Terrible. No one should EVER stay here. Rooms are absolutely claustrophobic, heat was cranked in every room, 10 EUROS for a hamburger, plus the "schnitzel-house" restaurant menu is all in Czech (& don't expect ANY assistance from "Michael" the manager, as he's a TOTAL scumbag). My band (Canadians all) & I encountered scheduling issues that required early check-out...needless to say that when asked if we could get some of our advance payment back (which we'd payed up front, in cash) he flatly (& very rudely) refused. He wouldn't even consider returning a small portion of our up-front payment. His english was great when we gave him $$$ but became terrible when we came to him with problems & on top of it all, you're a captive audience here...there's NOTHING in proximity to this location...only good if you're looking for relative isolation, long-distance walks, & expensive food (on-site you've only got a microwave & fridge). There are so many better places to stay in Prague. Only positive was the overall cleanliness...daily cleaning services (but then again, there were very few others staying there with us).

Staff was pretty nice to us, but that's about the only good thing. The rooms are terribly claustrophobic, there is no way to lock thr toilets. Random people were sleeping inside the shared areas and outside the building. There are a lot of stairs and food is not cheap. But the whole experience set us back only a few hundred crowns so the stay was VERY cheap and the WiFi was great

I would give less if I could. Perfect place for people who love bedbugs and horrible service, though. They couldn't care less about the well being of their guests, and would rather have people sleep outside, on the floor, than clear the room of these bugs. I wish the owner would experience bed bugs at his home so he knows what big of a trouble this is for the health of the people willig to shelter there. The kitchen chef rather stands sharpening his knife in the door opening, than listening to our complains. Shut this biohazard down!

Just terrible, they charge you for a parking spot but they don't any, you just have to park on the street down the road, hygiene in the room also bad, I know it's a cheap place to stay but it doesn't mean has to be like that
