Clean and nice place, the male receptionist who did the check-in was very friendly and professional however he asked for some document that I did not have to show. The next day after confirming that indeed that document is not needed, I told the female receptionist that they should not be asking that from clients like me so that they don't bother future guests with it. She then apologized and started saying bad things about her colleague, the male receptionist who had made the mistake. This is not professional at all and this is why I reduce 1 star.

Fantastic hotel, perfect for exploring the city by foot. You can reach every important sight within 20 minutes. A bunch of great restaurants is within a few minutes (and I mean the really good restaurants, not the touristy, overpriced stuff). Rooms are newly renovated, modern and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Really good hotel. Price is reasonable and the facilities are very good. There's actually nothing to complain about.
