(Translated by Google) The place is very warm and it is very well paved to walk, it is advisable to use a good sunscreen and bring an umbrella because the sun shines all the time... The entrance to the obelisk is free but going up the tower does have a cost, the tower has 15 floors where 13 floors are raised by elevator and three on foot, when descending they are lowered on foot, up the tower you can only stay 15 minutes and the tour is guided, the use of face masks is mandatory... at the moment They don't charge admission but usually they do... There are several shops to buy souvenirs and outside the obelisk there is a gazebo with a spot shaded by trees and a grocery store and restaurant.

Beautiful view of the Llanos. 258 steps to go up the tower. For the moment, the entry is free.

It's even more beautiful at sunset between 5:30-6:00 pm. Elevator was broken tho, but stairs are not that difficult.

Lots of potential, poor implementation. The souvenir stores are nice though.
