First impressions really good. Staff of the accomodation part was friendly and helpful. Nevertheless I was a witness of the restaurant staff being rude to the foreign customers and refusing to serve them, even though they had reservation and were polite (I wouldn't). It appeared that staff over reserved and they had no seats available. Since this happened in restaurant, it will not affect my rating. Yet I believe it is good to mention and keep in mind if you want to visit the restaurant. Regarding the apartment, the equipment was modern, plentiful, bed comfy, large shower... however the bathroom floor was kinda dirty and when I stepped out of the shower with wet feet, I stood in a small pool of "mud". I couldn't wrap my head around it, since the rest of the apartment was super clean. Breakfast covered the basics well - eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, cheese, bread and cut baguette, etc. - all tasty and fresh, totally acceptable. Overall I will visit again and I can recommend the accomodation to everyone.

A lot of + with one -. This is a very good place for the price (about 26€ or 650 czk/night/person in a room for two people). There is a good kitchen, refrigerator, showers, possibility for laundry and for printing documents, and a nice breakfast. Lidl is right across the street and the Viktoria Žižkov tram stop is maybe 50 meters away. From there, you can take any tram to the main railway station in the city centre, which is the next stop from Viktoria Žižkov. The only problem with this hostel is that, in a paper they gave us, it is stated that they only change the sheets once a week and the towels every 3 days. That is a bit sus, but everything looked, felt and smelled clean to us nonetheless. Also, light sleepers should bring something to block their ears as the walls are not soundproof. I would give 4,5/5 if I could.

Restaurant is really nice, concept and garden is very original. I like this place, but last time, I was not satisfied by the food. What was written as description of my meal was totally different from what I received. The second platter was ok, not really good, but acceptable. The point that I really don't accept, is the weight they wrote, was not what I got, and too far from it. Meat was old, hard, definitely warmed and not cooked on the time. Smelt a bit funny, and tast was not good. Salad was poor, bread was chewy. I hope next time I will be more lucky.

Süßes Lokal mit Wintergarten und Innenhof-Terrasse. Wirklich sehr gutes Schnitzel! Authentischer Gulasch und frischer leckerer homemade IceTea! (Ca2,5€ 0,5L)!!! Zuvorkommende und freundliche Bedienung und ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! -Kartenzahlung möglich- Gerne wieder :)

Overall pleased with my stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms in a very convenient location (1 short tram ride from Praha hl.n, tram stop is mere metres away). Shared bathrooms are older, but also very clean. Street noise is loud until late at night & begins again early in the morning, but that’s the trade off from being in such a convenient location. Staff were friendly & helpful. Only complaint is that the check in process was not clear in the email, & signage out front is hard to see. If no one answers the doorbell at reception, you must go into the restaurant (in my case I had to go in right up to the bar) & let them know you are checking in. Other than that, everything was great!

Absolutely amazing option for those who are looking for a local touch! Not crowded with tourists, huge portions, and super tasty!

The food is perfect! I recommend farmers' vegetable dish but everything else is also very very tasty 😋

Good experience for the price (en suite room). Clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing breakfest option. Well equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. You can leave your luggage at the reception before/after check-in/out for free. Helpful when waiting for a train. The only downside is location. Looks closer on the map, easy to get to the centre by tram, but there is a horrible intersection on the way if you want to walk. Guests receive one-off 10% discount for the restaurant. Food is really good, and unlike in most places they offer Kofola from the tap. However, mains are a tad expensive when compared to other places nearby.

I stayed for six weeks over August/September and it was such a great choice! My trip was for work, and it met my needs very well. The building/unit was very quiet. On the ground floor is a lovely bar/restaurant/beer garden with great prices and a great menu. The apartment (#36) was large and well equipped. It had a large closet, a big bed, an additional cot for a third guest, a dining table for two, and a kitchen with a washing machine. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Tons of hot water and great water pressure! Lots of bathroom storage as well. Transit into town couldn't be any better. The tram stop is right outside the door, and comes every few minutes. It's a very short walk too, if you want that option. Transit to the airport is 1 hour, and Uber/Bolt was 25 minutes and about $25-30 CAD. The only downsides were that the rooms can get very hot in the summertime (there is no air conditioning), and the hairdryer wasn't very good. Overall, this place is such a great find, and affordable too! I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

Last night in Prague and we decided to go for local food. It was a good choice. Well prepared food, Urquell from the tap, fine cider and low prices. Credit cards accepted.

Not a bad place, nice personnel, location quite good for a traveller with reasonable demands Just next to a tram line, not far away from the river. I did enjoy my stay!)

The location is nice and the staff is okey but the food isn't very good. The amount of meat doesn't seem to fit the menu declaration. The sides aren't well eather. Hope they can improve that, than it would be a good restaurant.

Doesn't look from outside but inside in a winter garden is a smooth and kind atmosphere ...

Great price for the location, easy access to the restaurant for food at a discount, facilities such as bathroom and showers were all great.

It is a very good place to rest. It is very quiet, and other than checking in you do not have to interact with any staff. It is in an convenient spot with a Tram station being right next to it. The restaurant is also very good, as it has very good food while also being very cheap. I am sad that we only tried it on the last day, but it was very tasty. So overall it is very nice while being cheap. There is no reason not to go here, so do it. -team M&M Germany

Came here as I’m new to the area. Walked in and the atmosphere when you first walk in seems empty and dead. We walked through to the garden in the back to sit down at an empty table but were abruptly shooed away by the server who stated that outside was for a private party. She asked us to sit in the covered over area that is half outside, half inside, but it smelled of stale cigarettes and after the woman was so rude we decided to leave. Then we noticed a sign saying bar downstairs so we went there, the bartender was happy to serve us but there was another private party downstairs with a buffet and more people. So again, this wasn’t suitable for us to sit and have a drink. The building itself, garden and cellar all seem interesting. However, the only places regular patrons can sit is either in the first part which has zero atmosphere or the covered garden that smells of stale cigarettes. This is so disappointing as I’ve just moved to the area and this place is local to me. If we had been treated better by the staff and allowed to have a drink, I likely would have become a regular customer. Now, I will not be returning.

I enter this restaurant without expectations because I found it just walking on the street and I can say I leaved the place amazed about everything. I order the Schnitzel and Apfelstrudel and was so good. I was attended by the lady from the bar and she was so polite and so calmly. I felt very comfortable and a very warm welcomed with her. If I ever go back to vienna I will for sure go back.

Delicious food, very tasty spicy wings with bread and coleslaw - really big portion. Beer was ok. Fast service, but it was a little bit too noisy in the restaurant.

Place was nice and service was really quick, maybe too quick but ofc, it was very full when we got there. Menu was only in czech so they had to translate it for us (nice that they did it). My food was okay, not good, not bad, not beautiful.

Located in Prague 3 zone, 20 min walk from old town and close to tram line, hostel is great choice to stay and explore Prague center. We stayed in an apartment rather than shared hostel, it was comfortable, quite and had amenities like washing machine, microwave and etc.

For the price this hostel is good, great location, good sized room, friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast. Despite this I would suggest paying more and finding somewhere else. Our bed had a serious case of bed bugs and the general cleanliness was not good.

For the price it's really good, the room was very small but clean and functional, breakfast was fine. Location is very good, very easy to get places (and you can see the TV tower from right outside the hotel, very cool)

Stay was Ok. Above average for a hostel. Location was ok about a 15-20min walk into the town. Tram directly outside the hostel which is great. Bedding and bed was cheap and not sturdy. Bed slats fall out easily. The bathrooms were clean. The breakfast and restaurant was average. But breakfast was included in the room rate so cannot complain. Good for a 1 or 2 night cheap stay, but no more than that.

Nice place not far from city centre. Tram station 20 m away. Staff very friendly. Clean and renovated bathrooms. Breakfast were great, coffe tasty and strong. Be careful walking down the stairs, every 2nd stair has a light. I would recommend to take historical lift :-)

The apartments are really great and everything looked tidy and clean. The hotel's managers were really nice to us and answered all our questions. We received discount vouchers for the sklep restaurant as well and the food is good too. The hotel is a little far from the city's historical centre but the quality of the stay made it worth it

The hostel is located close to the city centre, Prague central station, and Florence bus station. The staff is friendly, the rooms are simple but tidy and the bathroom is very clean. A good varied breakfast was included in the price as well. There is also a cosy restaurant with good prices, which we however didn't test during our stay. A little negative aspect was a light smell in the corridors. However, all in all I recommend this hostel if you are looking for good price/performance.
