    Worst service ever. 3 times I got takeout food and always something's missing. Today they forgot to put burgers in the bags (I ordered three meals) after I asked them to double check the order they realized the mistake. But when I went home in one of the meals, instead of double whopper I got whopper. This happens everytime with takeouts in this BK.

    I did order there 2 fries 1 small and another one medium and I got both small and they charged me for small and medium I think that they are ripping costumer off on French fries

    Auf das Essen musste ca. 20min. Warten am Ende war Fleisch Verbrannt, Pommes waren zu kalt Cheeseburger war auch kalt und Verbrannt, nie wieder werde ich da essen.

    Worst Costumer Service ever! It happened once online and twice througt Drive Thru: I ordered something else and got something completly different! Their excuse is "We were so busy that's why we messed up your order"!!!!
