They are very patient and never did I feel that I was a nuisance to them. When Pavla was sick, there was another coordinator that helped me by the name of Lucie. I got the same treatment from her and I appreciate her for that. •Nurses & Doctors Dr. Budka- He was very professional and informative. He made us feel very comfortable with what we would be going through with the IVF process. He is knowledgeable and did everything he can so that we can do a fresh transfer. Dr. Jan- He did my transfer and he is just as professional and thorough as Dr. Budka. Nurses- They are all very helpful but the one that really stood out was Dana. I asked her to hold my hand during the transfer and she did! I felt she was a friend at that moment supporting me morally. It made the transfer easier for me because of her. •The Clinic As soon as you enter the clinic, you will be greeted with a smile. The clinic is clean, bright, inviting and calm. In regards to the appointment, I did not feel rushed. The doctor would actually sit down with you and explain to you what’s going to happen and after each monitoring ultrasound, he will tell you the result and what the next step would be. They are very hands on, have a good bedside manner and would really interact with you. I felt I wasn’t just a number but a human being trying to have a baby and they really want to help.

Was getting asked if i wanted to freeze embros i didn't have enough which i told them wasn't very reassuring as am just about to get put asleep for op. Felt let down spoke to doctor after treatment but he didn't let me speak just told me he didn't have time even though i'd booked in. I think staff need to be more aware what a stressful heartbreaking journey it is and be more aware of how they deal with sensitive issues. The paper work part was done very well PDF'S emailed of all info gathered that was the one part i felt they did well. Felt like they just take your money with no care for well being.

But the treatment worked and my son is 6 weeks old today . They helped make my dream come true and I couldn't recommend them enough. I can not say enough Fertility Port Prague. I came from the USA during covid and they were so helpful and communicative during the entire process. Dr. Jan was honest about what we should expect and gave us great advice while still listening to what we wanted to do and our coordinator Andrea became my favorite person in Prague during my 3 months there during lockdown. She truly cares and made me feel at home. In the end we used a donor egg and I'm now 16 weeks pregnant with my first child. I also had the most amazing nurse who made giving my blood feel like nothing, she was amazing! We chose fertility treatment abroad because our American health insurance didn't cover anything and this was an incredible and affordable option. I highly recommend Fertility Port and will send any friends who are thinking of fertility treatment abroad. Will hopefully be back in a few years for baby #2!

I ve tried my luck hoping that i have choosen the Best Ivf clinic, with good price for embryo transfer instead to do it in my country where i can get compensate from my goverment. I received a very profesional service and very polite personel. Unfortunately on the 14 th day which was on 5th July i did my Blood test with very Low HCG result, but i couldn't reach anyone from the clinic in order to advise me what to do, ti carry on the medicines or not. Until today on the 9th of July nobody contacted me unless the liaison officer Who forwarded my results to the fertility team. I am Just feel disappointed maybe am over emotional because of the hormones. I didn't have anyone to advice me what to do next, to do the test again after 48 hrs or not. They've had 4k of my money for several years to honour and hold in place a special offer (which is no longer available to me either) and been earning interest off my money....that's fine but sadly cannot travel as I'm now a full time carer, Covid changed a lot of things and now need to seek treatment at home even if it costs more, but I do need my funds back. Suddenly no reply! So disappointed as by all accounts this clinic was supposed to be wonderful ☹️ EDIT: Had a refund but it took a while and didn't get replies sometimes which adds to the fear and stress of not seeing your money again, so their response sweeps several things under the carpet. Last year in October me and my husband had our first go with the Clinic. Although it didn't work, we were positive, felt like home and Dr.Budka, Lucie and Eva were great!! We had opt for the package of 2 round goes. Last month when we called for our second gi, we found out that all the Staff that was there from last year left and the Doctors too.Me and my husband felt sorry since Dr.Budka and Lucie were like family for us...always there for any reason or querie.We were passed on to a new Consultant Simona, who was helping us prepare for our next go which was suppose to be next week..Last week I found out that yesterday was her last day since they no longer need her because everything changed and new people are in charge..me and my husband are devastated. Nobody from the clinic called us to inform us but just left us lime that, after that we spent money on our treatment, money on medication that I started taking for our second go and that is not going to happen since we no longer have a Coordinator and nobody from the Clinic got in touch with us. We already paid for our tickets and hotel...money troughn out the window...totally disgusted and ashamed. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS CLINIC!!! All the old staff was the best and would have never done something like that.

Our coordinator changed during the treatment and I was a bit concerned if it won't affect the communication, but the transition went smooth and unproblematic for us. Currently, I am in 28th week of pregnancy and two good quality embryos are still waiting for us in Prague. The clinic being located in the picturesque Prague is another bonus.

Amazing knowledge of Head Physician- Doctor Vicek get us to where we are now ! We are almost 14 weeks pregnant from our first single Embryo transfer with Twinnies! Our coordinator Andrea always went above our expectations at helping with planning our IVF journey, and without her we wouldn't be here leaving this post! All the other staff like embryologist and nurses were amazing too so really we are really happy with service and we are forever grateful for what everyone did for us At Fertility Port!
