This well kept park has 10 tennis courts, 4 practice tennis wall courts, a disk golf course, a giant covered picnic table area (like 32 tables), another small covered picnic table pavilion, and a decent sized kids playground. It is also attached to a skating park and the Prairie Village pool.

Harmon Park is the place to go for a fun time. Stupendous trees, grand oaks and even a sycamore or two line the pathways that cut swaths through the lush grass covered hill that the park resides on. A playground and pool provide ample spaces for children to release all the pent up energy from playing video games for three days straight. And the best part is there is a police station near by to keep the riff Raff out. I like this park because I know that no large rodents will steal my children while I'm not looking.

Great place, always clean, plenty of staff for the kiddos. The diving boards are a blast... I would recommend this place to anyone. I always meet new friendly people there... The cost is great even if you don't have a pass...5 pools... Something for everyone... And there is plenty of shade if that's needed...

Looking interesting on the new build. Hopefully they figure in some sort of shade in the hott weather. Trees are good imo.

Nice park . Lots of space for tennis court and disc throw. Nice space for walking. Skateboarding is also being played here. Big shelter and attached rest room. Playground with swings , slide and merry-go-round.

As a long time lifeguard and pool manager, I have a few problems with the guarding I saw at the pool today: When switching lifeguards, someone always has to be watching the water. So when rotating, the guard in the chair must wait for the replacement to signal that they are guarding the water before getting down from the stand. There is no need to look at the other lifeguard, especially if having personal conversation and not pointing out problems and worries in the area. There were several times today that I saw lifeguards stop watching when nobody else had the water, and a few times I saw lifeguards turn and look at each other instead of the little kids in their area. Also, it may be cheaper to only have one rescue tube per stand, but handing the tube off each rotation leaves a vulnerable time when neither rescuer is prepared to enter the water. Better to have a tube for each guard, which they use for the day. The pool was very nice and clean, and the facility is obviously new. Price was a little high for entry.

Nice park and community pool. Wish it had an EV charger near the pool. Has tennis court, play equipment, shelter house, and skate park.

Lovely little park with community garden, aquatic center, two picnic shelters, playground, skate park, and disc golf. Tennis courts are in super good shape, and have free lights that stay on until late (not entirely sure how long). All you have to do is push the button and they stay on. It's funny, but I also appreciate that they label the different kinds of trees around the park. It's neat to learn!

I was only in the tennis court area of the park. The tennis area was nicely laid out. The restroom needed cleaning and did not have any paper towels.

Harmon Park is a medium sized suburban park which features several tennis courts and a summer water park for kids. There also is a good playground area, a covered picnic area, a community garden, and a few disc golf holes. It is nice to have a park embedded in a well established neighborhood. The facilities are pretty good, but they were designed and built decades ago and would benefit from an upgrade. The parking needs significant expansion, as does the restroom.

Great courts. Maybe the best public courts in area.

The disc golf course is small but very fun! Only 9 holes so good for a quick round

👍👍 One of my kids' favorite playgrounds. There are plenty of things for big and little kids to do. A good number of benches around for parents to sit at as well. The restrooms are a bit of a walk but are big enough and individually doored so able to take small kids in as a family, and don't have to try...

👍👍 Very secluded nice little park with one shelter, a large playground, tennis courts and a flat easy paved walk around the ball feild and park. Well used and enjoyed by the neighbors in this densely populated residential neighborhood. Perfect for a picnic.
