I've been meaning to write a review for a long time about this burrito loco. We are locals living in Prague 1 and we frequently get a night snack from this burrito loco. Because this location is in the city center, the restaurant is always overrun with tourists, however the genuine, hard-working, and kind staff there--,Oksana, Jana, ildika, and another blonde haired lady--always remember us welcome us. We look forward to visiting this burrito loco and recommended it to our international visitors and friends. This restaurant makes us feel part of the community. We've been there yesterday. Everything is written in Czech and difficult to understand. The staff was not friendly at all. They did not speak English. Moreover, there were listening to loud music and did not pay attention to the customers. We've asked for spicy quesadillas, but they were sweet. Overall, not the nice experience that we expected.

*EDIT TO REVIEW!* August 2020 Last time I was here my experience was less than pleasant but I still really liked the food and wanted to give it a second chance and I’m so happy I did! The young blonde man (working on August 22, around 4:30pm) was SO nice and friendly! I wish I got a chance to look at his name tag so I could give him proper credit because his attitude made me feel so bad about my first review I had to change it! • • January 2020- Food was good but the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The young man working was nice but the older lady (she acted like she was in charge) was extremely rude and totally unprofessional. She yelled at us because THEY were out of tacos, and because we weren’t standing where she wanted us to.. (this is like a 4x4 restaurant, there’s really not many options of places to stand) but her attitude was atrocious.

I don't know how this place runs in the day but in the night it's a shambles. 23:13 we arrived there was 3 staff working, yes that's correct 3. I asked for the limited edition chicken fajita and left at 23:38. Yes I did time it all because the only reason I went here is because it would be fast so I was very aware of time. The staff should be honestly embarrassed. There were 3 orders infront of me. Just really ruins the image and experience of this brand. Won't be returning in a hurry

I live at Narodni Trida. I go to Buritto Loco at Spalena every other weekend. It's the greatest comfort food in Prague; however, what's the most important is the service. The ladies working there are the nicest people! Everytime I go there I have nice conversations and the smoothest service. I introduced myself to Yana, Ildika and Oksana, and I think they're great. They even remember my every weekend crunchy wrap order. I come back to the place with a smile on my face, which is a weird thing for a place where you go at 1am!!!

Had a burrito here at night. To take a way it is great. Food is really good but staff barley understand English.

Best burrito place in Prague. Not only fast but also very good and cheap. I could eat this all day. Also want to say hi the cute staff girl Natálie very helpful girl. 💜

Grande burrito was not Grande at all. Vegetable was not fresh. I recommend trying different Burrito Loco restaurants, you can enjoy your meal better somewhere else.

Tacos are fully authentic Mexican style, really great surprise. Recipe definitely from a Mexican, and they're cooked perfectly. Friendly helpful staff.

I hate to give one star ratings but I have no choice here. Ordered a burrito. Asked the staff if there will be beans added. She said Yes. And I requested not to add it. It causes digestion problems for me. Plus She asked if I needed extra guacamole. I said Yes. Another 25 krona was added. Completely fine. Now when the burrito is made. There were beans inside them and no guacamole. The person who made the burrito wasn't aware of my additional request. When I mentioned about my request both the staff who I spoke to and the one who made it said it's okay, it's only very little, it should be fine in a very cute way. Convincing me to eat it with the beans 😄 Honestly that's not how it works 😅 If someone with allergies to an item requests not to add it, you can't add it and say I have only added a little. After a quick chat they agreed to change it or remake it. But unfortunately I didn't have the time for that. Frankly speaking I spent a lot of time waiting there, as there were quite a few orders before me. All in all, poor experience. Ripped off extra money for add on which was never added. Burrito was definitely good. Staff was friendly but needs some training as they are preparing food :) Only writing it here so you could take training your staff a bit more seriously. Sorry for the one star rating 🙏

This little, unassuming Mexican food shop serves up some tasty burritos. Their menu offers a decent variety of options, and while I can't vouch for their authenticity, the burritos are delicious. It appears to be a takeaway-only spot, and I wasn't asked if I wanted to customize my burrito. The staff member did speak English and they also accepted card.

Very fast service! She was very efficient and the food she made was very tasty. Only take-away though… the quesadillas were suuuuper tasty but the “chips + guacamole” are a disappointment.

Asked for options without rice and lettuce. The lady added rice and lettuce. Asked for chicken burrito and got beef, tried tacos and they were drowned in ice cold salsa… asked to have the food ordered corrected because we confirmed the order before we made it. Was told “sorry” and left with food we could not eat. 641 czk for nothing.. no thanks, we will not return

Happy hour is a must! Good selection of cocktails. Vegetarian food is limited but fine if you are just looking for cheap and cheerfutl. not the place to choose if you’re looking for a food orientated experience. Vibe was nice

The burrito I bought today must have had a whole onion in it - it was completely inedible and went into the bin after a few bites. Safe to say I will not be returning again.

We ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl (both 205 crowns) plus the extra 200g of Guacamole. Firstly, the Guacamole had huge chunks of Avocado in it and barely tasted like it had any ingredients in it. The Burrito was tasty, and filling, but I ordered extra guac for 30 crowns and I dont think they put it in, and if they did, it was such a miniscule amount that it wasnt noticable. The biggest let down was the burrito bowl though. One would think that for the same price as the burrito, on would get the same amount of food, but it was less than half the size of the burrito, and was more like a salad than an actual meal. The taste was okay, but definitely not worth 205 crowns for such a small portion. Disappointed!

I had burrito KickAss in other Burrito Locco places, but this is the worst, smallest, no rice, no beans nothing. Only little bit of vegetables with tiny portion of cheese. And to top it all of with 5 small pieces of steak. The burrito was missing half of ingredients. Tragedy!

Worst Burrito Loco I've visited. Staff was unhelpful, didn't even ask which sauce I would like. They just ignored me. I ordered cheese quesadilla and it was sad, burnt. Not worth the price.

Not a good burrito, all of the ingredients that were supposed to be hot (chicken, beans, rice) were kept cold instead of hot, so you end up eating a cold burrito.

Alternative fast food. Not pricier than the rest of the area, but not cheap. Has a couple options to try out.

Super friendly, helpful staff who spoke great English. Very nice guys. Good food, well spiced, good range of vegetarian options too. Build your own burrito kinda like Chipotle in the States. Definitely recommended.

I took chicken fajitas burrito and I told them I want it to be a bit spicy. She made it so spicy that I threw half of it into a trash bin and the second half I barely ate because I was super hungry. Also, tortilla was cold and chicken not fried enough. i had an intense heartburn. For 7euros this is quite bad. I don't recommend.

The blonde employee was unpleasant and unwilling to help you order. I told her that I wanted a non spicy burrito and my burrito was really spicy. I tried to order and she was making expressions while I was trying to understand the menu. The food despite the fact that it was spicy while I told her I wanted it non spicy it wasn’t tasteful at all.

Rice was hard; how does a company not know how to cook rice. They didnt ask what we wanted in our burrito. There was one girl laughing as she slowly made 17 orders and didn't care to look after the customers. Completely understaffed and that causes the staff to not do their jog

Love it! I have tried about everything at burrito loco, but beef quesadilla stays as a favourite 😍 😋 👌

A delicious burrito, second best of the five or six I have tried in various countries. Staff don't speak English but they have a menu in English if you ask them. Sadly everything else is written in Czech (except the headings on the board/overhead menu) which can be quite confusing. Ask for the English menu if necessary! Also the burrito isn't hot due to preprepared ingredients(the meat in the most expensive one is also slightly chewy but not does not ruin the burrito at all). All other ingredients are authentic and fresh and very good!

i found a hair in my burrito. i asked for another one. guess what? second bite, i found two more hairs. disgusting! not to mention that they were laughing when being shown the hair. very bad hygiene. the taste of the burrito would have been okay. too bad they don t mention the hair as extra ingredients. don t go!
