Went
there
yesterday
at
about
8
p.m.-
certainly
for
the
last
time.
The
only
good
thing
was
that
we
immediately
got
a
table
although
it
was
pretty
crowded.
There
was
no
written
menu,
instead
Franco,
the
owner,
offered
everyone
a
(three-course)
menu
which
we
also
chose.
The
starter
-
a
plate
of
garlic
prawns
-
came
at
around
8:20
p.m
and
tasted
rather
salty.
The
following
90
minutes
we
spent
waiting
for
our
main
dish,
a
variation
of
fish
on
a
wooden
plate
-
in
vain.
Instead
of
serving
us
the
food
we
ordered
Franco
and
his
staff
were
doing
effect-seeking
performances
and
giving
theatrical
speeches,
"inviting"
everyone
to
stay
until
the
late
evening
and
announcing
that
we
wouldn't
get
our
bill
before
11
p.m.
I
told
Franco
that
we
had
further
plans
for
the
evening
and
little
time
since
all
the
pubs
in
Hamburg
currently
have
to
close
at
11
due
to
Covid.
He
first
ignored
us,
then
promised
that
our
main
dish
would
be
served
in
10
minutes.
After
waiting
for
half
an
hour
more
we
still
didn't
have
our
main
dish
-
unlike
other
guests
wo
had
arrived
after
us.
That
was
reason
enough
for
us
to
cancel
our
order
and
ask
for
the
bill.
They
had
us
wait
for
another
ten
minutes,
then
charged
us
with
40
Euros
for
a
bottle
of
wine,
a
coke,
a
small
basket
of
cheap
bread
and
a
single
plate
of
prawns.
We
were
neither
given
a
receipt,
nor
an
apology.
My
summary:
If
you
have
a
lot
of
time
and
look
for
entertainment
rather
than
eating
out,
that's
the
place
to
go.
If
you're
hungry,
better
avoid
this
place.
