The room is quite clean. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. What I can not bear is that the housekeepers were talking very loudly in the corridor and made loud noises with vacuum and other stuff from around 8:30am to almost noon almost everyday. And one day they just used their key to open my door without even knocking...

The simple rooms and scratchy bed linens did not bother me. The incredibly rude reception staff did. This staff will raise their voice, call you a liar, and force themselves into your room on a whim. I was here for business and will never return. I have never reviewed a hotel before but this one is undoubtedly the worst I have ever stayed in.

Modern furniture in room, however the bathroom could be in better condition and cleaner (dust and hair on the floor). The doors are old and the doorsteps are loose. Breakfast was very simple, there were no fruits, only one type of vegetable, one type of coffe, only white bread, but there were eggs and sausages. The location is good - close to O2 Arena and metro station.

Decent hotel for the price, however we were on the 5th floor and the shower'so water pressure was non existant, worse than the faucet. Apart from that, nice stay in Arlington Hotel.

Room was very stinky from cigarette smoke. Receptionist said that that wasn't her fault, as this is a non smoking hotel, and also they're fully booked.

Good,clean and comfortable place to stay.Food was average. The subway is 10 minutes and shopping mall is 5 mins walking distance. Staff are ok.

In the shower the water flows completely unpredictable. No shower shelves. Nowhere to dry towels. Few electrical outlets. Clean. Near tram and subway, 15 minutes from the center.

Difficult to be in the lobby, because it is always covered in cigarette smoke. It destroys the impression immediately. Otherwise rooms are good. No smell at the 4th flour I was staying at.

Really nice hotel staff, good price for our 3 people room, price was equal to quality so dont expect too much!

Great place to stay, a bit outside the main center but easily accessible by metro. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
