Please don't stay in this hotel. Everything is wrong with the hotel. It was too expensive and quality if hotel and rooms is too low. Let me start with the location of hotel. It also has public bar, so definitely not for the family to stay if you are coming late. There was stinking smell at the entrance of hotel. Lift was switched off and asked us to carry the luggage as receptionist was the only staff in the evening. He finally obliged and carried out luggage to 1st floor as we had few bags as we were traveling as a family. The room was worst. Mosquitoes greeted us and receptionist was not willing to even provide mosquito repellent. But, after insisting, he told that he will check with the manager and gave us 1. We were staying in suit, which has two rooms, so we had to compromise with ine mosquito repellent. Mattresses are old, the linen was not clean. For the extra bed, there was no bed spread. To our amazement the balcony door didn't have lock, please check the photo. I was on night duty to make sure that my family sleeps peacefully as I couldn't get sleep. The door didn't have knob to open/close. The toilet fittings are too old and rusted - toliet flush, towel holder, sink tap. There was an opening around the exhaust fan, so not that secure. Check the photos. Even fan speed controller doesn't have a knob. The basement was stinking and it had lot of alcohol bottles and there was accumulated water. I was holding my breath as much as possible, but couldn't hold it for long and had to take that bad smell. You may be wondering why did I book this hotel, answer I was short on time, didn't check individual reviews and fell for Treebo brand. One good thing was the breakfast was good and staff their was courteous. So, in conclusion never ever book room in this hotel.

This is one of the worst places to stay, the AC is on doesnt work. The lift wasnt working. The rooms were smelly. They offer free BF where everything is from outside and cold. They have big human size coolers in the room which blocks everything in the room and makes huge amount of noise.No one at the reception to respond. Worst place to stay. When you open the balcony door u say see stagnant water. The only advantage of this place is that it is opposite to Chunnambar Boat House.

Pathetic choice. Treebo has always been a great host, but this time it was a disappointment. To begin with, the entire place stinks of fish and rotten eggs. Plus, the rooms were really unhygienic with spiderwebs and dust. No toiletries nor towels were provided even when it was requested for. The linens were stained and blankets were dirty. The telephone to call the reception never worked. Eventhough the accomodation included breakfast, we could not stay there for a minute longer to even eat. We could not charge our phones too as the electric switches were faulty. Overall, it was a really pathetic and disappointing experience. I would never recommend this to anybody.

Rooms are clean but lobby and cafeteria area had a permanent smell of fish. Please avoid this hotel if you're a vegetarian.

Very worst services. Someone going to book this hall for function, Don't book there. I booked hall for my son 1st birthday function. They told servant will come for clean the dining area but before the function starts only they are saying all maid was leave. When I ask manager, He was saying like what we can do if they took leave, such an irresponsible answer. Atlast we only managed everything. All food wastage and everything they kept in car parking itself and very bad smell overthere. I never seen like this kind of hotel.

This is the pathetic place I ever stayed in my life. I am a pure vegetarian and I booked this hotel online. Please don't go by photos. This is very ugly and unhygienic place. Always there is a foul smell of fish. We booked accommodation with breakfast but we didn't even ask about breakfast because we could not stand for more than five minutes outside our room anywhere in the hotel. The room had spider webs, door handle was broken, none of the electric switches were operational. Asked for iron, denied right away. We booked a big room for 3 adults and one child and for that they gave just one water bottle and when asked for extra bottle they asked for money. Please never ever book this hotel. May be it can be good if you love fish and want to be near Paradise beach because this place is just opposite to the place from where you can book boat ⛵ to Paradise beach. Rooms was perfect well maintained good, good location, Family high class restaurant, high class A/C Bar all in one place, the behaviour of the staffs is very nice services

Worst hotel i have ever seen ,on reaching even after check in time ,their room was not ready , we waited for 2 hours at reception till the room was ready ,we booked for 2 days but they don't bother to clean the room on second day , n their reception person say if u have issue cancel the booking look for other hotel , we have already many customers as we have hotel in front of boat house so we will have bookings always ,ek customer se kuch ni hota

Decent a very good hotel and room r very clean and service is super don't mis it.

The reason i had to give low rating is that because there is a marriage hall & bar suitated in the same building and their kitchen was in the same floor as we stayed(1st floor) i guess, where we continuously got cooking exhausted smell throughout our stay which caused us little uncomfortable. And even if the website shows the room could accommodate 3 adults (i booked through agoda), you should pay additional for extra bed. Other than these no issues for us,as there many free rooms that 1 night we booked, we could get room even after late check-in.

The rooms aren't that great, but they're not bad either. The washrooms are usable. The sheets and towel are clean. Location is right in front of paradise ferry. 4 stars for good staff behavior.

Hotel is ok, I would say manageable only. You have to speak to reception multiple time to get basic things like soap, towels, etc. Rooms are big enough. Beds are small to accommodate 2 + 1 kid Area us good for the people wants to go to Paradise beach. Paradise beach boating point is located just opposite to this hotel.

Such a horrible experience we had in this hotel – 14th to 16th of January’2023 We 2 families along with children been to Pondicherry and stayed in this hotel for 2 days. 1. No response from the staff – AC not working, No Phone in the room, Balcony was full of dust, etc... 2. No Cleaning – For two days no room cleaning has been done by the hotel staff, I am fed up telling them what to do. 3. No Hygiene room maintenance 4. Old property ( old wine in a new bottle) 5. The biggest issue was Parking, a very congested back-to-back should part. If the first person would need his car then rest of the 3 cars should be taken out. 6. All the Bar & waste food was dumped at the Parking place. 7. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to families, and suitable for bachelors. The only good thing that happened in this Era was the “Jallikattu” (out side Restaurant) the food was too good and the staff was awesome in serving.

The hotel rooms are very ordinary for the price. Though rooms are spacious but basically nothing is good.

Worst experience - worst stay ; whole night there was noise from neighbour steel factory. Non stop noise due machine operating from the factory. Worst ever stay

Car parking is bit challenging. Located just in front of Boathouse , Cuddalore Road suitable for Tourists. If you are planning for any family function please think twice with respect to the number of guest. Dinning hall is not big , lacks AC, fans are not fully functioning with rotation feature. A big, very old tree is very near by this hotel that has live hood of 100 birds and you could listen to the sound every evening and morning.
