I waited a total of 9 months for a 5-minute visit, when everyone involved did not know what it was about after waiting so long. - she said she had never seen the VFN ORL and VFN (waiting times) websites - she didn't tell me until today why I had to go for a CT scan. I waited (24/10/2017) from 11:40 to 14:10 and nothing happened, the bleeding on the floor stopped. - if someone with a limiting hearing problem, swollen palate and breathing is kept waiting for months or years without warning, then he is a really bad doctor. 5. Irena Jílková, after the RSZ brought me and practically brought me to the doctor's office with multiple ENT coughs, a fever like a rocket, the staff refused to treat me. The staff communicated with me at a distance of 4-5 meters and gave me stupid commands like: - cough up blood so we can see that something is wrong with you (it hurt terribly) - take a thermometer to the table and measure your temperature (there were 7 strangers around and it was cold!) - you disobeyed our orders = you are not cooperating and we cannot see at 4-5m, no urgent problem. - I asked 20 times with excruciating pain in my swollen neck to give me confirmation that they would treat me. Ten nejhorsi zazitek z nejposlednejsich toalet toho nejusmudlanejsiho kempu v nejzapadlejsi casti republiky byl prave prekonan - ne jinou toaletou, ale 'beznymi' prostorami teto kliniky VFN. Opravdu to nechava slouzici i ridici personal v klidu.? Opravdu za to neciti nikdo odpovednost.? Smutne...;-(

    Nejhorší. Přišla jsem se streptokokem, poslali mě z jiné nemocnice. Tady na mě rvali, přestože viděli, ze ani nemohu promluvit, mota se mi hlava a je mi opravdu spatne, co tam jako delam. Pak mi sdělili, ze teda mě vezmou ale pockam si 2-3 hodiny v čekárně. Když přišla na mě rada, i doktorky mi sdělily ze tam nemám co dělat. Léčba? Žádná. Vzali mi krev, koukli do krku, řekli ze mě lituji, ze to musí opravdu bolet a poslali mě domu, žádné léky nic, ať další den zkusim jinou nemocnici. HNUS!!!!!!!!

(Original) Před měsícem jsem se snažila získat informace o orl pohotovosti, jelikož jsem byla na návštěvě Prahy, kde mě chytila bolest a naprosté zalehnutí ucha a nevěděla jsem, kam se vydat, jelikož žiji trvale v zahraničí.. Do nemocnice jsem nakonec nejela a nikdy bych ji nenavštívila po telefonickém hovoru se sestrou p. Černou (pokud si toto příjmení nevymyslela), která byla neprofesionální a od první sekundy na mě doslova do telefonu řvala... Jak si prý dovoluji volat v ordinační dobu (byla jsem na toto číslo přesměřována pánem z vrátnice) a pokud nekrvácím, tak nemám na žádné takovéto ošetření nárok a jelikož nežiji v České republice, tak mě nikde neošetří?!!! Někdo takový by v žádném případě neměl pracovat v zdravotnictví, respektive by ani neměl být v kontaktu s lidmi...

Nakonec mě ošetřili ve Vinohradské nemocnici. Řádně platím daně i pojištění, ale toto si nikdo nezaslouží. Rozhodně celý přístup budu řešit oficiální cestou.

    Uz cekam 2 hodiny na pohotovosti ORL, prvni na rade, a stale nic. Doktorka je pry nekde pryc. Pohotovostni poplatek vsak vybrali okamzite. Stav mistnosti je strasidelnejsi nez lecktera hororova unikovka. Pokud do 24 hodin nehrozi smrt, asi radeji pujdu jinam i kdyz budu muset cekat na pracovni den. EDIT: Dalsi hodina uplynula a zjistil jsem ze free wifi je v cekarne omezena na 2 hodiny na den...

However, the star of mine. The examination itself - we were with our young son and he had to go through the piercing of both ears due to inflammation. The wait on Sunday afternoon is about an hour (4th on the board), the nurses and the doctor are fine. All without a problem & hopefully the little one will be ready soon. Only the area looks like it will fall in a moment. It deserves a complete reconstruction.

    The same tragedy as always. In 5 years, about 6 visits with a child... not once were they open at the children's center... crying children are not preferred, why too. Today, however, the highlight... the children's o5 is closed and they say we have to leave at 9:00 a.m. or wait at least 4-5 hours. If you already get to the doctor and it happens to be a primary care doctor, he is great and understands things...otherwise the whole ENT is a disaster and a tragedy. :( Unfortunately, you can't give a minus star...     katastrofa! přišla jsem o hlas a ptám se jestli dělají obstřiky hlasivek a že mi to nemůžou udělat, pořád samé výmluvy, jednali se mnou jak s lejnem, že mi nařizují hlasový klid a přitom před 5 lety s tím neměli problém mi udělat obstřik hlasivek na stejný problém...

    Today 23.2. we were at the ENT emergency with an 8-month-old child. we waited less than an hour - during that time, 3 patients were treated before us, so it was adequate for me. The nurse was very nice, the doctor too, and moreover empathetic and erudite. I hope we don't have to again, but if we do, I will come here again.

    As already mentioned, if I could minus one star I would! 5 hours of waiting with ear pain. At Orl, children and adults are welcome, but the problem is that they don't give priority to children! Small children are crying here and they simply do nothing! Unless you seriously need to choose another ENT emergency, this was my last visit here... !!!!
