A very nice quiet Hotel with nice Breakfast and an Included Restaurant with bar. The rooms are clean and the Personnel are super friendly. The location is also not too far away from the City Center. They also have a guard tower in the Parking slot, to protect the Cars there (really nice!). Also Breakfast is included and also very Nice! All in all a very nice place to stay in Prag!

Russian hotel, with Russian speaking staff. 1. Extremely unfriendly staff. Checking in took me about 1 hour. They checked many documents. We were tired, small children wanted to sleep, but the family was waiting for the deliberately long procedure. I took some hot water on breakfast and got a scandal (I was not allowed to take water...). 2. It´s a noisy place, railway, trams, football fans... 3. Hotel parking is not free as described, you have to pay for this. 4. Rooms are quite plain, a bit worn out, I would say 1-2 stars max

This was our base while we were in Prague recently. It's a lovely hotel about 20 minutes walk from old town with lots of tram connections - you have to try the trams, they are a great way to get around! The hotel offers breakfast - cooked and continental style, as well as dinner if you want it. If you have time before your flight for more sight seeing, they will hold you bags for you until you are ready to leave. Recommended.

I have a reservation at this hotel to travel May 1 through Booking at a non-refundable rate. It was a family trip that has cost us a lot to plan and with which we were excited. After confirming the state of emergency in Spain and the Czech Republic it was obvious that it was impossible to make the trip and we asked this hotel to allow us to make a cancellation with a refund (cancellation meant losing all our money, around €700). The circumstances were exceptional. We try to speak on several occasions with the hotel, who always send us a short answer: "It is not possible." They never offered other options. We had to claim through Booking that the only thing they have offered us is to say THIS WEEK a new travel date, when we do not know when we can return to travel normally. I don't want to repeat this experience until I am sure I can travel safely. When I pay for a hotel I pay for a service. I accept the non-refund conditions when I am the one who cancels the trip. But in this case neither Spain nor the Czech Republic allow international mobility and tourism, which is why it exceeds the reservation conditions. It seems to me an unfair and selfish treatment by this hotel, which has made us not want to stay in it and for now neither Prague nor the Czech Republic. Given the circumstances I do NOT recommend this hotel to any international traveler.

(10th-13th January 2018) Charming hotel tucked away partially out of view, which gave the atmosphere a nice sense of solitude (even if it was by a railway, which wasn't a hinderance) Staff were kind and friendly and gave us tidbits of information for getting around Prague, which was welcomed. Our room was very comfortable and a great size, didn't feel cramped at all. Nice bathroom with scalding hot water for the bath which was great. Only a tramride away from the Old Town which ran like clockwork. Love the hotel, loved Prague and would love to go back.

Quiet hotel with English speaking staff on reception. Basic rooms but very spacious. Breakfast available each day with as much as you like to eat. A little out the way for visiting the main tourist parts of Prague but this keeps the price down a little. Felt it was a little odd to not be allowed to leave the hotel with your room key or the key to the safe in your room. Defeats the point of having a safe a little. Able to leave bags in a locked room when checking out to save carrying them around if you have the day before leaving. The area as quite beat down and didn't look like an appealing place to walk through.

Very good, clean and quiet hotel a little bit outside the tourist heart or Prague( 1 and 2). 15min tram ride to all major tourist attractions like Charles Bridge, Venceslas Square, Stare miesto, etc.. Breakfast was simple, but for the room you cannot complain. Japanese restaurant just a few meters away and a supermarket in a walking distance, such as small food markets until midnight just across the tram station. Staff very friendly. Parking cost only 9EUR a night, closed with video surveillance. I was here twice and I´ll come back for sure.

I'm disappointed. We had to cancel our reservation due to the room cleaning quality and first off all I booked room with double bed but we received room with two single beds. I tried to swap rooms but they said it's not available. The receptionist was very rude. The carpet in our room was very dirty with lots of stains. Anyway we have been charged for first night which was 70% of the booking fee. We haven't used the room at all. We just entered the room for a minute to find disgusting conditions and went straight back to reception, but we've been told "you have booked so you have to pay. After that we went an other 3 star hotel and having welcomed by the stuff and been given a lovely room cleaned first off all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. good luck with finding different hotel.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were suppose to travel to Prague and stay in the hotel at the end of May. Because of COVID19 we are unable to travel. I had to cancel our trip. We had two rooms booked. I'm getting a refund for one room but not the other as the Hotel doesn't want to refund me for the room. I understand that the room was none refundable when I booked in February but since then the world has gone in lock down and it's not my fault that we can not travel. I feel that the hotel could have been more accommodating seeing that we are in unprecedented times. Nope!! Instead I'm loosing of £250 pounds just on this room. Be sure that I will NEVER book them. I will be travelling to Prague as soon as we can but they will not be getting my business!!!!!!!

We received this hotel through the Wowcher mystery holiday deal and would not recommend. The rooms were very basic and the breakfast was unappetising. Upon arrival we were also shocked to find a USED CONDOM on our desk chair, they were happy to offer us a change of room after this incident but the room was no different from the first.

Honestlly a very nice little hotel. We booked it for a really decent price and expected not much out of it but was more than great. Bathtub was a big plus! Morning food was pretty basic but enough to start the day with :) The location was also really good Totally recomand!

Fairly basic but clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was limited choice bit perfectly adequate. Try and get a room at the front of the hotel as the rooms at the back do get a bit of noise from the trains running nearby but personally I found the rumbling sound quite soothing! Would recommend if you are on a budget or simply want a base to explore Prague from.

Main entrance is a bit weird to find, it's like behind the main street. Check in is not available until 2pm and check out is until 11am. You are able to leave your stuff with them and they will put it in a closet and lock it up. You must turn in the key everytime you leave the hotel and then ask receptionist for it when you return. Free buffet style breakfast is available from 7-10am. Breakfast is simple with many variety of bread. I had a room on the 3rd floor with a twin size bed. There's a small TV and a fridge. There wasn't many outlet plug. There is no AC, but a floor fan is available. One window and room had those slanted roof ceiling. Bathroom has a bath tub with the movable head and toilet is sanitized.
