I’m just not sure about the practice anymore. We’ve been taking our daughter here since before she turned 2 at the recommendation of our pediatrician after a dental accident. We never had a problem until after Dr. Jenkins separated from the practice, but now every time we go it’s a surprise on who we are going to see. I thought our last appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Ferns, but when we showed up the provider in the office was Dr. Church. He was nice enough, but there is a lot to be said about having consistent providers. I will add this is not the first time we’ve been switched providers without being notified. I was also out off by a comment someone made, seeming shocked that the person (assistant?) has started doing my daughter’s cleaning. I was expecting a thorough cleaning with a hygienist, but I’m not sure the young lady doing the cleaning has that level of training. I’m starting to lose confidence in the practice, which I hate, but my daughter (and I, if I’m honest) don’t do well with unplanned changes and I feel that care is compromised when you aren’t routinely seeing the same providers.

I'll change my 4 to a 5 if you bring back the coffee machine...pleeease! :))) Us tired mommies look forward to our visits when being greeted with coffee! Pretty please...with sugar & cream! 😁

The hygienist was absolutely amazing for both of my girls! She explained everything to them and was so kind and let them watch her do the cleaning. They love love love going to the dentist and look forward to it so much. I know that sounds crazy, but this is an amazing dentist, and I wish all kids could go here!

Our daughter had a fall and broke three front teeth. The team at Leblanc & Associates were great at getting us right in, assessing the damage, and providing options for treatments. Within 90 minutes, she had her beautiful smile back. Thank you so much!

Always have had a great experience here! Dr Leblanc is so conservative with treatments, and that’s the thing I love most about him! Not to mention the hygienist are truly amazing and so sweet, they take time to get to know your kiddo and really make them feel so comfortable! And the front desk/scheduling department truly takes the time to get your kiddo seen if it’s an emergency, I highly recommend them! If you want a great dentist for your kids look no further! We would not go anywhere else.

We were so happy with the care they provided to my little sister, Jenny. We want to give a big shout out to Emily, the dental assistant. She was so friendly and sweet to her. She has such a kind heart and was so considerate. My sister was anxious about getting her teeth extracted so Emily got her toys to help distract and calm her. We really loved and appreciated having her! So lucky to have her. Would highly recommend coming back to this dental office.

I can’t write enough nice things about this practice. Every experience there has been top notch. Everyone is always so kind, and you can really tell that they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic pediatric dentistry!

Dr LeBlanc was so informative and helpful. I've been taking my daughter to the prairie village location for a few years and am always pleased with the care. We switched from a family practice and going to a children's clinic is much more efficient and calming for kids.

We had a dental emergency at a baseball game late in the evening. After leaving a message for the on call dentist, we promptly got a response and had a plan of action in less then 10 minutes. My son was seen very early the next morning and was good as new in less then 24 hours! J &L are the best pediatric dentists in KC and surrounding areas!

My kids (age 4 and 2) absolutely loved their visit here. My 4 year old was literally asking to come back as we were leaving the building. My children are naturally anxious but they genuinely enjoyed going to the dentist, which is a big win for me. Absolutely recommend!

My daughter LOVES going to the dentist thanks to this office! They set up their environment so that it is inviting and fun for kids. Everyone we have ever seen here is so gentle and patient, even with my daughter who is still terrified of the x-ray machine. Thank you so much!

Dr. Ferns is amazing! My daughter (5) is overly curious about dentistry since I’m studying to be a dentist. Dr. Ferns answers all her questions and fuels her curiosity. She is extremely kind and compassionate, which is exactly what you want in any provider caring for your child! We’ve been to the Providence Medical Center and Leawood locations and both are clean and kid-friendly. My daughter had to be given laughing gas due to a crack in her tooth exposing her root and the care was amazing. The fear was eliminated by their amazing staff! We’ll continue to be patients due to this level of care! Cannot recommend them more ❤️❤️

My 3 and 5 year olds had a great recent visit to LeBlanc and associates! Dr. Fern took her time and answered all of our questions. The hygienist, Kelly was very patient with my kids and explained what she was going to do before she started. My kids are looking forward to going back!

For a children’s dentistry there were minimal activities in the lobby geared towards kids. Cold dark colors on the walls. What really disgust me, was in the actual room the chairs where the parents could sit and watch their children get their teeth cleaned were stained with probably months (maybe years) worth of liquids stains on the fabric… one can only image what those liquid stains were.. I was beyond disgusted sitting on the chair. It wasn’t just one chair but both were stained so badly it made me 🤢. Hygienist was great and calm with both my kids. Dentist was very soft spoken and left the room as fast as her duties were done. Will be transferring my children’s X-rays to another dental office. Pretty upset as the reviews said it was so great. Cleanliness goes a long ways. Maybe invest in plastic chairs as opposed to fabric that shows years of thick liquid stains.

My children loved their first visit to the dentist! Dr LeBlanc was very kind and polite towards my kids, so was the hygienist and the student in training who cleaned their teeth! Highly recommend this practice to anyone who’s kids are nervous about the dentist!

My child was nervous but they put her mind at ease, showing her every instrument and what it will do. They were patient and made it very enjoyable for her. I love this location!

The dentist and hygienist were very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I have one son who is terrified of the dentist, and they were really understanding. We look forward to our next visit in 6 months.

My children and I love this dentist. Everyone is friendly and the care is great. My little one loves the prizes they give and my teenager loves the way they make her feel. By far the best dentist we’ve seen.

The whole staff are super nice, they are great with all the kids and all the kids get a balloon after their appointment. I would definitely recommend Le Blanc & Associates to anyone with kids. I would give 6 stars if it was possible. They have tv’s so the littles aren’t so focused on the dental visit, the building is super clean and the staff all wear masks for those who wanted to know. Masks are not required as a patient but they are recommended.

The best pediatric dentist experience ever! Wow. I have been blown away at our experiences here. The staff is so friendly and makes the kids so comfortable. We will never go anywhere else.

I showed up 15min early and they came to get us 10min after the appointment start time. I have two littles and it is so hard to run on time, so we show up early. I had to ask the front desk if I needed to reschedule or if somebody was coming soon. Just then the hygienist came to get us. The hygienist asked me if I had any concerns and I asked where are we going because we were standing in the hallway with my 1yr old and 4.5yr old. Once we arrived to our chair I told her I did not have any concerns. The hygienist asked me if we wanted x-rays. I asked if I am supposed to have them or did we need them and if my insurance covered it. She did not know about my insurance which is fine so I asked the billing department. The hygienist also responded that they do not really need to do x-rays until age 6. So why did she ask me if I wanted them if I did not need them? She then said that we could just wait until the dentist looked at our teeth and they could tell us if they recommend x-rays or not. Sounds good to me and again why did you ask me if the dentist can help decide if we needed c-rays. I could have blindly said yes, then paid out of pocket for nothing! The dentist, Mary, was great! We had a nice check up and clean teeth (thank goodness). We like the ice cream that we get for clean check ups, but it’s a little hard for me to let my kid have it at 10am! I had a small bill at the front desk told me I had to we were leaving and I had just been paid by somebody in cash and tried to pay in cash. The front desk said they did not accept it and I’ll say it was exact change. For such a large dentist office I would assume that they could keep a little bit of change on hand. I mean they have TVs everywhere and ice cream for kids, but my service level as the paying parent is not as high as the look of the fancy place. You would think they could keep a little bit of cash on hand! I wish their service was better. They look like a “well oiled machine” from the outside, but in my experience, they are far from it and need to improve.

First time patient and the service was exceptional. I went to the wrong office and they still serviced my 2 year old. My son doesn’t like people touching his mouth due to sensory issues and the assistant calmed him down by letting him explore her tools. The dentist was quick at looking in his mouth and putting the fluoride in. He said my son’s teeth and gums looked exceptionally well. They are very kid friendly and accommodating and that’s what I love. My son was also given a ballon wrapped to a rubber duck. He is still playing with it and our appointment was 3 days ago. 😂

Its a great experience every time! Been bringing my sons since their 1st dental appt. They're now going on 14 & 12! I recommend this place to all my new mommy peeps! The staff has been always patient, the quality and cleanliness is what keeps us loyal patients! Highly recommend!

This is the place to take your kiddos for dental checkups and dental work. Our kids enjoy going each time and always leave with a smile on their face and special treats in hand. Each person from scheduler to the Dentists are very patient and kind. They make sure the child is comfortable and understanding of what will occur during the visit. They always make sure us parents understand the outcome and allow time for questions. We see Dr Rhoads, she is very knowledgeable and so good about keeping our children happy, even in difficult visits. Thank you so very much to all the staff. It's nice to know that I can go into each visit and know that my children are taken care of and happy.

We recently visited the Prairie Village Office for our 6 month cleaning appointment and we had an amazing experience as usual from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. My daughter has been a patient since she was 3 years old and we have gone to both Overland Park and now Prairie Village and they maintain the same excellent service. Lily, our dental assistant, was great with my daughter, she engaged in conversation and did an amazing job in cleaning her teeth and kept her busy while we waited for the Doctor. Dr. Meyer answered all of my questions and made sure that every concern was addressed before we left.

I've taken my toddler here twice and both times I've had great experiences! My daughter doesn't like nurses or doctors and cries anytime they're near her. Both times (first times) we've been here, she had reacted the same way to the dentists and their staff, but instead of ignoring the cries to speak with me, they attempted to comfort her and asked if they can give her their provided goodie bag with a toothbrush and tooth paste along with a show to watch, a balloon (her favorite thing), and a popsicle! She warmed up to them as best as she could which was easier to do since they were so friendly and inviting 🥰

Such a positive experience! We called and got in on the same day as new patients. We got in quickly and moved through the process with no problems. The dental hygienist (Emily) made my 3 year old feel brave, confident and very reassured about everything happening. It was his first visit to the dentist and incredibly successful, thanks guys!

Can not recommend this place enough! They are absolutely amazing with my 3 year old. She actually asks to go to the dentist and talks about it all the time. We moved to lees summit but I will continue making the drive here because they are so amazing with her.
