This is a medical diagnostic's facility equipped with the latest technology in examination of virtually anything that needs to be examined on the body. It is staffed by doctors specializing in specific Heath conditions. One of the very few facilities of it's kind in Mexico. Appointments are required and a referral for any test is recommended from a physician. Most insurance plans are accepted. The staff if friendly, efficient and highly trained in their field. Once the tests are completed the results are delivered to the treating physician or a specialist for follow-up. The facility is not a hospital or where one would go for treatment other than comprehensive testing.

Tourists - don’t go here for a COViD rapid test!!! They never send you the results, even after calling them. They said they would and they never do. Heed my warning!

Great experience. Loved it. I arrived 15 min before my appointment, but they called me back at exactly my appointment time. Top of the line equipment, and sparkling office... there was a woman moping the already-pristine floor as I sat in the waiting room. There was a very nice hostess that greeted me and got me started at the front desk, where the staff were very friendly and helpful. My mammogram technician, Julia, was as very friendly and professional as could be; she took a lot of time with me, and made me feel at ease. When I was finished with the scan, she told me my results would be ready in 30 minutes, however it only took about 8 minutes. I would definitely return.

So far, I'm please with this place! Had a contrast CT scan done at good price and good equipments too.

The reviews below are mostly about the appointment scheduling. My experience wasn’t too great either with scheduling an appointment: I made an appointment by WhatsApp. When I call the next day to be sure the appointment was made, there was no appointment.. so I made a new appointment. When I called the next day, it was still scheduled. So for visitors I would recommend to double check your appointment, and for the clinic I would recommend to have a better routine for saving appointments. After having said that: the service in the clinic was great. My appointment was at 10am, and the service started at 10am. The staff was very helpful. A lady named Sandra was taking care of me like an aunt. It felt very welcoming. The tests went smooth and the equipment that is used seems modern. The procedures are in Spanish and a some of the staff speak also English.

I had sprained my foot and was worried it was broken. The worry was ruining my vacation. Dr. Fidel Correa did an awesome job x-raying my foot and ankle. Very professional and quick work. Left the office with my x-rays in ten minutes and at an extremely reasonable price. Saved tons of money over going to St. Javier Hospital!
