I can’t say enough good things about this tour!! It was world-class. Thoroughly planned from start to finish. Our guide, Freddie, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He really wanted us to have a good time. He taught us so much and worked hard to find the coolest wildlife. The food was spectacular- so fresh and such large portions. This tour had the perfect amount of relaxation and adventure. The rooms at the Tambopata Lodge were stunning. Very clean and comfy. Everyone was so helpful, even when the tour was supposed to be over they helped us get to the airport and ensure our flights were good to go. Book this tour!!! You won’t regret it.

Jungle Pro completely exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, Oscar answered all of our questions about not only the tour, but also how to get to the area and COVID testing for our flight back. Once we were there everything was handled with ease. We were picked up from the airport and for the next 3 days we had no worries! Our guide Yuri was wonderful, showing us some amazing animals and being a great companion along the way. It’s crazy the things they point out to you that you would have totally missed. The food was plentiful and great along the whole way. Finca Sachavacayoc (the lodge that they own) is amazing - it is beautiful and peaceful. You have all the creature comforts you need (hot water in a really comfortable shower, electricity, great comfortable beds with memory foam pillows, hammocks outside your room), but you still feel completely embedded in nature. We even had a troop of squirrel monkeys go through the lodge grounds which was amazing. It is also just beautifully designed. Everything we did was watching nature as it really happens - no planned photo ops with captive animals as happens in other tours. They clearly love what they do and the animals that surround them. Can not highly recommend them enough!

Amazing tour! Very well organized, Yuri was a great guide and it was a lot of fun with him. The lodge is very beautiful, comfortable and cozy. The food is great and the communication was perfect. Would definitely do it again!

Over Silvester 22 we spent a 3-day / 2-nights tour at the Jungel Pro-Lodge "Sachavacayoc". With Joel, we had a great guide! He had a huge knowledge about the fauna and flora of the Peruvian jungle. On the tours with joel (on the river and walking in the forest during day and night time) we saw numerous animals like capybaras, macaws, parrots, an anaconda, howler monkeys and many more... Even if we had lots of programme, we had time to relax and enjoy our cottage with a balcony and the obligatory hammock. ;-) Out lodge was great: very clean and lovely furnished. Also the food was great! All in all we would definitely recommend Jungle Pro Tours in Puerto Maldnado for an impressive an informative tour in the Perouvian Jungle!

Great everything from airport pickup to drop off. The lodge is perfectly located halfway between Puerto Maldonado & the Macaw clay lick. Oscar, Freddy, the guide and everyone was perfect, the food delicious and the program just about right - time to rest between activities. Btw, Peru is safe (after the protests) and it does have its advantages to come now - there are almost no other tourists here 😎

Me and my fiance just came back from a 5-day tour with JunglePro. It couldn't have been better. From planning to conducting all was excellent. I really recommend this local tour provider. The contact in advance with Oscar via whatsapp was great. Oscar is the chef of JunglePro. He always replied prompt to all our questions. JunglePro is reliable and has an extremely good price-performance ratio. We were picked up on time at the agreed meeting point. We could deposit the luggage we didn't need during the tour at the JunglePro office. It was kept safe there. Our guide was Fredy. A very nice, experienced guide. Thanks to him we had a great time, we learned a lot about the jungle, heard some great anecdotes and saw a lot of animals: capivaras, caimans, agoutis, macaws, parrots, many different species of birds and monkeys, tarantulas, possums, sloths, piranhas, snakes, bats. We did many activities: day and night hikes, boat tours, piranha fishing, visit to the macaw clay licks. We stayed one night at Casa Sandoval and 4 nights at Finca Sachavacayoc. Casa Sandoval is only accessible via a 3 km long jungle hike over a wooden boardwalk followed by a boat trip across Lake Sandoval with a canoe. The lake and the landscape are breathtakingly beautiful - almost magical. Casa Sandoval has everything you need. Everything is clean, the food is excellent, the hosts are extremely nice. The cold beer in the evening tastes particularly good considering that it was carried just with manpower the 3 km long jungle path, across the lake by canoe and then up the stairs to the accommodation. Finca Sachavacayoc is in my opinion a first class jungle accommodation that is certainly not inferior to the expensive well-known accommodations in the region. Great comfy beds, great big bathrooms. everything is clean The food here was also very tasty. The kitchen even baked a birthday cake for my fiance. The surprise was great. These guys are an excellent choice for a multi-day Amazon rainforest tour. Everything was very easy to organise, no payment until we arrived at the office. They brought us to and from the airport. At the office we met our amazing guide Pepe. The lodge downriver was amazing. All meals included were three-courses and full of fresh food, everything was delicious. Our guide Pepe was so nice and knowledgeable he made sure we got the most out of our trip.

Best tour we‘ve done! Everything was perfectly organized. The food was super yummy. Our guide Freddy was super competent and funny. His knowledge about the jungle was huge! The staff at the lodges were also super friendly and helpful (especially Marco). We saw a lot of animals like Caymans, Capybaras, monkeys and tarantulas. We felt safe at every time! I had a great experience with jungle pro tours. Our guide Joel was very knowledgeable and gave us great descriptions of the area, Forest, flora and fauna. The stay was basic and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food which was local, authentic and super tasty. We saw many animals and birds for a low season.

We had a wonderful time during our 3N/4D trip and saw so many animals and learned sooo much about the way of the jungle thanks to our guide Freddie who grew up in the jungle and worked hard to spot the animals for us. The food was abundant and very nice. The lodge was a tropical dream with a comfy bed and nice shower. The boat you will sit in for many hours had comfortable chairs and the captains are impressive navigators (also in the dark) We are traveling with our own motorhome and for us it was a superservice that we could park it secure there for the days we we’re gone. They even got our flat tyre fixed for us when we were on the tour. Super Oscar was very fast replying to all my questions prior to our trip about the parking.

Exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The staff, especially Pepe we’re so friendly and hospitable. He was so knowledgeable and passionate.The food was excellent. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Great common areas including a full bar! Things to know… Wi-Fi in common areas only until 10pm. Fans in rooms only until 6pm. Hot water! make sure to read their instructions sent by email. Prepare to sweat, and pack accordingly!

We did the 3D/2N tour staying at Finca Sachavacayoc. Everything about this trip was well organised and so memorable. Our guide Freddie was extremely knowledgeable about the jungle and we saw everything from snakes, tarantulas, capybara, caiman and more. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious and the food at the lodge was excellent, three courses and very fresh. The staff at the lodge and office were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend booking a tour with Jungle Pro.

Excellent tour we really had a blast on the all in one 4 day/3 night. So much to see and hear and the food was great.
