cost me an extra 400 euro. No explanation given. Feels like a scam. Overall - no luxury and no 5 star service or experience at an inflated price.

Very nice hotel. loved the pool, it had a €10 fee which is a great deal for how relaxing it is! Great food, and very luxurious hotel room. 10/10 recommend :) (The picture I added was the view from my room)

Ordered with booking.com, chose this hotel because of its location and good price. Advantages: 1. Location, close to Palladium Shopping mall, every historic sightseeing ~ 15 min walking. Close to metro station. 2. Big rooms 3. Good isolation from noise 4. Good and rich breakfast 5. Quality bath cosmetics by Loccitane Disadvantages: 1. No drink water in the rooms, if you want you have to bight it. For 5 star hotel it's so low. No need in Evian, but bottle of local still water will works too. 2. No trip information on the reception, any maps and tips. 3. Bed clothes didn't change every day.

At the end of September I spent a fabulous time at the Kings Court Hotel. The hotel is in the centre of Prague, I knew from the reviews that the hotel had excellent breakfast and restaurant. Plus it has a Spa with a pool and sauna. I mainly wanted to relax and enjoy two free days with my 9 year old daughter. The receptionists at the hotel were just amazing. Quick check in, friendly and warm treatment, made me feel like a king. I would like to say a big thank you to Zoe and Emily as we had a truly wonderful two days at the hotel thanks to them. They were just amazing. A nice surprise was waiting for me and my daughter in the room, not only good fruit but also dessert and a lovely personal thank you card. The room had a beautiful view of the square, was beautifully decorated and what I also appreciated was the large bathroom. In the afternoon, we went to the Lounge in the hotel, which is a place to sit, read or just chat while trying the delicious food, which I highly recommend. My daughter and I also enjoyed the spa. The pool has nice warm water, whirlpool, sauna and steam. The Spa has an extra elevator so you can actually go straight from your room to the Spa. We had bathrobes in our room and since my daughter is smaller, they brought us some in her size right away. We had dinner at Adele, the restaurant that is right downstairs in the hotel, excellent food and service. Plus we were given a voucher at reception for one free drink in the Lounge when we paid for one drink. Again, I can only recommend it. My daughter and I had a virgin mojito and it was great. Sleep had another nice surprise, as part of the service the guest has the option to order a free pillow menu, of their choice, to help them sleep better. We had a great breakfast in the morning, the selection of goodies and the design of the breakfast at Kings Court is simply one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Overall I can recommend the hotel for families with children. We didn't want to leave the hotel at all. It just made us feel cozy and the hotel staff treated us great. If you are traveling to Prague or just want a break from the daily routine, staying at Kings Court is a great choice. I give it 5 stars :-)

We really enjoyed our two night stay in the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room on the second floor. Room was close to the casino and initially we were worried about the noise, but at night there are outer double doors that can close, very effectively blocking out any noise from the hallway or lobby. Bed was very comfortable. Great central location.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we went to their bar. Lydia and Veronica were extremely helpful at guiding us through the menu. Their drink choices were superb and their service is exactly what we needed on our vacation. Loved speaking with them and drinking their suggestions !!

We had suites. The rooms were modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The spa was basic, but it was nice to spend time in the sauna and steam room. The staff were pleasant (exception: the casino) and very helpful. The location was unbeatable and very central. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a comfortable stay in Prague’s beautiful centre!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Hotel breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The location is so strategic and is so close to all of the landmarks that you need to see. I would definitely and gladly recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Prague. I would come again myself. Thank you for your hospitality ☺️

Perfect location! 3 minute walk to old town square. Right across from a 200 shop shopping center. Lovely rooms, great spa. Great breakfast selection. Only downfall is 10 Euro extra to use the pool at our room rate. Will go back!

10/10 to the last detail It all started when we arrived at Prague. The driver that the hotel is working with greeted us warmly and took us to the hotel When we arrived we were greeted by the most helpful crew of receptionists we’ve seen and we were handled by Emily, A professional young lady who has remarkable human interface and managed to make us feel all welcomed and accepted She took us to the lounge to chill until the room was clean which she made sure we’ll get as soon possible She totally went the extra mile for us and made the staff seem more like family than distant strangers. The food was incredible , a huge variety of tastes and cuisines for breakfast which made us feel home The room was spacey and comfortable With a huge shower and closet Beds were tidied up and everything was on point to the last detail Thank you kings court staff and especially Emily, my favorite receptionist in the world For this amazing vacation that I wouldn’t forget soon😘❤️

First time in Prague and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The bed was super comfortable, and room beautiful. My room faced the square and although it was a weekend, the windows kept it fairly quite inside. The people were so amazingly nice, answered every question I had and even made some recommendations. The food at Adele was really good as well

We had the pleasure of staying at the Kings Court hotel in August to celebrate a birthday, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt, this is an exceptional hotel and ranks among the best we have ever experienced. Although we initially encountered a minor issue with our room, the Receptionist, Emily, handled it with utmost care and professionalism. Her kindness and friendliness made us feel valued and ensured that our concerns were promptly addressed. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk away from both the old and new town. This makes it the perfect base for exploring the city and all its attractions. We were able to easily navigate the area and immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the breakfast - it was simply amazing! We were blown away by the extensive selection of food available. From the traditional breakfast options to unexpected treats like ice cream, donuts, and even Pizza, there was something to satisfy every palate. Additionally, the option to enjoy breakfast outside, with a stunning view across the square, added an extra touch of luxury to our mornings. We also highly recommend the hotel's connected restaurant ADELE. The food and service were outstanding, leaving us with a memorable dining experience. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend the Kings Court hotel. It offers exceptional service, a prime location, and an unforgettable breakfast experience. We would not hesitate to visit again in the future.

The hotel is distinguished by its location in the center of the city, and the reception by the staff was characterized by warm welcome and good reception. I also extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Moussa for the speedy completion of the entry and exit procedures. The rooms were also characterized by cleanliness and the presence of all the supplies needed by the hotel guest and, finally, to those who wish to visit. Prague to stay in this hotel

The location is perfect it’s near to the center, their breakfast is marvelous and has tons of great food. My only issue were the twin bed rooms which were like really small other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed for three nights as part of our honeymoon! The room was amazing, one of the best I've stayed in. Very modern and cozy. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Great location as you can walk to all major sights. While we were there we didn't have to get any public transport

I enjoyed my best stay in Prague! The Hotel is located in the heart of the city and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of food, the Executive Lounge is cozy, the Spa area is lovely and offers many massages as well. The Executive Suite is wonderful and has an enchanting view over the Republic Square. I highly recommend Kings Court Hotel for a memorable stay!

The 5-star-hotel label isn’t representative in my opinion, it does not include breakfast and the spa isn’t as great. However the staff is generous, the chocolate is tasty, it has a beautiful setting and the rooms are comfortable.

The hotel is amazing in every way. They pay attention to every small detail. Starting from the carpet at the entrance to the hotel that is being changed 3 times a day depending on the time of the day welcoming you with good morning, good afternoon and evening. The stuff are very friendly and always happy to help with every question. The bed was extremly cozy, and the curtains can get open and close by pressing a button. You have a pillow menu in the room, and if your pillow is not comfortable enough you can ask to replace it to a different type. You have everything you need and wish for inside the room - iron, umbrella, hair dryer, hair straightener, nesspreso coffee machine and etc. The breakfast was also very good with a large variety of options. The location is perfect! Few minutes walking from the astronomical clock. The Palladium mall is just across the street, and the subway is near the hotel entrance. Nearby you can find many good restaurants.

Kings are a thing from the past And that’s what unfortunately this hotel felt like to me. The receptionist was usually anything but „welcoming“, which to me was by far the most disappointing. Yes the rooms where okay, the spa is so small that you do not need to visit it really but that would have been fine, but bored and not interested personal, than I could go to the cheapest hotel I could find. Would I ever go here again? Absolutely not. Now this maybe set, for our last night we changed to another hotel just around the corner, which was better in very single aspect.

Tasty coffee. Beautiful setting. Orders can be made on tablets. Fast service. Orders are accepted only in Czech or English. In Russian, the waiters refuse to take orders or answer questions, while they themselves speak Russian very loudly in the presence of guests. With this attitude, it is better to drink coffee elsewhere.

The hotel welcomes you with a glass of champagne. The night brings ice cream to the room. The Majesty Lounge is the perfect space for a business breakfast. A truly luxury class hotel. The only problem was that the button on the electric curtain on the side of my bed didn't work - and I had to move to the other side. I really enjoyed this hotel.

I can be quite demanding and have high expectations regarding hospitality, but our stay at Kings Court was just perfect. From start to finish a perfect customer journey. The front desk reception (Emily) was professional, quick, friendly and customer oriented. The stay was perfect: breakfast delicious, room comfortable, beds very good, service excellent. Jan, the Hotel Bar Manager is great! He made delicious cocktails, so we went for drinks in the hotel bar every night of our stay. The hotels location is also ideal. Walking distance from all the nice hot spots. And also the ending of our visit went smooth again, with the help of Dan, who helped us with luggage and a cab to the airport. All in all a great lovely stay! In case we revisit Prague, we will stay at the Kings Court Hotel for sure!

Very nice hotel with amazing location. Had lounge and spa included in the room. Spa is small but very cozy. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and small swimming pool with very warm water. Room was spacious and bathroom as well. You find there even hair straightener. Breakfast could be a bit better organized, but regarding to food and service nothing to complain. I can only highly recommend this place.

Everything is perfect except the gym/spa area. Gym is tiny and the single cable machine needs servicing because it barely functions - cable at the top comes loose (super dangerous), and has no smooth movements. Outside of that, dumbbells only go up to 10kg and there's no other bars / weight stations. Spa decent but not really a 5 star hotel standard. Breakfast / service / the rooms etc are ideal. Just watch out if you were expecting a good fitness area.

One of the best hotels in Prague. So centrally located in the heart of the city. The Palliam Mall is acoss the street. The service was impeccable. The breakfast was excellent with so much variety. The Executive Lounge was wonderful. For me, the spa was the highlight of my one night stay. So comforting and enjoyable. I will use Kings Court for future stays in Prague.

The staff was welcoming, smiling and efficient! The room was clean & beautiful. The bed was huge! The bathroom was nice and clean. I liked the design with a big shower ! The hotel is very well located in the center of Prague. We did everything by walking! I don't think we can find a better location!

Hotel was not providing a Room service. No any information about this on a hotel website or in booking confirmation. Just a surprise during check-in. Sound isolation in rooms does not exists at all. You will hear elevators and water in neighbours bath and everything around. Some of staff are unfriendly and not professional. No any covid restrictions on breakfast, just a lot of people in small restourant sitting very close each other. Maids working without masks. Cleaning quality is not good. The hotel should have 3* instead of 5*. Definitely not recommend, I was very disappointed.

Very, very good hotel. Excellent service, room, and you can see the metro entrance from your window, as well as the mall. The restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast buffet they also serve is well worth the 20 or so euros a day. There is a 24 hour gym with the essentials: bench, functional trainer, cardio, pullup bar, dumbbells up to 22kg. Spa and small heated pool as well. Everything was spotless clean. Price wise it is very competitive and doesn’t match up to how good it is. I will be back next time I come to Prague.
