This was my first time visiting. From start to finish I received nothing but excellent care. I was greeted when I walked in and everyone had a smile on their face. The lobby is very nice and comfortable. The whole appointment was a breeze and I really felt like I was being taken care of. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a new eye care office to call home.

I have been a patient for several years and cannot say enough good things. Dr Muiller is super nice and knowledgeable. Each appointment is quick and easy and Beau was very helpful in getting all my pre exam measurements and tests taken care of. On a few occasions I have ran out of contacts and they are always happy to give me a complimentary pair until my next appointment. 5 stars!

Dr. Miller is amazing. She really listens. I have chronic dry eyes and she has been so helpful. The office job staff is great. Beau did great on my pre-op test earlier this year with my yearly eye check up. Kelly was great with dealing with my insurance. 100% recommended.

Looove this place! If you’re looking for an eye doctor that takes care of you as well as great staff that work there, this is the place for you! I love me some Dr.Muiller! She’s great and has been working with my eyes for about the past 2-3 years or so! And the front desk staff, particularly my girl Kelly is awesome sauce. And when you have to go back and get your glasses fitted, Dave will get you taken care. Such a sweet soul. If you decide to go check them out, ask for Kelly and tell her Neisha sent you! 😉

All the staff was extremely nice! Dr. Muiller was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. After my exam Beau helped me find a good pair of glasses and explained my options well.

I’ve been going to Eye Associates in Prairie Village for over 5 years. The staff and the doctor are amazing and personable. My whole family goes around the same time every year. Every visit is such a pleasant experience. They always remember what type of glasses I get and how to manage my insurance to get the glasses I want. They are all so professional and kind. Wouldn’t want to get eye care anywhere else!!!

Friendly, Knowledgeable & Professional This is my second visit to Dr. Muiller and team in two years. For someone who began wearing glasses for the first time last year, my mind was set at ease beginning with Dr. Muiller’s willingness to explain the exam and results step by step to the patience of the entire staff in choosing frames, and ensuring the fit was just right. Excellent! Very fast, informative and friendly. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in years and this was as easy and painless as possible. They gave me straight forward answers about my eyes and what my options were for glasses/contacts.

I recommend the Eye Associates of Prairie Village very highly. The staff are highly skilled, friendly, and helpful. I saw Dr. Lisa A. Muiller for my exam. During the exam she was completely focused on my case and was quick to build a rapport. In the lab there is Optical Tech Dave McNeal. For fittings, adjustments, or alterations his ability to "get it right" is uncanny. I look forward to returning as I need further optical services.

Definitely my favorite eye doctor and location, everybody is always so friendly and helpful. The exams go exceptionally quick but in a good way! They're very open to questions or concerns and are always extremely pleasant.

Dr. Muiller is a true healthcare professional. Despite the fact that I visit just once a year she always takes the time to inquire about updates in my life and recalls even the smallest details. Their office is convenient and I appreciate that they are ALWAYS on time, a welcome change from other optometrists I’ve been to in the past. I would recommend Dr. Muiller to anyone looking for an optometrist that cares about their patients.

When my son fell and broke his frames over the weekend I was in a panic. I called my usual Eye Associates location in Olathe and they no longer had the exact replacement frames. Many Eye Associates were closed for Veterans Day. But Jasmine at the Olathe location saw Prairie Village was open and offered to call them for me and see if they had the frames. They did! In the exact color we needed! When we arrived Dave and his staff were already at their front reception desk waiting for us. Already aware of the whole situation and had the new frames ready to go. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Dave was kind and welcoming to my 6 year old son, very understanding and offering tips in case the situation happens again. He helped fix a situation that seemed impossible and this stressed out Mom was so very thankful! I would highly recommend Eye Associates of Prairie Village!

The quality of care is exceptional, Dr. Lisa is fantastic! They help me understand my eyesight with all the tech they use, and Dr. Lisa never makes me feel pressured to do what I don’t want to do with my vision. She is informative and pleasant, and they provide trial pairs of contacts! They work with my insurance, so I don’t plan to change eye doctors as long as Dr. Lisa Muiller is there!

There wasn’t an immediate appointment available at that location but they found one that afternoon at their North Overland Park location. I received the same friendly service there. I’ve been a client of Eye Associates for years. I visited several of their offices and had many good experiences. However, a sample set of contacts weren’t ordered in a timely fashion. I called back a month later to check on the order and they hadn’t been ordered. So, I’m having to take my business elsewhere.

Everyone here is always so helpful and friendly. This last visit I had tried to schedule online and couldn't. I got a call back due to a cancellation and was able to come in the same day after all. Dr. Muiller is both thorough and efficient. Kelly did a great job helping me pick frames and was kind even when I changed my mind at the last second! I've been coming here since I moved to the KC area and it's been a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had previous positive experiences at Eye Associates of Prairie Village but my last experience led me to leave as a patient. When I asked for my prescription to be printed so I could price check lense options - the front desk staff refused to do so. They told me they could fax my prescription somewhere or write it down - but refused to print it. I thought this seemed suspicious and checked the FTC’s website, and it’s illegal for them to withhold a printed version of an individuals prescription. Due to this bad experience, I switched to another provider who had no issues in giving me my prescription.
