We’ve just come back from a very interesting and beautiful tour around Ćeský Krumlov and it was much more than we anticipated. Eva, our tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable about the place. On top of that, she was proficient in several languages and did her best so everybody felt comfortable and understood her speech. Our driver, Anthony, was punctual and professional as well. It is a highly recommended tour experience.

Sofi did a great job sharing information on Cesky Krumlov. It’s a long day but a beautiful place to go. So glad we made the trip.

The only complain that I have is that the pricing is a bit unfair as most of the time the price drops significantly during the last few days close to a tour departure. It is not fair to thoughtful and loyal customers to pay so much more. My suggestion is to keep several tour companies in mind and pick the one that drops the price the most.

Our hotel clerk in Prague suggested this tour and it was awesome! The driver picked us up right at the hotel entrance and took us to a central collection area where we were sorted into different buses by language. Our guide was very energetic and knowledgeable. Great insights and personal stories. Finished the tour with a one-hour river cruise which gave a different perspective of the city. Well worth the money!

We went to Kutna Hora for the 7 hour trip. The pick up from our hotel was prompt and we changed buses at a central point. The bus was comfortable and driver good. Our guide Diana was excellent. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that we had a 2 hour free time break that was too long in Kutna Hora.

It was not what I expected and was expensive compare to others I couldn’t entrance to The Cathedral they skip a lot of places. And the canal tour was totally not worth it. I would not recommend this tour.

Went to Kutna Hora tour today, 18/02. It was a great tour. Our tour guide (I think Adam was his name, I forgot) was very informative and made sure nobody got left behind. Booked the tour online, direct on their website and it was straight forward. Highly recommended it.

My wife and I went with 9 others on a day trip to Kunta Hora. Peter our guide was very knowledgeable and took good care of us and the driver was very safe and professional. We will recommend and will be back with this company for other tours.

We had a friend who was not feeling well and our bus driver and Jana went out of their way to take care of her. Jana was informative and spoke English extremely well so was easy to understand. She was patient with questions and did not hurry us along but kept us on schedule in an easy and relaxed way.

This was a memorable trip with so much to see. Our guide, Anna was really nice, very knowledgeable about everything we saw. We also asked several questions which Anna was pleased to explainn about in some detail. She knew when to avoid long queues at peak times and generally was pleasant to be with. We would recommend this tour if you are serious to learn about the different parts of the castle. Two trips this week from Prague on Prem1ant City Tour and we had the best time. Mr Renè is very knowledgeable and personable. He definitely made our trips memorable. The buses were very nice as well 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We did the half day tour, which included the environs of the castle, a bus trip through the city and a walk around parts of the city. On the minibus at the start of the tour, we shared with an Italian tour group. Our guide's English wasn't great (but I can't really complain as I can't speak Czech!) and she spoke softly so it was difficult to understand/hear her. So we didn't pick up much at that part of the tour. At the castle it was ok but again, hard to understand the guide. We didn't walk over Charles Bridge as advertised and when we tourists asked the guide questions she didn't often understand them. It was ok but I wouldn't recommend this tour group, based on this experience for the money (plus tip!).

We took a half day tour to Kutna Hora, the tour was wonderful with a multilingual guide, gave us information as we traveled out of the city but allowed us some quiet time to rest before we arrived in Kutna Hora, the guide was very knowledgeable and talked about the town, with history on the Sedlec Ossuary, church of St. Barbara and through the streets to the end of our tour. We were given time to explore ourselves throughout the tour and allowed some time to get some refreshments at the end. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend this tour company for any excursions you might be planning!

Premiant City tour clients- We booked and pay Karlovy vary & Moser factory one day trip on 1st January 2018 in English . The group was mixed 50/50 Spanish/English. It was not said when we pay for!!! He was excellent - clear, knowledgeable, good English, answered all questions, provided extra help with buying refreshments on the boat and indicated lots of city landmarks for which other visits could be made. Our driver took the minibus carefully and smoothly around the narrow streets. The boat ride had a clear description of the scenery in 4 languages. Very, very good. Tiring but excellent. Great value in my opinion. Highly recommended.

I took the Kutna Hora half day trip, a recommendation from my hotel. It was great! I would highly recommend it. My tour guide, Tatiana, was excellent. So knowledgeable, so much fun, a genuine pleasure to be around! We started at the ossuary, then went to see the Saint Barbara Cathedral, and then to walk around the town to the Italian court. We even had some time to do a little shopping, she pointed out the best stores. The timing of everything was perfect. I felt I had enough time at each place to truly appreciate it. I learned so much, and just had a really great time. I highly recommend this tour.

It was interesting to learn more about Kutna Hora and it's history, and the day trip was a nice change of pace from the city of Prague. The church there was beautiful and rivaled many of those in the city itself. Our guide Jan was friendly and knowledgeable – he spoke multiple languages so that everyone in our diverse tour group was able to get the most from his tour through the town, and was patient in answering our questions. I had a lovely time and learned a lot and would recommend this half-day trip to anyone considering it.

I didn't really enjoy day 2 with Grand city tour (12/18/2019, 2pm), because I joined the afternoon session and it was winter, not long after the tour starts, the sky started to get dark, by the end of the tour I can't really see anything, I would suggest to put the boat ride after we have toured everything around the old town and jewish quarter. Or make the tour earlier. One point i must make, is that going to the charles bridge weren't even included in the tour, we had to go there ourselves, the guide only gave directions after the tour ends, when everything is dark already. If so, the description of the tour should not include charles bridge on viator webpage. Also, the guide doesn't speak clearly and loudly enough.

As we had limited time, we went for the Half Day City Tour, which included the Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, River Cruise and Old Town from 10am to 2pm. This is recommended only for people who don't have much time since we barely get any time to see any attraction in detail. The tour guide explained everything well, however there was a lot of walking involved too. We saw the Prague city, Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral from 10am - 12noon. Then we enjoyed a river cruise from 12noon - 1pm, followed by a mini tour of Old Town from 1-2pm. On hindsight, I feel that one should devote more time to these places and spend atleast 2 hours to truly enjoy each attraction.
