I am a frequent visitor to Prayagraj/Allahabad. When it comes to accommodation, I have many options to choose from but I prefer “UR Hotel” among the alternatives for a variety of reasons, some of them are mentioned as under. Hotel UR is conveniently located in Civil Lines; considered to be the shopping as well as the corporate hub of the Sangam city. Staff is pretty adaptive and is always willing to break their conventional shell to make you feel good. Maximum flexibility was provided to me, especially when it comes to early check-in.

Great location of Hotel UR, really pleasant and clean mesmerizing rooms, the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff behavior. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We traveled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed ever in my life span.

This cafe has a roof top area. And some small corners as well. I love their ambience, it's very nice. Some quotes are written in the wall. They also have some plant decorations. Service is average. Pricing is pocket friendly. Hookah available here.

Great location in the heart of the city.. Easy access to all the major tourist attractions. Good service & Good in house food as well as many local cuisine to try out nearby..

Worst hotel, worst service, conjusted dirty rooms, very careless staff, rooms full of mosquitoes and sleepless nights and above all, overpriced. Some businesses like this one, are run with just a motive of making money, and don't have any service priority. A customer should feel happy while paying, sadly I felt complete waste of money. Paying 6500 for two nights, in a hotel room so small, is too much, and it pains when u know that currently on Google the charges are just 1600. Let me make it very clear that I have no intention of harming your demand and supply business. What disturbs me is that you say that you didn't pressurise me for anything. If you don't remember, let me help you to recall that when I requested for just one night stay, you bluntly and adamantly said that "room will be given to you only if you book for two nights". That's not called humanitarian ground, that's called opportunistic approach, and blackmailing a person with wife and two small kids, who reach your hotel at 9 pm. I was actually left with no option, so I had to buy your demand and supply hospitality for much more than what it actually deserved for. Please don't extend this conversation because I don't want to respond again and again and become bad for you. Instead of confronting, please try to instrospect. Thanks 🙏

Pathetic. We had already paid in advance for rooms. But they Didn't let us go in the room without full payment. Space was very less and the place wasn't hygienic. Garbage below the sofa! Door laches doesn't work. Door never get locked. Tv had all unsubscribed channels and weren't even charged even after many requests. Very unprofessional staff..not at all cooperative and very rude. Would never ever recommend this to anyone!!

Good service given by hotel receptionist wasim ahmed. Good man and good hospitality provided by him. Must visit cost little bit higher but overall was good experience.

Centrally located hotel, very close to sangam. Great staff, clean and spacious rooms. We needed cab services for local commute, the staff was very helpful in arranging the same at best prices. We ordered in room dining for dinner , the food was fine and reasonably good. I stayed at the hotel for two days , they cleaned and arranged the room next morning. This hotel is quite safe for single lady travellers, they were very co-operative.

I wish there were zero star. Very bad experience. Don't ever go to this hotel. They took money in advance without even showing the rooms. Please don't go to this hotel. If u still want to go then please check the room before giving payment to them...

One of the worst Hotel I had ever experienced in my first visit at Civil Lines, Prayagraj. No cleanliness, Bathroom dirty, Lots of mismanagement. Even after converting it to OYO Collection O no improvement is seen. Even the behaviour of OYO reception staff is like they are not providing hospitality. They are just for the sake of completing there working hours. No answer on Intercom. Toilets were very dirty. I had changed the room thrice then also lots of mismanagement is seen. Pathetic service providers.

Beautiful rooms at prime location in the heart of the city, customer friendly staff, food quality is also good.. Nicely decorated rooms, hygenic, well cleaned, coloured and maintained.. And spacious as well..

Horrible....even you have to complain for providing a towel & even water in the room.....leave any other facilities...intercom not working.. lights not proper... washbasin not having facility of hot water... hot water not coming through other tap also

One of my best experience to be at Allahabad Now as Prayagraj. Near to my office work place. The owner is an known Lawyer Mr Jaiswal sir Polite to be as an friend. And Mr Yadav manager is like a brother. Recommend to stay at civil line U R Hotel.

Great experience.. I booked a room for my family of 3 members via cleartrip. The staff was very cooperative and the room was very good with a nice view of the city area and was very neat and clean, with all the amenities toilet was clean. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and very tasty. Located at a very prime location in the Heart of the city. We arrived late night at the hotel and they gave us dinner on a very short notice and specially milk for my child as we all were very hungry and I'm very thankful to the staff for this cooperation. Overall Great Great Experience.👍

My Home away from Home We love this hotel for the very reason, this we call our home away from home. The employees are disciplined and very good in manners. They always welcome us with a smile and provide all the possible flexibility for checkout. The kitchen serves delicious food and a homely taste. Excellent location situated right on MG Marg Civil lines and very close to Sangam. Their Front desk staff Wasi Ahmed and Umesh were very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. I even got my room changed when the bed was a little small for my height. Overall excellent service and best wishes.

Worst experience.. I had booked the hotel room for family of 4 through Cleartrip on 28 Oct 2023, with breakfast included. The room provided was pathetic with torn bedsheets, toilet without a latch, and almost everything dysfunctional. They did not have milk at night, and in morning, they informed that earliest they can provide breakfast or tea would be after 9:30 as the cook would come at 8:30 am for his duty. Location is also worst as it is situated opposite liquor shops. Cleartrip also did not provide any support. Very bad experience overall.

Visited Cannington Cafe on the top floor of hotel UR. Although the ambience is not very good, the place is coming up with a whole new menu. I tasted some items from their new menu and would recommend you to visit the place in March when the new menu is launched.
