If you're looking for a "clean" hotel at Songjeong, this is probably the cleanest you can find (less Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport which is very expensive). The rooms are clean and simple (see my photos attached) Royal Square Hotel is located around 3 minutes walk from Songjeong metro station (Line 5), so it is very convenient. However, the price is considered quite high compared to nearby motels, and they charge extra for more water bottles requested. And their restaurant at the lobby had not been in operation for a long time but the signboard is still up, confusing the visitors (and the receptionist didn't tell us about it until we asked)

My friend and I stayed here because it was fairly close to the airport when we were going to depart the next day. Rooms/beds are sized well. The hotel is very clean. It doesn't look like their steak restaurant is open anymore. The gym also looks like it's under construction. They do have breakfast but I am unsure what the cost is. This hotel is not near downtown Seoul. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you wanted to do activities in Seoul. This hotel is great if you need to be by the airport. I am a little confused because I requested airport transportation days prior to arrival and received a message from staff that my request was approved. When I arrived, the staff said they don't do that. The next day I saw a transportation car with the hotel name sitting out front waiting to load luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located near Gimpo International Airport and is just a 5 minute drive away. The area is surrounded by many shops, places to eat, and there's a Lotte Mall a good 2 minute bus ride away where you can shop for practically anything you need. The front desk ladies are very nice and so are the cute cleaning ladies. The rooms are a bit small for Western standards but it's modern, clean, and comfy. The noise levels for my light sleeping friends is doable at best but the walls are fairly thin. So it's highly advised to bring earplugs. Overall, it's a nice place to rest up until flying out to your next destination.

It's a great place near the airport because it's a three-minute drive from the airport to the hotel and a bus stop. The bedding, bathrooms, etc. are very clean and the front staff is very friendly. There is a small washing machine inside the room.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds were big and so nice to sleep in! Counter staff was not really able to converse in English when I was trying to explain the international travel adapter they provided couldn't fit the Korean sockets

Worst hotel I have ever been the door to the room opens outwards there are two separate steps which are dangerous to trip on they advertise aircon which did not work I asked reception they said it did not work because it gets cold at night they are stripping on electric it should be upto the customer it was like a sauna there is nowhere to put your case the lights are stupid they have a box with 6 touches to switch them on so in the middle of the night you are switching all on them on the toilet you only get one tissue it's that small blow your nose and it's gone. The bathroom door will not shut there's nowhere to put your clothes and there is no curtains so the water from the shower goes everywhere the only good thing about the hotel is when you are leaving

Nice value. The area has many restaurants and bars. The staff is freindly and helpful. Internet speed is very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable be and even have a small washer dryer.

No frills, well priced and perfect for a short stay/return to and from Gimpo Airport. The room had a washing machine which was very useful for the trip to Jeju and back. In the vicinity there are plenty of food options (it's Seoul after all...) also a few indoor screen golf locations to pass some time.

It is near Gimpo Airport. The value for money is excellent. I checked out early in the morning, so I couldn't eat breakfast. But I am satisfied with everything beyond my expectations.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and attentive. Make you feel relaxed and welcomed. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Washing machine also available in the room.Location is perfect. Two minutes walk to the Metro station. Airport bus drop off stop also only few minutes away. Many good restaurants around.

We were flying out of Gimpo Airport and the Royal Square in just 10 minutes by walking or car. The rooms were very comfortable with top notch shower, bedet, and very comfy beds. The rooms use space well and felt comfy and practical. There’s even a small sun porch with windows just off the sleeping area. There are a number of eateries and coffee spots close by. The staff at the front desk spoke a good bit of English such that we could communicate readily. They were very helpful with calling cabs. The hotel also has a restaurant as well as a coffee/dessert spot (a Two-some Place… chain) in the hotel. The entire hotel (in our rooms and in common spaces) was immaculately clean and pleasant to be in.

I stayed seven nights while teaching at the airport. The rooms are spotlessly clean and good enough. There is an excellent gym in the basement, but no in-house dining. The attached coffee shop opens at 8 am. Plenty of restaurants, including fast food chains, are in the area. The underground access is less than a minute away.

The biggest advantage is location. Just one station from Gimpo airport. Rooms were nice and clean.

We took a flight from Gimpo to Jeju so we stayed in this hotel which is only 10 mins away from the GMP airport. Best hotel to stay in Gimpo! The service is great, they lent us adapter for our chargers, umbrella when it was raining with no fees. We loved the layout of the rooms. They are high-tech with digital switches. The hotel is also close to restaurants, convenience store and bus station. There’s also a café in the same building if you want a quick bite. You can also walk around the area and see traditional Korean small roads.
