Excellent home improvement store with a massive range of supplies and goods from building materials, plumbing and electrical supplies to fitted kitchens, cookers, furniture, fridges, televisions ,bicycles and gardening supplies. Prices are reasonable and value for money. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful but many have poor product knowledge and either tell you that they don’t stock something which I later find or have to ask a colleague whom also does not know.

If you want to meet a lot of staff doing nothing and knowing nothing. The Global in Pranburi is a must. This is ever since Global came to Pranburi and this has been like that through the years. They keep.it stable like that

This is a large home improvement store. They provide excellent customer service. They also deliver large purchases. They do repairs on many items sold in the store.

A large well stocked builders merchant this place so much better than home pro was very impressed and very helpful staff. First visit is a struggle to learn where everything is, it's a pretty large outlet but subsequent visits get you in the know, recommended, easy to find plenty of parking with a loading bay for the big stuff.

Typical outlet as they are all virtually the same all over Thailand. GH has excellent selection of goofs and prices seem fair and inline with the prices of similar other outlets. Staff were helpful, friendly and most spoke English well enough to assist people. Large site, plenty of parking and a good place to visit if you want to add anything to your house or improve it.

Love this place, a good selection of hardware, white goods, building supplies, paint, garden, furniture, lighting, double glazed units, windows, doors, plumbing and electrical. At much more realistic prices than the likes of Index and Homepro.

Is this shop like a home Depot in USA! It's very nice I recommend it.

Best DIY shop in the area. Insider tip: you can return any unsued items. Very practical when you don't know how much material you need. Simply return the unused stuff. Easy!

It's a home furnishing and DiY store. Not sure what else I can say really. We are considering an ensuite to the spare bedroom. Nice little coffee shop attached.

It is a big shop but not many choices available. The sale person spend their time saying "sorry, we don't have" (mai me). Better go to "home pro"!!

Many time items not good service people many but not much help

5 stars for the massive store with a great selection of products for home renos.... But 0 stars for the terrible customer service unparalleled in any retail shop. Such a large number of staff, all standing around disinterested .... And when they do interact with customers they are usually not knowledgeable or polite. Better to replace with a fleet of robots and a self checkout..... Then 5 stars for sure.
