The meals with meat were fine, fast service. Every meal, but the booked + paid vegetarian meals, had arrived. : They have forgotten our meals. 2 Minutes later some food made from scratch came out : salad + tomatoes (probably from the breakfast). The other vegetarians got Gnocchis with CHICKEN in them. We have paid for vegetarian food and they just heated up a meal and picked out the meat! I will demand my money that I’ve paid for the meals back. Unbelievable, would not recommend.

Rooms are decently clean. Beds we're outdated and worn down. Breakfast was sufficient. The stuff was a bit apathetic.

Good pricing, bus stops nearby (bus number 207 to central/p1 area). Service is nice and breakfast is usually fine. Suites are clean and AC works.

Stayed in Rooms 1 and 2 which were at ground floor level directly looking onto a busy road, across from casino and next door from kitchen. It was very noisy from 6am each morning as staff were getting breakfast ready and were extremely noisy. They did not try to be quiet or show consideration to guests in these rooms. The curtains in the room were too short for the window so people in the street could see in. Room was very basic and not very clean. Had to pay for WiFi, 3 euro per person, per device for a period of 24 hours. Breakfast was included but the food was horrible so we ended up having breakfast out. Not somewhere I would want to stay again.

Dissapointing. Hotel doesnt have AC in any of the rooms. The room we got was not the room we booked (too small, shower cabin door not functional). We've been disturbed constantly (from 6 am up to late at night) by the car noise from the street down. Service at reception desk was extremely poor. I don't recommend- definitively not worth the price!

The hotel rooms are clean...breakfast is decent ...We stayed here for two days ..the locality is good ..It's located very close to the national history museum..the public transport is little far away..And the road to from the hotel to the tram station is little steep..so if you have lot of luggage hire a cab

We were 6 days in this hotel. From moment that we were in the room we saw that sink is not good. The water goes very slow. We said that to the woman on the reception and she said that she will say to the other woman and other woman come second day and nothing. Next day same story. Third day she said I am calling the man to look at it. Fourth day she said he was there but nothing change. Ok that is about sink. The towels are very old and with holes. Bathroom was ok on first sight but if you see the shower and I have photo of it you can see that is not clean enough. Honestly one bag and a little bit of vinegar and problem is solved. You can say that is 3 star hotel and that is quality of 3 star hotel but I was in other 3 star hotels and they were much better. They had free wifi and pool also. The breakfast is okay but if you don't eat pork you have small options and other staff of hotel speak very bad English and than they don't know if hot dog is pig or cow. Good thing is that the hotel is close to stations but bad thing is that you are on the Main Street for police and ambulance. I see that this hotel is so proud for the price for internet. If you want to go with world and new thing you can see that regularly basic coffee bar has a free wifi and you don't. Paying for wifi in 2017 is not customer friendly. And on the pictures everything is much more beautiful than in reality. When client comes to the hotel you should greet them always, hello how are you, that is first thing of good quality. Staff don't even look at you most of times. You should have names of meals what you served then we know what we eat.

Finger weg! Gebucht waren 4 Nächte inklusive Frühstück. Vorab ist man sich ja bewusst, dass man die Erwartungen in anderen Ländern etwas runter schraubt, aber allgemein sollte schon eine Grundhygiene vorhanden sein, auch in einem 3 Sterne hotel. Die vorigen Rezensionen waren gut, weswegen wir auch buchten, Frühstück gut und freundliches Personal. Leider haben wir von beidem nichts gesehen, man wird in vielen Dingen wortlos abgefertigt. Von Freundlichkeit war nichts zu sehen. Haben wir dann aufgrund eines anderen Landes auch dabei belassen. Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, dreckige Teller, tassen und besteck. Die Erwartungen waren schon runtergeschraubt, aber ein Frühstück ohne Butter, frischkäse und rotem eisbergsalat, welcher wahrscheinlich am Vorabend geschnitten wurde, dann noch in einer fettigen durchsichtigen Schale, serviert wird? Naja, gefrühstückt haben wir auch jeden Morgen ausserhalb. Das Zimmer war nicht so, wie es im Internet dargestellt wurde. Es war teilweise dreckig, vergammeltes silikon in der Dusche, kaputte Fliesen in/ sowie ausserhalb der Dusche. Verwaschen "Weiße" Handtücher gab's auch noch. Um zum wesentlichen zu kommen : in dem hotel sind Haustiere erlaubt, dieser Sache macht sich das hotel aller ehren denn mitbringen braucht sich keiner Haustiere , die sind nämlich in euren Betten schon vor Ort, man nannte sie auch Bettwanzen: an der Decke, am Bett, an den Wänden. Der Groschen ist bei uns allerdings erst später gefallen, weil wir dachten es seien Tiere von draußen ( wir hatten das Fenster immer auf als wir ankamen weil der künstliche Geruch nicht auszuhalten war ) .nach der 3. Nacht waren an unserem Körper überall Bisse und Wunden zu sehen. Verbunden mit Juckreiz und Schmerzen sind wir eine Nacht früher gefahren, denn das wird nicht nur in diesem. Zimmer der Fall gewesen sein. Wer solch ein aufregendes Abenteuer liebt sollte aufjedenfall dort buchen, wer es jedoch entspannter und hygienischer möchte sollte davon aufjedenfall die Finger lassen:)

As we arrived we stood behind closed doors because the hotel does not exist any longer although we had a reservation! Nobody informed us about the closing and nobody was answering the phone either. We had to find another hotel! Don't book a room!!!

Das Zimmer mussten wir uns mit Ameisen teilen. Das Frühstück war schlecht: Nektar anstatt Saft, keine Brötchen, geplünderte Aufschnittplatten. Für unsere Motorräder wollte man uns die Parkgebühren für jeweils ein Pkw berechnen - auf einen eingezäunten Abbruchgelände! Nicht empfehlenswert!

Fakt ist, das Hotel ist direkt an der Straße. Das sollte einem bei der Buchung bewusst sein. Zurzeit ist eine Baustelle vor dem Hotel. Dafür kann der Betreiber ja nichts. Vom Baulärm haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Es ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nicht weit. Tesco Express, Drogerie und gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. WLAN ist KOSTENLOS! Muss aber an der Rezeption erfragt werden. Das Zimmer war bedingt sauber. Flecken auf dem Teppich, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Die Matratzen durchgelegen. Fenster schließen nicht mehr richtig. Das Bad und Ausstattung (Doppelbett, Safe, Schreibtisch, Sitzgruppe, Föhn, Kleiderschrank, Minibar) waren in Ordnung. Allgemein wirkt das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig. Vom Frühstück darf man nicht allzu viel erwarten. Basic. Qualität ist aber leider nicht gut. Das schlimmste ist der Frühstücksraum. Viel zu eng und zu wenig Plätze. Am besten NICHT von 8:45-09:30 frühstücken. Ich würde hier nur noch ein Mal für einen Citytrip von maximal 3 Tagen buchen.

Von außen sah das Gloria erstmal nicht sehr einladend aus, aber von innen dann viel besser. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, mit zwei Doppelbetten, einem Bad und separater Toilette, für 4 Personen, unter dem Dach. Vollkommen ausreichend. Aber... Für die abgeschlossene Runkelwiese als Parkplatz 8€ zu verlangen, ist schon ein bisschen übertrieben. Das Frühstück hätte auch etwas reichhaltiger sein können. Aber egal, wir sind satt geworden. Das einzige, was wirklich zu beanstanden war, war die Dame am Empfang. Definitiv nicht mit Freundlichkeit geschlagen. Mehr Unlust an ihrer Arbeit hätte sie nicht ausstrahlen können. Alles in allem aber ausreichend für einen Kurztrip in diese wundervolle Stadt.

Nice hotel for its price. Good location outside the centre, and you can get to the centre in 10 minutes with bus 207. The WiFi costs an extra 3€ per day. The traffic can disturb you if you're a light sleeper.

Well rooms are cozy. Room service is great. Staff at reception kindly helps if you ask them for route or something. Would reccomend this hotel for my friends. Talking about sound well yes there are car traffic until 22h. But it doesnt bother you while you sleep. Nearby there is great place to eat named Guston you must try it. And well there is very good connection with city centre bus stop is just in the other side of the street.

It was OK. I got the room at a discount, so won’t complain much. But it seems the walls are not quite soundproof. You could hear people talking in the next room. There is a large wardrobe in my room. It stands not quite stably. When you walk, you could see it slightly shivering and hear the floor creaking.

A good hotel a little to expensive compared to the general conditions of room and bathroom, Very nice people at the reception, gentle and helpful, 5 stars to them.
