Every person here is super fantastic, very warm and friendly. My daughter had been nervous and they made her feel relaxed and comfortable.

I’ve been going to Dr. Troyer for years and he is the kindest, most care-focused optometrist I have ever had. I had suffered from dry eyes for years and after he treated me I can even wear contacts. He always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. I’ve seen Dr. Weigel for urgent visits when Dr. Troyer wasn’t available and he was exceptionally good also. I’m very pleased with Insight Vision Center. Their offices always have the latest, most up-to-date equipment. Also, I felt very safe there in the current COVID environment.

Love this office and their new location is very nice! Right on time, professional staff, friendly and enjoyable visit. Was in and out for my annual eye exam in about 30 minutes. Evening appointments are a necessity for me with a work schedule. They check that box too!

I have had bad experiences in other vision centers with getting the wrong prescription, and have had bad vision all my life, so I have a wide array of experiences in vision centers. This is the absolute best. Small details like the mini fridge in the waiting area to the doctors’ smiles and the conversation with staff members made my visits with my 4 young children very pleasant.

Dr. Tran was knowledgeable and personable. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. They assisted me in finding the perfect frames for progressive glasses.

My experience with Insight Vision of Prairie Village was absolutely wonderful! I was in a hurry and only had a few days to find frames and make a decision. I had already picked out frames at a store that ended up not taking my vision insurance and I was worried that I would have to pick random frames I wasn't absolutely in love with. Fortunately, Jenna greeted me and assured me that if I didn't find the frames I was looking for they could always order them for me. Being that I didn't have much time, she took down the information for each frame I was searching for and offered to gather up all of the pricing information and email it to me later that day. In Jenna's email, she went completely above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, broke down the exact cost for everything and even gave some great suggestions on the types of lenses I should choose based on my occupation. She saved me so much time and I can't thank her enough for that! Everyone else I have been in contact with at Insight Vision has been just as warm and friendly as Jenna. I will definitely be returning for any future vision needs and I highly recommend this location to anyone out there searching for new glasses.

Best service I’ve ever received when picking out new glasses! Danette was just fantastic. I appreciate her love for helping others picking out frames that fit their face shape. I showed her what I was looking at online and was 10000% sure I was going to purchase it online. Within minutes she found me a pair almost exactly like it within the store and showed me how the one online would be too small for my face. I ended up purchasing everything from her and walked away happier than I expected. I’m always so appreciative when I meet someone who truly cares about their job. Thank you so much, Danette!
