There was a lot of great things about this company, and some things that needed adjusted/worked on. I took the bus and boat tour during the day and a boat tour (dinner cruise) at night. I enjoyed my time with all of them. The bus tour took you to the palace at the time the guards were changing, and to the astronomical clock at the time it was going to go off. Those were excellent and need to stay the way that they are. What needs changed was after the boat tour (the one during the day) you ended the tour at the docks and no where near where the tour started. This could be a major problem for people with disabilities or elderly who cannot get around very well. So you got off the boat and there was no bus to take you back up the hill. So plan to uber or take public transportation to get back to where you want to be. The evening boat tour stated that there was transportation to the boat, and we were to meet at the yellow kiosk booth. Thankfully we got there super early. There was no transportation and you had to walk to the docks. Not an issue if you are young and fit. Definitely an issue if you are disabled or elderly. I think it may be a mile or so walk to the docks. Thankfully, the worker was very nice and walked with us because we wouldn't have know which pier to meet the boat at. Again, at the end of the dinner cruise there was no transportation back. So, definitely do the dinner cruise and the boat cruise during the day, but be prepared to make your own transportation to get to your next destination. The dinner cruise was one of my favorite things we did in Prague, so don't let the transportation hiccup keep you from doing it. Just be aware of it and plan ahead if your not going to walk.

Schedule this tour “T15” with our hotel as the pickup location. They arrived 25 minutes late and went into the hotel next door to look for us. They rushed us aboard and never apologized for being late. Once we boarded the guide was knowledgeable however once we reached our destination we were passed onto another guide that was very hard to understand. The entire tour was rushed and we walked right past photo opportunities, statues and plaques without a chance for a photo or even an explanations from the guide. They said on the tour there would be time for a snack or lunch but there was not. Like I said very rushed. We arrived back in Prague and were pressured to get off the bus in “old town” not at the hotel like we paid for. Although we got a 25 minute late start they did not extend to tour 25 minutes Only a 3 out of 5. This company might be OK for in Prague tours but for out of town tours, look elsewhere.

It has been tested, the price is acceptable, and the trip takes you about an hour without stopping, and if you want to stop, it is available to you in 3 locations, and you can also try a river cruise after the third stop.

We had a one day tour to Cesky Krumlov with them . The air con in the mini bus wasn't working. It should be the responsibility of the company to ensure that the bus is in good working condition before take off especially in the summer with the temperature of 27degrees Celsius. We are baked in the mini bus for 3hours

We did the tour from Prague to Kutna Hora. Kutna Hora is an absolutely beautiful city.... Just wish we had more time to "stop and smell the roses". There was zero time to just enjoy where we were at. It was one stop after another. Traveler tip don't sit on the back of the bus. It hurts and you will be thrown around like no other. Just give people an hour longer in Kunta Hora and I guarantee ratings will go up.

We checked in 20 minutes early for our dinner cruise. We were told to walk down to the river and then go to pier 3. Little did we know this was about 2 miles away even though the tour description and the voucher we received from our travel agency both read that we would be transported by bus/coach to the boat. We got to the boat in time, but the transportation that is stated to be provided was not. If we happened to have been not in as great of shape than we are, I’m not sure we would have made it in time. When we arrived at the boat, 3 boat personnel looked at the receipt we had been given by Prague Sightseeing Tours and questioned it. It was not a great experience getting to or on the cruise.

We went on a bus tour around Prague. The lady assured that the journey would take two hours, but in fact it was about an hour. Plus a half-hour walk around the castle, which you can go on your own for free. The trip was very poor and expensive.

Our tour guide was the most boring monotone guide I have ever had. He ruined the whole tour for us. Never again. He didn't engage with anyone. He only answered questions and stopped for 15 minutes for his cup of tea leaving us wandering around doing nothing. Don't bother....

Exciting trip to Terezin. However, the car was extremely hot and there were many people on the trip

We took 2 different tours. One was to the Terezin concentration camp. I would definitely recommend it for a 3-4 hour time frame. We also took the Prague Castle tour. If I had to do it over, I would probably do this tour without a guide and use the audio guide. One thing that I will note about both tours... they schedule groups with 2-4 spoken languages and multi-lingual tour guides. The problem is that it takes so long to translate 4 different times, you feel like you're missing a lot. Our Terezin guide, Tatiana, was excellent even with this challenge.

Very nice. Only the time at the castle or palace was too short, but we were offered the option of taking another bus back from the tour. The bus driver could drive very well and drove very cleanly (little jerking, no heavy braking). Unfortunately, 1 point has to be deducted. The bus was full to the brim, which wasn't that nice and the headphones weren't cleaned properly because there was earwax from one person on them She had previously had the headphones to be used again.

No hotel pickup despite being specified in our itinerary, we purchased this tour as it was advertised as a walking tour but we started with a 45 minute bus ride around old town and new town with an outdated audio guide with no instruction given and poor sound quality. The only parts of the Palace we saw were the parts that are free to see anyway and whilst we only had 7 people on our tour....2 French speaking and 5 English speaking, the guide spoke 80% of the time in French meaning we felt that we were only getting very perfunctory English descriptions of what we were seeing. It was a 6.5 hour tour with only maybe 1.5 hours of walking. It also finished approx 1 hour early. We were very disappointed with the tour and would not recommend it.

We had taken a tour to Karlovy vary with them, we were so happy with their services and a special mention for our Guide “”Ms Sarah”” who works with all her heart and did an amazing job in making us fall in love with Czech Republic even more. She let us know everything about the towns. Pls do appreciate her work from our end. Cheers!

We did the Grand City tour. Fastest tour ever! The first hour was in a small bus/van. They sped throughout the city telling us bits and pieces of the city’s history...all while saying, “ You can pay to go on the tour to see that/this with us later.” We then got off the bus and walked for two hours from the Prague Castle to Old Town Square. This trek is free to do on your own so we basically paid for the guide to point a few things out to us. We ended up leaving the tour and venturing out on our own...which was way better.

The stay at the castle was far too short, couldn't be done in 30 minutes, the shipping was a joke, the drinks arrived shortly before docking, you could save money

TRASH. Worst experience ever. Claims to be a buffet but there were no refills of any of the food. less food than the amount of people on the boat, wasn’t good, water/drink costed 80ck. ALOT of mosquito/ insects flying inside the boat, NO Air conditioning AT ALL. Was not pleasant, was not worth the 900/800ck.

On an easter saturday, they overbooked and we waited for 1.5 hrs at bus stop as all buses were full. We asked for a refund of our 160 euro booking but yet to get it.

Don't go tours. Buy train ticket and go 10 times cheaper on your own to Karlstejn, Konopiste castle or Cesky Krumlov.

Offering almost nothing except the ride for excessive fees. For instance you may travel to Dresden by train for 1/4 of what they ask.

This company don't care about customers feedback and satisfaction. I sent more than two email complaining about a tour guide. They don't bother themselves to respond.

Never had a worse customer service experience. We were meant to be picked up at our hotel for our tour, however they did not turn up. I called the company to see where they were, and there was an error on their end and no one was coming to get us. The lady then told me we had missed the tour and there was nothing they could do. Mind you we were meant to be picked up at 11:00am, and I called at 11:08am, so I'm baffled as to how we missed the tour. The lady was extremely rude, unapologetic and even hung up on me. I called back requesting to speak to a manager, and the same lady told me I didn't need to speak to a manager because we had already missed the tour. Again, I requested to speak to a manager, but coincidentally they were not in the office, I then requested for an email to be sent for the manager to call me when they are in to discuss the situation, and have not heard back since. I am really disappointed with the service and the arrogance/attitude of their service staff. Please re train and work with your staff members on better service delivery so other people can have a more pleasant experience in the future.
