Everything was new, modern and perfectly clean. The apartment was really big and comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped, you will find everything you need for cooking and eating. We also got some welcome snacks and drink. There was coffee and tea. During check-in they show you everything you need on a map (tram stop, shops, etc..). I would recommend this accomodation for sure. Parking is on an external site, the apartment itself does not have parking spot. The external parking site did not look too safe for me.

I booked this place last minute and wasn’t disappointed. Communications were great for checking in ( there is no on site reception) . The lady did the check in for us speak English perfectly. The apartment and the building were very clean and newly renovated. The lift is small but it’s adequate.  We spent 3 nights in the 4th floor apartment. The ones without windows  but with skylights windows. The light in winter would not be a problem but I would imagine in the summer will be ( one of them is right on top of the bed). There is a street car parking at the front that cost around 14 euros per day. The location is fantastic as it’s near tram station with many options to go to old town and main attractions in Prague ( just 3 stations away from old town) . There are many great restaurants and caffe nearby but we liked the bakery near the tram station for BF. The area is very desirable, quite and safe. Will book again for sure if we are back to Prague in the future.

Great place to stay in Prague! Quite location but yet walking distance from the old town, lots of great options for restaurants and coffee shops close by. Apartments it's self are clean, bright and there are everything you need to stay a night or a week. One of the best stays I had so far! Highly recommend this place!

Excellent place to stay. Clean, tidy and quite. They have a storage room for luggage in case you want to put something before check-in time. Check-in process is simple and instructions are clearly delivered.

Nice and clean apartment. Location was convenient. Communication was good. The host provided a cot and a baby chair for our little one. Check-in and out was easy, however we couldn’t get in at the indicated check-in time because estimated arrival time we mentioned was much later. I would recommend this.

Most disappointing and horrendous treatment from hospitality staff of any type in my life. We made a mistake on the dates of our reservation and despite our willingness to re-book and pay again so that the whole family can be together for Christmas, the team of Seven Wishes made that thoroughly impossible. We settled on a 16% discount (the commission they'd pay for the reservation platform, may you) if we book directly. However, upon confirming, we received another response, all of a sudden asking for 2x the initial booking price. Explanation for the sharp increase was 'peak season', but this made no sense as the property was now compare 2-3x higher than the surrounding market? We thought this could be due to the 'Boutique' element of this 'Residence'; but upon our stay, that was only notably visible on the front door. From the outside. Bonus 1: On the day of arrival, we were requested to pay city tax in cash, in an envelop and to be submitted to reception within 24 hours. This was not something we expected from a premium place, when our friend and family, now in other properties, did not have to pay that? Despite the comparatively high price, it appears that Seven Wishes refuses to cover that for their clients. Bonus 2: reflecting everything above in our review, resulted in Seven Wishes emailing us an offer of €50 refund to remove it. Refund or re-scheduling for the booking for the rest of our family; however, was not considered.

Perfect location. Old town is very easy to reach with tram in few minutes. There is a great bakery near tram station, just few steps away. We had two rooms appartment with a balcony in inner yard in third floor. Enough space for 2 adults and two teens. Everything was clean and it was very quiet.

Very pleasant experience. I stayed for 8 days in one of their apartments. Everything was clean, and the apartment had everything that I needed and more. Clean sheets and bed, table with chairs, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge, spacious wardrobe. There were clean towels, and washing gels in the toilet. Heating worked perfectly as well. The apartment was on a 20 min walk from the old town. It was very easy to find it as well as to check-in and check-out. My strong recommendation.

Second time I’ve stayed in these apartments. I will go back. Great location for my work and 20-25min walk to old town. The apartments are clean, modern and fully equipped. Perfect.

This was a great apartment for our purpose. Me and four friends vacationed in Prague and the apartment had plenty of room for all of us (and even a couple more, if we had wanted to). Right next to the tram which can quickly get you to the heart of the city. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

Pleasant stay. Checkin and checkout instructions were very precise. Just 20 min walk to old town, several grocery store, restaurants nearby. There was a police station next to the building, as strong reason to choose this place. Old building but modern interior and huge ceiling height. Apartment was big enough for 5 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. It had coffee machine, coffee, cooking pan, cutlery and plates. Bathroom was spacious enough, several towels were provided. Wifi speed was decent. Only one portable AC was provided, which i think was not enough for that big apartment. Waste bin bags were missing and there was no cleaning cloth to clean after in the kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend.

Felt immediately at home, staff all friendly and very helpful. Amazing views from my room!!! Easy walking distance to Old Town Square and Jewish Quarter. Room spotless and nice size. Bed very comfortable. Great place to stay!!

Heaven on earth... quiet, yet central, easy to find; next to police station!!- super safe. Modern apartment within an old/ renovated building, so still plenty of character. Our room was on 4th floor, facing quiet courtyard( large) which was so enjoyable!! No noise whatsoever from neighbours. Great charger plug in the kitchen so no need to get a Czech converter one. The only I d say is, the balcony is not very safe for under 5. However, we had our 3 small kids and managed fine! Just something to bear in mind. We are definitely staying here next time in Prague!!!

The staff were absolutely amazing. They made you feel like family and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have stayed in lots of different hotels over the years in my travels, but I have never experienced such a thoughtful check-in experience. Lots of information to help you discover everything you'd want in a new city. And the same excellent level of service continued for the whole 4 days of my stay. Also excellent value for money, with complimentary water, tea and coffee in the room.

Fantastic place! 5 min away by tram from the Republic Square (10 min walk to the Old Town). Everything was brand new, in perfect condition. Apartment was well designed. We loved fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, they even have USB sockets. I would definitely be back to your lovely place:)

Great place for family's, two adults and 2 children. We were five,and it felt a littile crowded... Good location near the subway ( 7 minutes walk with children) and near the bus station as well. The place is all new and clean. You have all what you need for cooking..

The Seven Wishes Boutique Residence is located in Karlin district, full of cosy restaurants and cafes, steps away from the Old Town. It is amazing how much could be available in one apartment! Smart 4K TV, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, very comfortable bed, sleeper sofa. The view from our terrace was just mind blowing. It was warm, cozy, and inviting every time we stepped into it! Never felt cramped, and everything was in reach. It is stocked with outstanding cookware, utensils, and glassware, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. The unit was meticulously clean. We decided to eat most of our meals in the apartment. The tram stop is like two minutes away but we used it only once because the Old Town is just ten minutes away by walking. There are two grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. It is a perfect location in a secure part of Prague! The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything throughout our stay. We hated to leave and we will return someday!

Really enjoyed to stay in the Seven WIshes, we stayed in the Attic apartment. Everything was excellent, absolutely nothing to complain about. Friendly staff, clean apartment, beautiful interior and a nice location. Absolutely recommend to everybody, as the price is also appropriate.

I really enjoyed this apartment so much, so I have even extended my stay by two days. I liked the simple yet useful furnishing of the apartment. The balcony is handy too, but I did not have time to use it so much. The apartment is in an excellent location with plenty of good places to eat. Also close to Prague center. Parking was usually available. For my next trip, I would definitely try to book an apartment in this building :)

All as advertised. Good value for money. The apartment is underground (floor -1) but there is light and good ventilation. The apartment has a living room with a sofa and a room with 4 beds (2 singles and 2 doubles). The kitchen is big. I would stay here again.

Everything I needed for my stay in Prague. Karlin is a great neighborhood, very close to the centre of the city and has lots of options to get into town including walking, 15min, tram, 5 min, subway, same or scootering or biking in probably 7min. The apartment I had was more than sufficient and had everything I needed, including coffee. The bathroom had everything in the right place. I liked that they provided a portable AC unit in the room as well, for very hot days and night, it was a great relief. Overall a fantastic stay.

Completely satisfied, great location, room exactly as marketed. So, nothing to complain about. My and my family, my wife and 2 small boys, were happy. PS: Karlín is a great place with a lot or restaurants, pubs and great coffee.

Very nice and clean. The transport connection is fine. Tram is very close or 20 min by foot to the heart of Prague. Absolutely satisfied.

Clean, modernly furbished and spacious apartments in Florenc area. Walls and ceilings are too thin, so you will hear people walking and banging doors as this residence is mostly frequented by loud groups of young travelers. Room service and towels change only on the 5th day of your stay. Lots of (paid) parking in the area.

Great apartment, felt fresh. However, it very much feels like an apartment for american tourists as it had written instructions in English everywhere. Still liked it though

I arrived 11pm and there was no one to check me in. Phone didn’t answer, reception was closed. I was waiting until 24:00 and had to arrange another place in the middle of the night. Terrible experience

Lovely old building situated few minutes walk from main centre prague Old Town, next to police station. Quiet side street, no noise at night. Rooms spacious self check in. Warm throughout our stay. Beds very comfortable you can ask for clean towels maids are usually about late morning. Very clean&modern.Provided kettle microwave cooking hob fridge no tea or sugar I brought my own. but there was fresh coffee with percolator. Netflix and wi-fi available. Fantastic stay definitely recommended. 👍

The Apartment was excellent and very cleanly. Our host (Sophia) was very accommodating and helpful in outlining check-in and check-out procedures and she made our stay very smooth. The location was great as it was close to the metro, tram and bus. There were many restaurants, bars and shops close by. Wonderful apartments, everything clean, elevator, hallways very clean. Fully furnished with all you could need in the kitchen for some light cooking. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! Quiet area of Karlin - great beds and blankets/pillows so I slept like a baby :)

The flat had everything that we needed for our short stay in Prague. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and a quick tram into the old town. The apartment building was secure, and the host communicated brilliantly throughout. Would definitely stay if I visited again.
