I trusted the good reviews of this place..it was delicious! I love the sugary waffles, hash brows, patties and the apple juice. They are slightly expensive but that’s because I added an additional side. Amazing customer service, the waiter was very bubbly and energetic.

My best friend and I love Big Biscuit! We used to go there for lunch when we were working together in the same office. We'd get the biggest breakfast they offered and everytime it would be soo good! We don't work together anymore , but we still make an effort to go back every once in a while.

Fantastic service, but to say the food was lacking in quality would be a understatement. I ordered the ranch hand and the “steak” was literally of worse quality than the steak that used to come on a McDonald’s bagel. It was also a small portion. First time here, very unimpressed won’t be back.

When Big is in the name, then it must be big. I always get the same thing so I can’t comment on other foods. I get the bigger breakfast with two giant size pancakes, all bacon, breakfast potatoes and hash browns for a total of $14.16. I can never finish it all and that’s what I like. To leave very full and satisfied. Thanks Big Biscuit Update 12-29-21. While my car was being worked in, I walked over the BB. I wanted to try something different than what I normally get. Yes it was early am but I got a bacon cheeseburger with cheese fries. Now, it wasn’t the best burger in the world but it was better than most places I’ve been to who mainly serve burgers. The diameter of the burger was small but it was thick and juicy. Served with plenty of bacon on it, lettuce, tomorrow, pickles and onions. It was seasoned well but I’ll stick to my all time favorite, the bigger breakfast.

Good job. At 1st I was concerned about the age of the servers, heck everybody in the place was young. Our waitress almost had the same cadence as my 19 year old. Not exactly the hospitality I'm use to but, since the pandemic...... nuff said! When the food was served the training took over and our waitress was quite professional! Asked if we needed anything and refilled or waters and coffee. The food was well prepared and presented. The meal hit the spot on several levels. When in the area we'll go back for sure

1st time here! It wasn't busy when we came around 8 am on a Saturday. We was greater at the door by several employees. They are hiring, like most places, but seemed like they had several employees working today. Food was great! Service was great! Would recommend.

Used to be the best spot in kc for great food. Over the past couple of months it has declined. Burnt eggs that came out wrong to begin with, burnt patties and hasbowns. Asked sever to speak with manager, and he came out and said "they were busier then expected" that is not acceptable excuse for poor food quality. It was a conscious decision to serve poor quality food. As a manager cooking you should own that and raise your standards for the quality of food you send out.

We normally love the Big Biscuit as a chain, but this one sorely disappointed. Gravy was white water with sausage in it, soaked the food as surely as pouring a glass of water on your plate. Waitress barely showed, and didn't ask about food (she knew) even when she brought me a box for my uneaten meal and I told her I didn't need it. My wife's scramble bowl was fine, she didn't get one with gravy. We'll stick with our normal one in Shawnee.

Loved it! I have never been before and went with my best friend for the very first time. The portions are huge, the service is fantastic (even for it being right at the peak brunch hour), and the atmosphere is cozy! Highly recommend.

We had a group of 17 people and they accommodated us with no problems. The food was great and plentiful. Service was excellent and they even took our picture for us.

This was our party's first time here. The food was decent, biscuits and gravy were good, but the biscuits are pretty dry on their own. I am disappointed that each person in our party was asked if they wanted to add cheese/onion/bell pepper to their sides, but wasn't informed that each addition was an upcharge. If someone is budget-conscious, adding a few extra dollars per person could really impact them. I think that if something is an upcharge, the wait staff should tell you that when offering it to you.

The service was HORRIBLE. No server wanted to inconvenience themselves to take an order of 2 BISCUITS... Clarissa came and helped without issue. She was pleasant and kind... everyone else was clearly over worked before 2:30... I feel bad for Clarissa... but I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

The server was absolutely amazing! He was very nice and fast. The other server helping others was very nice as well. The food came out very quickly. I ordered the holly scram bowl. It is delicious everytime.

Breakfast with family. Love the menu and the vibe in the Big Biscuit. Had the cinnamon roll pancakes, with bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and wheat toast. Mom had bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and wheat toast. Dad had the sausage, eggs, hash browns, and wheat toast. My cuz had the fruit cup and a omelet. Coffee all around. Love the options and the friendly staff.

Love their chicken tenders and fries, we get it every week. Sadly every week I feel like the portion of fries get smaller and smaller. Also our favorite part about it is their ranch and neither of our chicken tender orders came with it 🙁 Edit to add: We ordered this to go and when you order it online, it says it comes with ranch so that's what we expected. When ordering to go, you usually just go straight home but if you all aren't able to do things right the first time and we need to check everything before leaving (takes away the convenience of togo), we will find somewhere else.

I've been going here for many years. They are well known for their 'big biscuits' and love the gravy. So If the meal you choose does not come with it, you have to at least get a side of biscuits and gravy. But they have many other breakfast dishes that are very good. No matter your taste you'll find something that you really like.

I really enjoyed my pancakes I ordered! The flavor was so good. I was too hungry and the food was too good that I forgot to take pics. Our server, Alesia, was amazing and made sure we were satisfied and taken care of. She even recommended some menu items that I wouldn't have considered. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars was because they overcooked my eggs a bit, but they still tasted decent.

I had no idea how great it was until I went....I just assumed they had Biscuits! They have way more than biscuits....and they also have fried Biscuits. Good grief yummy!

Shout out to my guy Maurice. Super nice and helpful waiter. I will be returning for more delicious and hearty portions in the near future! Fliffiest pancake I've ever eaten. I came in starving and still couldn't finish so keep that in mind before you order!

I give this location two stars for being nice and kind. And that is all. All the food came out late, and all of the courses were served right on top of one another. Wasn’t informed about missing menu items until the food was coming out. Wasn’t given the choice of swapping out missing items for anything that we wanted, just more “potatoes”, which we already had 3 orders of on the table, due to the server bringing us the wrong kind of potatoes we ordered. We asked for breakfast potatoes, and they brought us hashbrowns. Food was incredibly bland no seasoning whatsoever. 15 minutes later, at the end of our meal when we were done, a manager finally came over and offered us the original item we wanted to swap out with, for an up charge. Ended up taking our appetizer off the bill for all of the inconvenience. Which is cool. So overall service was incredibly slow, incorrect orders, and the food was old and cold and bland. Everything felt like amateur hour here. No thank you.

This is my first time eating here. The food is delicious. Our server disappeared after bringing our drinks and taking our order. I wanted a Bonut with chocolate chips and bananas, but there was a disconnect in communication because she said they didn't come like that. Then why does the menu say add flavor? She realized I was okay with additional charges for adding flavors. I think she disappeared because of that interaction. Then another server came to bring us our food. We've yet to see either server to refill drinks or ask if everything is okay or bring us the check. We should start a search party to look for them. Edit Never mind, she conveniently came back as soon as Mom got up to ask for the check.
