IMPORTANT: the positive reviews are fake. This place does not look like the photos at all. Alex, the receptionist is pleasant but don't be fooled. His boss, the general manager, will charge your credit card without permission and be rude once you've paid. STAY AWAY!!!

It's a budget hostel in the city that is very near to cafe's, bars, restuarants and other tourists attractions. The room was big for the cost. There's kitchenette ang staff are friendly and kind.

Don't expect too much. At best this hostel is mediocre, but really cheap. Warm water would be nice, but we didn't have that. If you're out in town during the night and just need a place to sleep and no warm shower in the morning, go there.

Worst hostel/hotel experience ever. There are literally 4-star hotels (not hostels) that are better value for money. Efforts to address issues with general manager, Irena Mashkova, were met with nothing but rudeness and impropriety. Definitely don't come here if you value cleanliness and peace of mind. Wish I had read previous reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away.

**BED BUGS** Stayed in the double room with my boyfriend for 3 nights. We woke up after the first night with about 10 bites each and we checked the beds for bed bugs poop and bugs. The bed sheet was clean so we assumed it was maybe a mosquito. The 2nd night, we woke up with more tracks and clusters of bites, and checked the sheets again, it has small blood smears confirming there are bed bugs and now with around 50 bites in total. We spoke to reception who did not move us room, we had to wait 2 hours before we were allowed to move rooms as the owner had to approve this. The Russian owner refused to speak to us and refused a refund for our final night as she stated that she did not believe us that there were bed bugs. We magically woke up with increasing amount of bites in tracks and clusters and she said we were lying about bed bugs and it wasn't the cause... She said that bites cannot blister. Some of my bites blistered on the 2nd day because I am highly sensitive to bites and took an allergic reaction and because it was 34 degrees in Prague and the rooms were so hot. I showed reception that bed bug bites can blister according to the internet but was accused by the owner of lying. We did not get a refund for our last night and got moved rooms where we woke up with even more bites. We had over 50 bites in total from sleeping in the bed in 2 rooms. The rooms were disgustingly hot too, and bathrooms dirty. I couldn't believe that the hostel done nothing about the bugs and the next people staying will just get bitten too. Beware. I wish I had read reviews on all websites before booking this place. Rude owner who said she didn't care and that we lied. I asked the reception staff to tell the owner to strip naked, sleep in the room for one night and see if I am lying then. She refused of course. She knew that the hostel was infested. She just did not want to take responsibility. Pure greed.

Because the reception was very friendly, funny, very helpful and with good English I put four stars. It is very close to the Florenc bus station and with a lot of trams just outside of the door. The kitchen is well equipped with many chairs to sit and eat you food. But it is a bit old, if someone has any kind of problem with going up three levels of stairs there is no elevator and the stuff were forgetting to put soap and toilet paper in the bathroom which was very annoying.

The room we stood was very large, and very clean, despite the vintage looks. The kitchen was ok, but the bathroom was the problem, too small and the light turned off very quickly, but after all, this is a hostel, what do you expect? The staff was nice, and the cleaners came every day. I recommend this because its very close to the main station and the old city center! Also important for those with credit card: they actually take your money from your card BUT if you want to cancel, there is a short notice in which you can cancel your reservation after a given day (say 7 days before your check-in) and they will not refund you. Actually, that is a HORECA policy, 80% of hotels/hostels etc have all over the world. AND the city tax is paid at the reception! Please pay attention to that!

The only thing this hostel has going for it is the low price - and even with that, the value is surprisingly low. If you happen to check in after 9pm, they charge you extra (which cost more than one night!). This extra charge was not mentioned anywhere upfront, not on booking or through any email communication. The rooms also lack electric sockets, so if you are in a near-full room you might have trouble charging your phone overnight. There are only three bathrooms and one shower so expect congestion in the morning.

Central location: it only takes one to walk for 10mins to reach the old town. ~okay cleanliness: they change the linens and vacuum up the rooms daily. There is a kitchen with expected appliances for cooking yourself a basic meal.

All Seasons Hostel is a nice and quite cheap Hostel considering what you get. Rooms are clean and spacious. It's in walking distance (10-15min) to the Old City and thereby the city center. But the hostel does also has it's flaws. There are not so many bathrooms/toilettes (I think two each floor). Considering the amount of beds in the dorm rooms (16 if I am not wrong). Two showers and two toilettes are not enough. On top of that they were not so clean (which is also a result of the limeted number). Another thing that bothered me Had been the towls that were laying in the rooms. You need to pay for using them (which would be okay), but we had not been informed on that during check-in and just found it out a day later. But in general it's good for what it is (a hostel).

good hostel, I would stay here again next time. good price, great location, administrators were nice and helpful. our room and bathroom were clean, comfortable bed, we had windows into a busy street so it was a bit noisy at night. But overall it was an ideal place for us for two nights. in mid-November there were not many guests so it was very calm. They could fix some details like the funny locker of the bathroom or the fact that if you accidentally leave a piece of your clothing or something in the hostel and call them a few hours after your check-out, they had already thrown the thing away thinking you don't need it. Wanted to pick it up myself in a few days in Prague but I was unfortunate.

It's so fresh, so shocking and so amazing and colorful that I want to live here in the hostel I love the hostel owner so much that the guests who come here are as lovely as fate would have it. For me, it's a very meaningful hostel. It's like a meteor falling from the sky, With a proud heart representing Korea, I can say that I love this hostel I want to give 100 stars to this hostel.
