One of the oldest tonkatsu place in Bangkok, I’ve been here since highschool. The menu here mostly stay the same with the highlights being Rosu katsu (pork roast) having 2 sizes, medium and large. They have perfect the texture of the katsu, with the crispy outside and succulent pork inside. Another highlights include hamburg steaks, kimchi nabe, miso katsu, and steamed pork. Would totally recommend for a well priced and filling meal. Lastly, the rice and miso soup could be refill once per person.

One of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Bangkok. Always satisfied with the stable taste. Might have to wait a bit before getting seated due to a lot of customers but service is quick then. A little bit pricey but reasonable considering the quality. They accept both cash and credit card. Recommended

Very affordable and delicious katsu, with a good portion. Do note that they only accept walk ins when we tried to book, but there was available seatings when we walked in at 12noon on a Sunday Overall it was enjoyable though, but one negative was there was a funky bad smell on the second floor, which kinda ruined the experience.

The atmosphere of the restaurant feels like Japan. The crispy fried pork is delicious and not greasy at all. You can add extra vegetables, and the green tea is also great.

Been here multiple times. Simply one of the best places for Katsu in Bangkok. Very much recommended. It is not often to experience such a splendid Japanese deep-fried pork cutlet at a this attractive price point. Apart from Katsu? Shiokara and fish dishes are awesome, too!

Pleasant experience with authentic Japanese food. The Katsu was light and crispy, not the typical greasiness one would associate with such restaurants. When paired with the eggs and onions and good quality rice, It is really quite a comforting meal. Maguro Wasabi featured very fresh fish. Perhaps there was slightly too much wasabi but at least that paired well with the more savoury flavours of the Katsu… Draft beer in a chilled glass. As it should be. This place should be in Bangkoks top restaurants! Sapporo Draft 100thb Katsu Jyu 310thb Maguro Wasabi 250thb

If you're looking for your katsu fix while in Bangkok, I highly recommend this place. They have good tonkutsu and the side dishes are nice too.

I ordered ground pork mixed with ground beef set. The meat is very soft while the outer part is crispy. You get miso soup and a bowl of rice (which you can refill) in the set. The staff were nice. The atmosphere is calm and very Japanese. Would come again.

Famous Japanese restaurant that is specialized in Tonkatsu! It has been so popular. Expected a queue during lunch. The quality is slightly dropped, but still good. It could be considered one of the top 3 ton katsu in Bangkok. Rosu Katsu set is my favorite. The rice, sliced cabbage and miso soup can be refilled. There are also dishes available if you don’t like fried foods. Can park in Panavongs Building. #Japanese #Restaurant #Tonkatsu

One of the best place for Tonkatsu in Bangkok. This place also served variety choice of katsu, the recommend is Tonkatsu with miso sauce. The food is really tasty and good quality, price is reasonable comparing to the serve portion. There is no parking available here, but you can parking nearby.

So goooooooood! 💯 my number one Katsu in town! I can have it every weeks! Crispy outside, tender inside. It was very delicious. Good food made my day. Authentic Japanese taste. Nice staff. Amazing food. Worth it!

Delicious tonkatsu tenderloin, ordered 2 servings because the first was so good. Other dishes were also good, the kimchi soup however was a bit too large for 2 people, more suitable for 4-6 people. Friendly service but atmosphere can be a bit stuffy.

New update: The experience is worse than the last time. I sat on the second floor, it smells damp and uncomfortable. There were a few flies, I feel like this place is not cleaned properly which ruined the experience. The tonkatsu tastes nice, but I feel like the chef should drain the oil a bit more. The tonkatsu is crispy though. Food is fast. You can stamp parking ticket. I still like the food, but I’ll consider takeaways next time. Old review: My top 2 most favorite tonkatsu restaurant (another one is Wako). If only there’s convenient parking space, I would visit this place way more often. The shop is small and kinda cramped, but the food makes it worth it. My favorite dish is tonkatsu with cheese and shiso leaf!

Very good izakaya restaurant. Consisted of 3 floors with japanese traditional tables on 3rd floor. The menu is highlighted in Katsu that was so delicious. Another foods also great. Asahi draft beer was available. The price was friendly. Credit card was acceptable.

Fried pork is the best. Crispy and juicy in one bite. That's really good taste of original Tonkatsu of japan.❤️ Deduct 1 star for rice, I think is not perfect cooking, not like the Japan rice. Not sticky and not shiny. 😋

Had a nice experience at this restaurant! The authentic Japanese Katsu was yummy, and the prices were reasonable. The staffs are friendly offering complimentary cabbage salads and miso soups. I would go again to explore more Katsu options!
