It's one big scam, the woman on the phone says it's the real deal, and then the pawn shop says it costs 300 CZK. It is already illogical that the bracelet will become cheaper by 4 thousand just like that. I don't understand how they can sleep peacefully when they are robbing pensioners of what they think is the real thing and they trust a snitch who says 24/7 how it is real and confirmed. And he didn't even talk about the e-shop where things from the TV for 3 thousand cost 200 CZK. Please cancel the broadcast😀

I like the variety of the product. I don't need to evaluate the quality of the jewelry, there is nothing to solve --> reasonable price for good quality. But I was surprised by some products, it is convenient to buy fragrances and other products this way. Especially in this day and age......when there was a problem with the product, they were so quick to acknowledge the claim and refund my money.

Unpleasant staff!! After asking how such a big discount is possible for a given product of certain qualities, I was told if I had nothing better to do and was rudely scolded. I therefore ask the employer to take care of the correction and take disciplinary measures against the employees who were on duty on 7/9. 2021 around midnight. If this is not done in this way, I will firstly recommend this store and secondly, I will never try to order anything again.

Personally, I prefer to buy mostly decorations here, of which there is a really large selection, and moreover, they are always special in some way in that either their execution, usually a special design and also the variety of imports of these decorations, or depending on, for example: in what year times are suitable, so it's just not seen, so for me, definitely a great satisfaction, they are also great as a gift, mostly for me 😁, so things from you make me happy all year round, because I have your decorations in my room, as I already mentioned throughout the year and at Easter and of course at Christmas, another great thing is certainly the speed, willingness and very pleasant behavior of all the operators and also everything always came perfectly and carefully packed, so great for me 🙂👍, just so on, and I also have to point out that I also like this store thanks to the super presenters, who definitely deserve praise, as well as everyone from your team, so I am definitely still a loyal and satisfied customer, but maybe it would be nice to add more in the future another delivery company, e.g.: for example PPL, so that there is no choice, only and only Czech Post, otherwise great 🙂 and I wish you much success and many more satisfied customers and thank you very much for everything 🙂
