We went here for an early dinner and were accommodated with no reservation, but were seated inside. I'm thinking maybe you need a reservation to sit outside but didn't ask. The service was great, staff checked on us often, refilled water, and were very attentive. Food came out so fast. Margaritas were good, and food was awesome. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Great spot for a family outing, stuff event or romantic dinner. Love the expansion! Lots of great since indoor and outdoor. Our server, Juliana, was amazing! She definitely knows the menu well and can provide details beyond the menu. Clean atmosphere. Classy without making it seem like it’s not family friendly. All the food was delicious! The desserts however were all terrible 😖 we had the chocolate cake, the passion fruit cheesecake and the tres leches. The chocolate cake was ok but they were all just flavorless.

I can't say enough about this restaurant. The food was amazing, our server Mamadu was the best, and the drinks hit the spot. Our group got a little bit of everything and everyone loved their meals. There was some live music while we ate which we all enjoyed. Great vibe here. Highly recommend!!

Wow! This place went beyond all my expectations. I highly suggest making a reservation because it was packed! The service was super quick. Employees are friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding!!! You have the get the calamari and ceviche appetizers, I would go back just for that. We sat outside and there was cute string lights and they were playing Spanish music, it really was such a vibe. I will definitely be coming back here on my next Rhode Island trip!

I really try to be very aware of handing out 5-star reviews, but this place really deserves it. It's been awhile since I last visited Los Andes and I cannot believe how much its grown. The restaurant feels like it takes up an entire city block so you know they're doing something right. The drinks were all incredible. My girl could not say enough good things about the Brazilian daiquiri and, of course, the food did not disappoint either. The restaurant pays attention to every little detail and it's easily recognizable, from the garnish in a drink to the presentation on the plate. My only complaint was our waiter. He had to come back a second time for our orders for some reason, but it wasn't a huge deal. We were in one of the igloos with good company so we were in no rush. If you're in Providence for just one night and am looking for something a little different, this should be your choice.

My family and I celebrated a graduation here with 13 guests. I need to emphasize how impeccable the service and food is here! The owner was very accommodating to our changes in schedule. The staff were friendly and communicative. Nobody skipped a beat. Our glasses were always full along with our bellies! I had the lobster paella which was perfect. We also had the chicken wings for starters. The calamari was better than most calamari I have ever tasted. The portions for every dish are double the size of standard portions at other restaurants which I loved. I enjoyed every bit of my stay here and would highly recommend it!

I was excited to try this place for my 6 year anniversary due to the stellar reviews. It epically failed on so many counts. My husband didn’t even want to eat his dinner. 1) Decor/Service: The place is like a chain. You might as well be at Cheesecake Factory with a beeper. There are tons and tons and tons of people. The service was horrible. We barely saw her and she never came to the table. A 7 top of people got better service and food before us!! We waited 45 minutes for food! We waited for the check for like 10 minutes!! Forget that we were celebrating an anniversary. 2) Drinks: The drinks were horrible! I got a spicy margarita. It was in a high ball glass and they used bottled lime juice and sour mix. Super gross! 3) Food: The food was equally as horrible. The bread was dollar store bread with cheap oil. The ceviche Nikki looked like cat food. The tuna was gummy and room temperature. It had no flavor and was probably sitting out. The paella can’t even be called a paella. There was no soccarat. It was uncle Ben’s rice with yellow food coloring. It didn’t taste like saffron. Everything was over cooked from the rice to all the proteins. My husband didn’t even finish his meal!! Absolutely horrible! Yelp has failed me and I am going to be more cautious moving forward!

When we finally sat down and saw the menu, wow such great dishes to choose from. Loved the selection. Been multiple times. Great Southern American cuisine & service. Definitely upscaled Latin culture in my opinion but 5/5 stars. I've had multiple dishes & drinks with my girlfriend. I'll post some of the photos I have of their dishes.

First off, wonderful service. Second, drinks were on point. The sour and kiwi drink. The paella was well cooked and the amount of seafood was appropriate. Also ordered the lomo saltado and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend maybe a third less rice and maybe more of the protein/fries. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and the aquarium with the variety of fish were a nice touch for the patrons dining indoors.

Fantastic meal. Have not been in years, and a lot has changed since the last time I visited. Food was amazing as expected, but for me the most impressive part of the experience was the service. We were greated by each staff member we passed, and each person that helped us at our table in any capacity was kind and helpful! Our waiter had the perfect cadence of visiting our table, very helpful with the menu and recommendations, and even had our dessert decorated for our special celebration. Food and drinks came very quickly and the attentive wait staff were always quick to clear empty plates. This was the best dining experience I have had in a long time!!!

First time and it's now my new favorite place! The food was absolutely delicious! The drinks were so tasty. Everything from the bread and oil to the appetizers to the entrees were flavorful. For appetizers, we had the stuffed mushrooms as well as the short rib empanadas. For the entree I had the blackened salmon and my husband had steak. The waitress was very nice and informative. The dessert menu sounded fantastic but we were so stuffed from our meal that I will have to try something from the next time. The area dedicated for outdoor seating was beautiful. The indoor seating was very nice as well, the lighting was perfect and the decor was giving such a relaxed vibe. We will definitely be back very soon!

This restaurant is top notch. The location is a little sketchy at first, but there is valet parking if you’re interested. The inside is huge and well decorated. The drinks were a little expensive but you get your moneys worth. We ordered the salmon and steak and both were great. The best part of our visit was our waiter. Mamadue was awesome and extremely helpful throughout our entire experience. We would highly recommend this place.

I had 2 bad meal experiences there one time I had the chicken dish. It was un edible I finished half of it. They offered me a cheesecake. Second time I had the steak. It was nothing but fat, there was a quarter of good meat. It was good but not worth $40. I didn't complain that time either. The appetizers are to die, for I will be going back trying something different. It really is a fantastic place to eat. One more experience I had there, it was my anniversary so I called and told them that, so the girl asked me what kind of dessert i wanted brought to the table, 'nice touch'. When we walked in, the woman at the desk greeted us very professional and also wished us happy anniversary. That was very nice, but at the end of the meal I ordered coffee, for the dessert that they were supposed to bring to the table, but they never did. So, overall, 3 bad experiences, but I am still going to go back. The food is that good, these are a couple of the chicken dishes.

When our entrees came we were surprised at the amount of food they give you, the portions are large enough to take home for leftovers the next day. Everything we ordered tasted so wonderful and had such a beautiful balance. At one point the owner came to check on our table and he was so kind and personable. It is very clear he puts a lot of love into this restaurant, and we are ecstatic to return soon to try another delicious entree. Visiting Los Andes for dinner was the best decision we could have made for ourselves. If anyone is wondering if it's a good place to try and have never been, do it. You will not be disappointed.

This place never disappoints me, I've been here so many times. You must make a reservation! Everyone greed's you always with a smile, it's very busy but organized, it's cleaned. Food to perfection, never waited too long for our food, it's very fresh, warm, always satisfied on whatever we ordered. The service, not just from the waitress/waiter is amazing. With Covid this restaurant has applied to the regulations, moving tables and setting up with beautiful decor, keeping everyone safe. Prices are affordable. Always recommending it to my friends.

I have no negative things to say about this place. Best flan I've ever had (we had to order two at the restaurant and we got one to-go), tender grilled meats, sweet plantains, and fluffy rice. Trust me, you're missing out if you don't give this place a shot. Definitely in my top 5 favorite restaurants of all time.

BUT this place is known for having great seafood which I did not order (I'm allergic) so it's probably still great for seafood! I maybe just chose the wrong things. Everyone else LOVED it here. The valet boys were great here. Los Andes has gotten very popular in the last few years and expanded a lot! Overall; this is a great restaurant and it is a fun place to take visitors but probably stick with the seafood options if you can!

We went last night for my birthday and it was amazing. Food was fantastic, cake was to die for. None of us left hungry. We spoke to Diego for a bit who was hospitable and funny. The service was great and they were always there cleaning up or filling your water. Valet was a nice option since parking is tough and the valet guys were courteous/respectful. The only things I didn’t enjoy was one of their margaritas. I can’t remember the name…but the house margarita was much better than the first one I ordered!

I love this place and I am over the moon anytime I go there. It's a place that is synonymous with making memories. I've seen bridal showers, baby showers, Anniversaries etc. The service is 2nd to none. My boyfriend brought me there for new years Eve as a surprise. They really have done alot of improvements to the restaurant and make it look beautiful no matter what the season. Their steak and ceviche are what they are known for. My favourite is the Sirlion bistecca Andina. Huge portion sizes as well. Their take out service is precise and robust but, what a treat to eat there.

Los Andes has never let us down! We ordered takeout tonight and everything was delicious. I got the salmon dish and it was cooked perfectly. My brother ordered the steak and said it was delicious. Everyone was so happy and impressed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! I will be back!!

Warm and inviting atmosphere outside on the new patio. Highly recommend for a date night or just dinner with the ladies. Complimentary valet (please tip your valet's) upon arrival. Social distance and mask required which is great. Family owned and run which makes every person on the staff family and guests are treated in the same respect. My girlfriend and I split a pitcher of red sangria (which is our favorite every time we go), the app with potato and chicken salad (sorry forgot the name of the dish!) so yummy and we got two entrees that we shared. Every was amazing, we stayed for 3 hours though it felt like an hour. The staff never even flinched how long we stayed. One of the best SMALL BUSINESSES IN RHODE ISLAND! Can't wait for our next ladies our next ladies night!

This restaurant is unique in terms of the menu choices--so delicious! The service is friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the pobre vegitariano. Portions are huge so you can take them home. Manager came by to welcome us and check in on how things were going. Cocktails are so good, too. Definitely check this place out. You will want to come back again and again.

Seated a full hour after our reservation. Place was far more packed than it should have been. No apology or explanation from anyone. Hostess was apparently over it all. Waitress did save a 1 star review since she was nice. Will not go back.

I give this a 2 star cause the service was absolutely horrible. Save yourself the time and get take out. Had reservations for 7:30 got told they were behind 40 minutes. Didn’t get seated till 9. Waitress was tall blonde girl she disappeared every time I looked for her. Didn’t get a drink except water until my main course came out. I will not be coming back to dine in foods fire service is awful and all the employees look miserable to be there tonight.

Found this place on phantom gourmet. Boy what a find! Their website doesn’t do it justice. The place was super nice. The ambience was excellent! Way better than expected. The service was excellent! Extremely attentive. Wife wanted to try their paella which was fantastic! We stared with what we thought was the best calamari we have ever had! The pink sangria was super good! I had the los andes pollo. Besides the fries being soaked I thought was very tasty. Not a cheap meal but we Highly recommend!

This restaurant is fantastic!!!!! My boyfriend grew up in the restaurant business and is an amazing cook so he finds it difficult to find good restaurants that he recommends to friends and family. This is his favorite restaurant in the US. We came up and stayed overnight in the area just to eat at Los Andes. This was my first time eating here and the food and drinks did not disappoint. The staff is SO friendly, the ambiance is amazing and the food makes this a home run, 10/10. We got two Bamboleos to drink, the Ceviche Martini, the Lamb Specoal (Cordero), Bisteca Andina, Ensalada Russo, and Plantano Frito. SO Delicious!!! A must go!

The resturent has good ambience and vibe. The service is excellent. Food served in an order for different items to ensure it’s test. All the items are good. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!! Advice to make reservations if possible to avoid wait time.

This is always one of our favorites! The good is amazing every time and they are very accommodating for allergies. The staff is really friendly and the owner is always greeting folks and making sure everything is perfect. Highly highly recommend eating here! And if you are going for the first time don't judge it by the exterior, the inside is gorgeous!

Went for lunch with some friends. A little pricey but definitely a good bang for your buck. I am obsessed with their ceviche!! Ceviche will forever have a special place in my heart and theirs was tangy and has a good kick of spice! The main dishes were pretty big portions and their sangria is so strong. I will absolutely be coming back for the ceviche! :))) I also want to come back for dinner someday!

We made a reservation and valet parked at the side of the restaurant. It was quick and easy. The restaurant seems much smaller from the outside, but once you enter, it is huge. The staff was very friendly and we were seated quickly (even though we arrived an hour earlier than our reservation time). We were seated next to the pond with many koi fish which our kids loved. The food was phenomenal and deserving of every 5 star review it has been given. Also our server Antonio was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back even though we live almost an hour away!

A must stop if you’re in the Providence area! There is definitely a reason why this restaurant is on all the top 10 lists of restaurants around this area. Make sure if you go to make a reservation or just get there early because the wait can be long during peak times. We went in the summer and told us that they would only have tables outside for wait list, so keep that in mind. There is also a valet so you don’t have to worry about parking, which is nice. The service was phenomenal and the food came out so quick. The drinks were also fantastic; we got the pink sangria and it was very refreshing for a hot day. The Parmesan clams were so good, I wanted to eat the entire plate. The lobster paella and the panchamanca Del Mar were both delicious as well. We saw a lot of steaks pass by us along the way and they looked and smelled so great. I would recommend anything we got and also a steak as well. I’d highly recommend coming here even for special occasions if you’re in the area!

In town for business and stopped into what's one of the best restaurants in the area. Absolutely wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere, especially with the live music. I got the chef's cocktail of the week, however I also regret not getting the sangria as it looked very delicious! They have a valet service that is complimentary however tips are appreciated. Parking is pretty difficult otherwise.

We all enjoyed our dining experience here. The food was great and our waitress very good. I spent a little more than usual because it was my wife's birthday. This place is worth a try if you've never been here.

Atmosphere is the best around, sit outside it is perfect. I had the 903 Tasting everything but the fried seafood was good. The fried seafood was just dry and overcooked. But everything else was A+!

All in all a great place to eat. Really nice outside area with a koi pound which is always great to see. Staff is always great when I am there with family. It is pricey $$$ but eating here you truly get what you pay for .

Amazing food. Portions are so generous. Gabriel was awesome. Everyone from the waiting staff was so polite and so welcoming. We felt like part of the family. The atmosphere is so family friendly and awesome for big parties. Book a table ahead cause the place fills up quickly although it is huge. Awesome job all over.

Had an incredible experience for my anniversary at this beautiful restaurant. We were served by Leonardo who was so attentive and thoughtful throughout, and brought us a treat for the special day! We were serenaded by Gian Carlo, and checked in on many times throughout the night. Our waters were always full and the food came promptly. Couldn’t recommend this establishment more!
