Excellent hotel experience. I was on the first floor facing the courtyard. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The courtyard was completely charming, and the staff was warm. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the touristy areas, or you could take trams. I oddly kept finding myself on roads that led to this hotel, so I take that as meaning the hotel is in a good location. A couple of things that were minor annoyances: I could not figure out how to adjust the air conditioning; every time I thought I was setting it, the room temperature would not adjust to the new setting. Also, there is no carpet, so you hear sounds from the hallway pretty loudly. Finally, the sink is a pedestal sink, so there is nowhere to place things. Overall, would definitely recommend this place.

I cannot highly enough recommend this hotel: Prague was hit by a horrible heat wave during our stay, which we were protected from experiencing while at the hotel due to their excellent air-conditioning during the day. That said, they seem to raise the temperature during the night, which did make the room too warm to my liking, and that was a shame, but other than that no complaints and only positive points to this great hotel: the location is a 5 minute walk from the Old City, the hotel is immaculate, the room and bathroom were super comfortable and spacious, the breakfast excellent, the price unbeatable for all that received in exchange, and the cherry on top of all of this goodness is the charming inner courtyard with chaise lounges, where - when Prague is not struck by a heatwave - guests can chill out.

Nice hotel, perfect location in the center with very polite and kind receptionists. The breakfast was not too imaginative and of quality, but it was ok. However I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine in my room and the possibility of checkout till 12:00!

While we were having breakfast, one of the working girls came with an attitude that would not befit a 4-star hotel and said, "Excuse me the breakfast is finished so you must go." That would be my only negative comment. On the other hand, the gentleman working at the reception is very polite. The location of the hotel is in the city center and close to everywhere and our room is clean.

The hotel was ideally located, near the tram and metro links. We were able to walk to most places of interest. We were placed at the back of the building, which was ideal for us as it was quiet and peaceful The hotel had a lovely courtyard garden Excellent hotel we would go again.

Very nice king size room. Bathroom really nice and big. Bed and pillow comfortable. Only downside for me is the noise of tram and you can heared people shouting in the middle of the night. But overall lovely place and this was our second time.

We stayed at this hotel for several days. The hotel is very nice, our room was nice and big. The hotel is located in a great area of Praque, with all the hotspots within walking distance. Breakfast is good. But housekeeping is a disaster here. The bedding was not changed for 5 days. Coffee and tea were not replenished. But if we go to Prague again, we will stay here again.

For hot water you need to wait a few minutes, which was strange, and the TV was... not watchable for non english speakers. But the room was very nice, the service kind and hospitable. The breakfast was great! And the location is supreme

Very nice hotel! Clean rooms and nice staff. Also the breakfast is great! Only the croissants were a bit dry for my taste, but because of the diversity of choices this is not a real problem. I forgot to take pictures of the room, I'm sorry. But as I said before, in my experience, the rooms were great! I love the fact that you could open the windows completely. I like my room cold when I go to bed and this was possible because of this fact. The location is also really great! Tons of restaurants and little stores within a 5 min walk. Also very close to the old town square. I definitely would stay again in Garden Court Hotel!

We had a lovely stay at the Garden Court Hotel and I wanted to share a few words about our experience. Firstly, the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. In particular, there was a very kind man with glasses who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Upon arrival, we were asked to fill out a form with our place of residence, but it had to be written in large letters, and not in doctor's handwriting. While this may seem like a small detail, it's these thoughtful touches that really made our stay at the Garden Court Hotel stand out. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience a great one, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

Exceptional! Room was clean with all the bells and whistles. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was definitely friendly and helpful.

I stayed in King Suite (Room 131) during Easter break, and it was totally worth paying a little more than regular room rates. Friendly staff welcoming you, spacious room beautifully decorated with antiques, immaculate cleaning condition, and simple but good enough breakfast offered. Highly recommend this place:)

Lovely hotel about 15mins walk away from old town square and charles bridge. There’s a tram stop within 1min walk. Many eateries nearby. Simple breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Has AC.

A/C didn’t ever turn on.. had to put a shoe in the window to get any air flow inside the room. The bedding was cheap.. even ripped a bed sheet on night 1. They charged us 43 euros in “damages” for their cheap bedding. Do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect and central place! But it is definitely not a 4-stars hotel, more like 3-stars hotel. Advantages: - Very central. walking distance of every attraction in prague. 2-minutes away from tram and metro station. 2-minutes away from shopping central with supermarket and fast food places. -Very clean, extremely safe, overall quite -staff is nice and mostly helpful - for the entrance to the hotel property, one should use the room card to open the gate outside: this is great and adds to the safety of the place Disadvantages: -Took superior room with street view, and checked with the staff before going if it is going to be noisy and they said no! But the room is very noisy as long as the windows are open because it is close to the tram- that didn’t bother me much. But if you are extremely annoyed by noise ask before for a room without street view. -The room is not equipped with basic stuff, like pen and still water. Also in the bath there is only liquid soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no creams! That’s why I said that this is more of a 3-stars hotel. -The food in the breakfast room is displayed in small space- and the food itself is very basic. I ate out most of the days. - There is a alot of potential to the hotel and is not used, like the sitting place in the courtyard outside: it is not fully lit and could be presented in a more appealing way. -When I asked the seception for a robe and slippers, one of the staff members asked to get down to the reception to get them! I wasnt aware they dont have room service! -The heating didnt work well at night. They tried to fix it, but it didnt really change: only worked in the day. -I asked for a late check-out, they requested a fee of 50 euros till 15:00 and 75 euros after 15:00! I am supposed to give this place 3 stars rating, but since it is in a very central place, clean and safe- which are the most important stuff for me- I give it a rating of a 4 stars. But definetly you guys have a lot of improvement to do! Overall, this place was good for me and my needs! So thank you.

Loved it! New hotel, super cute rooms with a cozy atmosphere🙂 I enjoyed the stay very much, with hot water running in a good stream, clean sheets and tidy room in general! Breakfast can be better, but it is satisfying. Wish I had better pictures, I took them after we settled in😆

I note service 4/5 because I have to wait for long today for the room to be ready. But the receptionist said that it's exceptional. Normally it's faster. Well, hope so. In general I love this hotel, clean, large and quiet room. Affordable price for a 4 stars hotel, breakfast included with basic choices.

Old rooms. Lot of things doesnt work properly. Below average beds, bathrooms. Awful cleaning-room service. (Tiny window of clean, only 14h-16h, and we like to stay on the room at that time: half of the days our room wasnt made). Ladies that clean make a LOT of noise. Screaming between them. The only good thing that has this hotel: reception. Really really good service, and kindness.

The only benefit of the hotel is it’s location. My expectations were not met regarding what I read in booking.com Very good breakfast? Really? It is average. The bath door was not properly closing - thus after each shower there was a pool in the bathroom. There was only one shampoo/soap/gel bottle - of low quality. I could not get any ear stick or any other related bath stuff even after the reception guy told me they will bring it. It is a very strong 3* hotel.

The location was great, a short minute's walk to Old Town Square. The room was comfortable, spacious, and super clean. The heating worked perfectly, this is important, especially on very cold days. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

The staff was really nice and always eager to help us, especially Alisher was very competent at our check in and check out. The only little thing that bother us was the buns, they were a little bit hard. But all-in-all a great experience, would visit again any time!!
