I really enjoy blueroom everytime I go there. Food is Fantastic,Vibe is Awesome and people Great not forgetting the Service Top Class..just increase the toilet space lol

I have been to Blue Room a couple of times, it was alright until today. I was expecting good service, but I was so disappointed! The waitress had forced us to pay a bill while I was enjoying my food and drinks because she was knocking off! She didn’t even offer to hand over to someone else. I had to go to the bar area to ask for takeaways to pack my leftovers and still go back to fetch my plate to hand it over so they can pack my food!! I really don’t understand why I was treated that way especially when I am a customer and I am paying or supporting a business. I don’t think I will return.

It's a really nice lounge and obviously we all know that Pretorians know how to turn up! The management is really good here, like there is a zero tolerance of any kind of unwanted behaviour. However, always watch your belongings as this is a really popular spot which makes it a hub for opportunists - that's just the rule when going out to groove in general.

The specials are a scam. Our waitress took so long to bring our drinks we ended up fetching them from the bar ourselves. There is supposed to be a buy one get one free. She stalls on purpose so that we don't order the special more than once. What's the point of the special? There is no logic behind the bottomless ribs, it's another scam. The special should be called bottomless plate not ribs. You're forced to order pap and ribs consecutively? Yet the special is called bottomless ribs. If you don't finish the pap (not the ribs) the pap! You don't get another round? Absolutely ridiculous. Andy is the only good thing that came from that experience. After our waitress dumped us with an attitude, he was such a gem.

We came here as it was highly recommended and it was OK...it would have been much better if we could hear one another think as the music was so high we had to shout loudly at one another and the waitress ... there was no need for this uncomfortable volume ... we finished our food (which to be fair was good) and then went elsewhere

A great experience, good music ,chilled vibes. The staff was friendly and very helpful, i was celebrating my birthday and i can say i really enjoyed my day to the fullest. A great night I had and would recommend it to my friends.

The all around experience was good the service is excellent the waiters are always checking up on their customers . Their prices are not bad either it's affordable and it's very safe inside 😊

I have been going to Blue room for years but the vibe is off. They need to play other genres of music except amapiano. If you are a amapiano fan then you are alright but if you want more then be ready to be disappointed

They have one of the best chicken in Cape town. Their hot sauce is one of a kind. Their prices are very affordable

Worst experience when it comes to ordering via ubereats. I waited for a solid 2 hours for my food. Everytime I kept calling they would just say that the food will get ready in 5 minutes time. After constantly calling they ended up not answering. Worst service one can ever get from any restaurant. I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!! They don't deserve one star either

I can not say this in a sweet way but the service we received from Sandra is so good and nice. We felt at home and the food was delicious. She is kind and very patient. She is indeed the best

Hubbly outside under umbrella tables, some snack food platters available and good beer/cider specials on buckets or drafts. Booths inside can be reserved for VIP. Staff are friendly and helpful with sporadic conga line routines weaving through the place when resident DJ spins popular Pitoli yano tracks.

Safe.enough space for us to dance toilets small good I like the idea of ice cubes in the male toilet.we had a great time 10/10.

Me and bunch of friends came over for birthday celebration. We were then met with our waiter Andy, who tended to our needs and provided the best service thus far. It's fair to say Me and my friends enjoyed themselves.

The overall experience was quite fun, great music, good food, fairly clean establishment. Just had to return a glass because it was dirty. I understand it was a Friday night and it was busy but glasses still need to be washed with soap and not just run through water

The ladies bathroom was filthy with liquids on the floor. The first waitress we had was great but the the second waiter was busy smoking hubbly with another customer and gave us a plastic bag to put our drinks in... yes we had to do it ourselves because he was too busy

This was a cool experience. I went there with my colleagues for a Farewell party nyana of two of our colleagues. It was nice, though the service is not to a par and we were standing the whole time from 17h00 till 21h00. I understand it was packed but there were tables that were reserved for only later in the night, they should have gave us a table. For their service, 3/5 but the vibe is there. Love the whole experience and I don't mind going back again kodwa on a much quieter time where it's not packed. Please try it for yourself, I think you will love it.

Although this is a bar/lounge, I once ordered takeaway from them. The meal was pretty decent, something that one would enjoy even more while having a drink on their premises.

One of the beautiful pub around Hatfield in Pretoria, the architecture of the interior design is eye taking including the good foodies as well as the beverages is in the top notch standard, hence it an good place indeed to be and have fun whenever you around Hatfield.
