This Burger King have their own rules, it was my first time seeing an assistant on the drinks department, they don’t do refills. They put for you and also put half the cut cause they in a rush.

Took about 40minutes to prepare our breakfast which was the first time i had to wait that long at a McDonald's, but the food was nice eventually when it came. Always worth the price!

Nice fast food place, especially courtyard is pretty cozy.

They were fast and spacious. It's calm to work on your laptop.

The place is really packed, especially with students who live around - and it is mostly used by them. The service is slow, maybe because they have a lot of orders coming in but this doesn't excuse the delays because you wait more than you're supposed to. It's better to order online and collect or opt for delivery.

McD Hatfield is great,layout and spacious It’s the best place to hang out for students,however we are worried about safety. People who haven’t bought food come in to use toilet,instead of customers. Homeless people harass customers while they eat! Please ensure that homeless people don’t come and disturb us while we eat.

I visited twice to order for lunch and at another time, dinner. You make your order on the vending machine. The long waiting period is where the problem is. Limited space to eat in. Other than that, very good service.

I appreciate the effort with regards to the service here but whoever is in charge of Marketing and Stock should really take note and focus and what is new on the menu as I did not get a certain item as advertised today a d this was a bit upsetting to me.
