Nice 5 stars hotel in the South of Thailand. Quite and beautiful place to visit and enjoy the vacation with love one. Friendly staff and great service. Breakfast is over expected.

Perfect city hideaway. Had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great and fast service. Stayed at the duplex villa which was spacious and cleaned. Worth the price paid. Breakfast was not that great but pretty okay with a variety choice of food. Could visit again.

The front office manager-“KK” tenacity to get things right amongst her guests is most impressive and commendable! She exudes a grace of Professionalism, Patience and Genuine Concern for her guests’ creature comforts! In fact, she literally salvaged the otherwise, disastrous situation for me! I am most grateful to her and all the beautiful staffs in this hotel including the lady at the breakfast table this morning for a wonderful stay with their 5 Stars services from the Heart. They are all an Asset to this hotel. Please Thank everyone for me; especially the Front Office Manager “KK”! Eric Room 53.

Very reduced service of a 5 star hotel! Villa is great even thought it is old! However, a welcome fruit amenity is the basic of a 5 star hotel, especially for a villa resort! Disappointing fruit candy instead of Sheraton brand standard! Will only give 3 star rating for this villa charge!

Stayed in the duplex villa for 4 nights. I would not like to rate the resort as a 5 star because of the following reasons, 1. Only OK breakfast 2. No interior decorations 3. Nothing in minibar besides water 4. Only basic furnitures provided and those supplied are pretty old 5. No cloth cabinet in 1st floor 6. No electrical outlet besides the mirror in 1st floor toilet 7. Can not switch off the lights besides bed in 1st floor The only two compliments I can give to the hotel is good gardening and very big room size

The room we were in, the Aircon on the small room was not working. The room looks nice and private, but I felt like it is time to renovate some furniture in the room. We borrowed bicycles from the resort, but the condition was not great. It was old and worn out. It's kind of sad that the resort has road between beach. We have to go across the road to reach the beach. On the other hand, the street food was great though.

There's no beach, just concrete steps along a road running in front. The pool is small, about 15 meters. The villas are huge! A bit dated, but if you want to hunker down in a peaceful villa, this is your spot. Nothing nearby though, except fried seafood street stalks on the road. We switched to Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa

It was very nice experience being here. Private accommodation with convenient access to the pool and the beach. Great place to get some rests from the city with all the trees around the accommodation. Very nice spa here. Recommend to try as I always get spa service every time I visited here.

Review for Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas from August, and I was thoroughly impressed. Thanks to my titanium status with Marriott, I was fortunate to receive a massive upgrade. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, boasting over 350 square meters of luxurious space. The hotel staff were nothing short of fantastic. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay were evident throughout my visit. I felt valued and well-taken care of from the moment I checked in until my departure. For the price I paid (approximately $1,199 AUD), the value was outstanding, especially considering the upgrade and the impeccable service. In conclusion, my experience at the Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas was exemplary. It’s a destination I would highly recommend, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip.

Drove down to Hua Hin / Pranburi to get out of the bustle and rush of Bangkok for the weekend. Being a Marriott member, it was easy to choose one of their three properties in the area. My wife and I wanted some peace and quiet so we chose to stay about 30 minutes south of Hua Hin at the Sheraton Pranburi villas. The staff were all friendly and kind. Welcoming and eager to please the guests. The meals that we ate at the hotel were fine and even had cocktails at the beach bar. The beach is across a quiet street and can be easily reached from any of the rooms. We found lots of sand dollars on our morning strolls! The facilities, while once obviously grand, are a bit run down and corporate should spend a little money on this place to get it up to snuff.

The villas and the property are immaculately maintained and the staff is kind and attentive. We have stayed at this property a few times and do love how peaceful it is. I do want to say that we did have an "incident" happen that effected our most recent stay. The hotel staff present at the time of the incident attempted to reconcile on the property the day it happened, but we were left still feeling hurt. However, when we reached out to corporate and were put in touch with the General Manager, everything in their power was done to make it right. We felt assured, heard, and taken care of. We were informed of concrete steps being taken to improve due to the situation we experienced. The property is wonderful, but knowing that one can trust in the management is so valuable.

This is a beautiful property, and the villas are great. They're spacious and private and make you feel like you've got the resort to yourself. They're well maintained and perfectly clean. The service from the front desk staff was great. I made a booking to extend my stay and without me having to ask they brought my new key cards to me table at breakfast and passed them to me so I didn't need to go through a whole new check in process. The restaurants on site were delicious and the servers were attentive and friendly. All around, I can't fault this place. It's perfect for a Hua Hin getaway.

This is a wonderful resort with all you can need. Booked a full board and liked the offerings. They had attentive staff and the portions were very generous at the lunch and dinner restaurant . The breakfast though could use more options. The check in process was smooth and went into the villa earlier. The private pool was really nice and the common pool was spectacular. The room was clean and tidy and everything was easy to access. Everything works well and the outdoor shower was my favourite. The gym was enough and there were many places to relax outside the villa. The sea is just there but there’s no beach. However in the evening the fishing boats make a very beautiful display and there’s a local food market where you can do a picnic on the boardwalk and enjoy the scenery. I would just say the Marriott brand just needs to do a bit of refurbishment at the entrance of the resort. It’s dated and needs a better facelift. The resort itself is shabby chic and has many endearing features of wood, tile, and rough textures. It’s very homey, ideal for a staycation as a couple or solo. It’s a quiet area and has just a peacefulness about it I would highly recommend and come back.

Great private villa to relax. Might need a little updating, but overall very pleasant stay. Only thing this place needs/deserves is a beach: only concrete waterfront across the property, no sand, hence 2 stars for location

Definitely never go back. Old fascilities without good maintainace. Cleaness problem is matters for this place. Who mind about cleaness should aware. Floor is cracked due to old. Broken of electric equipment / circuit and let us check-in to that room. Room is not clean, in-room pool is not clean making hesitate to use. Mosquito nets has many broken point and not clean. Ice picker is surprisingly dirty, surely never been cleaned. Egg station (breakfast) take too much time to cook. I'd wait for 2 eggs and 1 pancake for around 45-60 mins. It was tuesday morning, not weekend not public holiday. And have to go check by myself about was it done yet... Anyway, room is spacious and good to have 2 toilet and shower room. And location is good. Some staff provide very good service, some staff did not.

Bliss! I had a fantastic staycation at 1-bedroom pool villa #9027 for 3 nights and loved every minute spent here. Buffet breakfast is not quite the same with less variety and NO ice cream but food quality overall is still wonderful. I'd like to thank Khun Sirawat, Assistant Restaurant Mgr. particularly, he is quite an asset to F&B team and the hotel. He also makes tasty smoothie drinks and his interaction with hotel's guest is absolutely courteous & warm, making one feel so right at home! Keep up the good job ^_^

My recent stay at Paradise Cove Resort was truly a slice of heaven on earth. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. This resort exceeded all my expectations and provided an unforgettable vacation experience.

Good food in the beach facing restaurant. Large 2 bedroom pool villa is good at outdoor space, large pool and cozy under cover pavilion area. Only shortcoming is the 2nd bedroom only comes with 2 single beds rather then double bed. A little unconventional

Pranburi is quite small so sheraton is very close to all the nice restaurants and there is a street food market right in along the beach in front of the hotel. Hotel doesn't have private beach though. There is a road between hotel and beach. For foreigners, dont expect too much of the pranburi beach though, Huahin is much nicer. But overall, atmosphere is good, you can bike along the shoreline.

I think it's suitable for someone who likes to enjoy staying only in the resort and love somewhere quiet. I also truly enjoy the landscape, the gardeners must be working hard to keep everything looks lively.

You can feel private and facility are very good. They have bikes (trek mtb, mtb, and city bike, for kids). At the seaside, there are fitness, swimming pool, and bar. Front and room service are very responsive and friendly. Price is a bit too high for me and breakfast is not very tasty compare to the same price range resorts.

Great villa. Good breakfast. Great service. My only complaint is that there are a lot of flies everywhere. Not sure if this is something that Sheraton can fix though since the flies might come from somewhere else.

One of the best private villas with pool I've stayed at. Staff is exceptional!! I will be back!

Property is nice and we'll located near the beach. Dinner at Luna La Pran experience was less than delightful since many of the items which we were ordering from the Menu was not available at that time.

Nice, superb villa’s. We get an upgrade to a 2 room villa with one king bed and two singe bed. Have a big private pool for relax and enjoy. Good choice when you come with family. But have to improve the breakfast buffet. We will come back!

Great private hotel near the beach, the street along the beach at the back of the hotel turned into street food at dusk. The villa itself is very spacious. I was upgraded to 2 bedroom villa type which was huge!! Likewise well-maintained andwell-equipped.
