I was asking just a availability of reservation and they change a reservation time more than 3 times. Literally NO one knows the schedule of reservation on today. I don't know how can possible no one really know the exact time of reservation. Is anyone actually can say work in there? And the last call, I was asking for apologize and he said “actually I don't have a time for call like this “ I can not believe of this.

Booking was super easy via email; they responded quickly and were very accommodating. We booked a room for 7 people, and it went really well. The room was air conditioned (which was a godsend since it was so hot that day), the system was great, and their music library was great! The workers were also very friendly and helpful.

Waren dort um das Wochenende in Prag ausklingen zu lassen. Schöne private rooms mit großer Songwahl in allen Sprachen. Getränke waren top, wenn man ein Liebhaber von Alkohol ist. Sehr empfehlenswert

Really nice place for a group of atleast 8-10 people. We were 40 people and booked 3 rooms and it accommodated all. They have every kind of music from indian to english to finnish music. It gets a bit humid as it is a basement but reall fun

The older guy who bartends is kind of rude. Not just to super drunk people, but also to people who are just trying to order politely. I witnessed this happening to someone else. Maybe he should bartend in country clubs if he has no tolerance for any amount of intoxication, he treats everyone like a rude drunkard even if they are polite and tipsy. Honestly, rude customer service can ruin a night out, so maybe think twice about this place even if the private rooms are nice. It’s an okay place, but personally if I have a bartender who obviously wishes I wasn’t there then it kinda of puts a bummer on the night. Just my opinion.

It's the best karaoke to visit in Prague. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Me and my friend had a great time here and I stirringly recommend of everyone. This is the best karaoke bars to try when visiting Prague. I will definitely be here again.

System kept cutting out the whole way through and they couldn't fix it. Sound quality was not great. No beer on tap, bottles of beer 70kc (!) but the cocktails are good value. Refused to give water, had to buy expensive bottled water. Friendly staff.

This place private karaoke rooms and they offer good range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. You will have fun, it is guaranteed. You don't have to know the songs at all to sing🤣it is an opportunity to relax yourself. They are good people, you can trust their drinks.🙂The sound system is also good, be prepared for loud singing😂

Had a lot of fun, barman was nice and gave us discounts for drinks. The drinks he made were very tasty. If you are witj a group and want to have some fun, this is really a place to go :)

The owner Andrew was the nicest guy you’ve ever met. He’s fun and the drinks are pretty cool. They have the Bollywood songs too so you can sing the hindi songs with heart and enjoy the great drinks. Do check out the place if you’re in Prague!

Sadly a bad service this time.(26.8 - 23.00) 2 girls who didn't know what to do. Equipment failed multiple times. No air condition - unbearable hot down there.

Great song selection, reasonably priced, great flexibility for reservations we were a few minutes late and ended up deciding to stay for 2 extra hours, the two guys at the bar were absolute legends 100/10 for customer service, talked to us, showed us Czech music and even sang half a song with us since it was a quiet Monday night, if I’m ever back in Prague I have no doubt I’ll be returning

They were 30 mins late with our reservation and we got no discount or extra time. You can only pay by cash but you can have drinks paying by card… something is weird, right! The concept is really nice, but service needs an improvement!

They closed on us even doh we called them 30‘ before and they promised us a room

The bartender is nice and friendly person. The prices are okay. The idea is cool- you rent a room for a group of people and do not have to worry or stress that strangers have to listen to your voice 😅 however it is underground place and therefore the humidity is very height plus you can see and smell mild. You feel cold and uncomfortable.

We booked for 2 hours for 1600 cz When we arrived there were 2 groups before us, it took 15 min to the 3 attendants to check us in, Once it was done, we were sent to a smelly room with no AC, the sound was bad, and the mics didn’t work properly, Their solution was to hit the sound system and let us continue play like that They didn’t offer to place us in another room even though the room next door was free, When we had 5 min left, after telling them we had problems for the 4th time they finally offered to move us, and add 20 min to our count That room was nice, not smelly, got working AC, and a great sound system Why did they place us in that room in first place? We only enjoyed our time in the decent room so 20 minutes It’s a nice activity but check the room before
