Their service is good, the staff was very helpful. The hotel is neat and I'd like to applaud their kitchen staff, the food was amazing 👌

The food is great and the location is very convenient. Only a walk away from Hatfield Plaza and there's a variety of eateries within the vicinity! You'll enjoy every minute

I love the staff, they are professional. The rooms are spacious and there is a complementary tea/coffee in the room (small kettle so you can make it yourself). There was a bit of lag for the hot showers but got around it. The food is also nice but could be improved with more options on the menu. Overall, this is a nice quiet place to stay that's in the heart of Pretoria.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. The food was cold. Food was moved before people could finish eating. We had to ask for everything and the popular answer among the waiters was "I don't know". The manager or person assisting tried the best she could do, to make our group comfortable but the damage was already done. It's a nice place, suitable for Intimate events. I was just so disappointed with the poor service we received.

Faculities well maintained and catering for conferences are good. Parking is a problem since it is usually full and guests attending conferences are then required to park in the basement of the building from where it is not easy to navigate your way to the relevant venue. Especially sinage is lacking. Overall, having a conference here was a pleasant experience with good food and friendly staff always willing to assist.

The hotel inside is beautiful and quaint, the beds are amazing and rooms were exceptionally clean. Service was friendly and check in quick. The downside is the area, very noisy and late night road rage

This hotel is more of a 1 and a half star. I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment. Positives: - Spacious - Beds and pillows very comfortable Negatives: - Cockroaches in the rooms. - No extractor fan in the bathroom. Just a window that goes into the passage where people walk frequently. - Bathroom design is very odd. There's a towel rack right next to the shower head and if you aren't careful enough, you will bump your head on it. - Needs a major revamp. Rooms are very dated. They have electricity meters for some reason. - Kitchen is very old, looks like the 90's in real life and doesn't smell good. - Rooms had a stuffy smell. No fresh scents around the hotel that you could find elsewhere (Garden court, Holiday Inn etc) - There were aircons in the rooms but the lounge and kitchen was very hot. The apartment could do with ducted air conditioning. Summary: This hotel is not even close to a 3-star hotel. It needs a major revamp urgently. You're better off taking 2 rooms at the StayEasy or Garden Court nearby. Even Road Lodge is cleaner and more modern despite being a 1-star facility.

Classy hotel atmosphere in an excellent area. Public Areas tastefully decorated. Friendly staff. Many international guests seen checking in and out. All areas were extremely clean and neat. High standard of operation. Can definitely recommend 👌.

We attended a workshop there for 3 days. It was easy to find the area. When we got there, we were welcomed with this lovely scent 😊 the served us food every now and then... snacks even. There was no time when we lacked food. You truly know how to treat your guests right 👍 and the ever smiling and friendly staff. I did not sleep at this hotel but enjoyed being there for workshop

The staff were very friendly. The food was ok, just cold, and sometimes didn't feel so fresh. I loved the omelets and dessert they had. The light in the rooms is not bright.

It's well located close to the Gautrain station. The service is great and the room I stayed was spacious with a huge bed. The pillows are the best, therapeutic wrap around the head/neck. It's worth another stay in the future

The reception area is beautiful and clean and the food is great. The rooms are a no no, small, walls to the rooms are dirty and the doors. Carpets are dirty and have marks everywhere. I definitely would not stay over there again.

I stayed here before and I was satisfied. this time around my stay was not very satisfying. The A/C was broken. They gave me a fan, and later made the A/c work, but it started leaking water. The leaking water got worse. The shower head was not working properly and water ended up all over the floor and tiles causing a serious slipping hazard. The plug socket was damaged where the phone line / LAN should attach. Another safety hazard. They served a buffet with wors and pork chops. I have never been at ANEW Hatfield to a supper menu, as advertised on their website. There are seemingly great chef's specials but one cannot eat form the menu, because it is always a buffet (not advertised). The hotel was fully booked and occupied, that means maximum revenue, and not serving the advertised menu is not acceptable.

The rooms are clean, exceptional service with the friendly staff. Location is the safest and it's so clean OMG. Love ANew Hotel. More returns...no regrets

Absolutely would not recommend this hotel. Especially in terms of safety if you're a woman. I regret being booked here for work. Terrible experience.

It looked like a guesthouse from kasi. I even had to check out 30 after checking in. I didn't even ask for a refund (R1500) Maybe other rooms are better, But I asked for their "best" room and I was given the one which I'm reviewing. 2 three quarter beds , ai I'll stop here. Goodluck.

Was there 24 August 2022. Conference room okay. Food they served in the morning, not impressive. Overly sweet blueberry muffins & teatime it was some dry rolls, with some boring filling. Juice was not offered. I was not impressed at all.

The staff is great. The rooms are standard and the food is okay. It's situated on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper, you might have problems. More for work/business travels than vacation vibes. It is conveniently situated so I would definitely go back.

The hotel looks amazing and the design is really warm and comfortable. It's very quiet and clean. It smells amazing as well. The service is quite good. The reception service is my favorite, the lady there is really amazing.

Poor service please fire your head chef or send them on training. Checked in on Sunday, on monday breakfast was 40 minites late we almost left without it. It arrived at 7:50 which was 10 minutes before we left. Same thing happened on Wednesday morning no breakfast till 8:00 and the staff cannot give us any answers.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment as i was travelling with my 2 kids and husband.We received a call from reception an hour before checkin who was very casual in telling us our apartment had been flooded ,thy will have to give us two seperate rooms.I aas not impressed at all with this as our 12 year old had to slesp alone in his own room ehilst my daughter whos 2 years old had to b stuck in one room .It was a horrible experience for my kids .The wifi signal in the rooms is terrible good as not there ,u only get signal when you are downstairs .The pool was also emptied and we were only told on arrival but the ad did say pool was available .My kids did not enjoy the long weekend at the NewHotel .

The room is ok, but the area of the Kitchen + Living could be better decorated. The bed is comfortable and the room is big. The common areas of the hotel are very beautiful and nice. The location is good, but it can be too noisy at night on the weekends. The staff is gentle!

It was nice but the beds and rooms were small. The bathroom doors were hard to open so then the floor gets scratched very badly. The TV channels were not the same as the paper with the TV channels.

Great place, lovely interior

The service was absolutely poor. Refused to bring a hot drink to the room and asked me to fetch it. The attitude really needs to be addressed to these employees. They are not doing us a favour, they are employed to do certain tasks and they should complete those tasks in a manner that will be pleasing to the customer. I will never stay at this hotel again. The aircon in the room was broken, the shower as well need some repair.

We had a lovely Herbalife session

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was made wheelchair friendly (but there's a step to get in the shower so that was wierd) there is coffee/tea in the room(they give you a kettle nice and small mine was dirty but I didn't ask for it to be cleaned (too shy). The restaurant is the buffet type (only went in the morning never again) and the bar sells coffee and soft drinks (no alcohol was sold, well atleast that's what the staff told me) but overall the stay was comfortable and it's close to everything. Enjoyed my stay.

I spent 4 days at the hotel for a training course. The conference room was small for the number of people there and the air conditioning leaked. The food was uninspired. The staff were reasonably friendly but definitely willing to assist. My portable wireless mouse was removed by cleaning staff overnight.

Its a beautiful establishment...close to gautrain station, there is a pick up shuttle, loved the fact that their bath water was warm; aircons working and overall a warm experience.

Shem their food is really not so nice 🥺 expected much better from there. Giving them 2 stars for their desert which is nice 😋

I had a good stay, except that there's not enough light , thus making the room dark even during daytime. Otherwise customer care and breakfasts did not disappoint.
