Why, if I make a purchase do I need to spend money on a bag, 15 Pesos? They send you out the store with your entire purchase in your hands! So, I can go into another store and be harassed on the way out for "stealing!" Jeeze, if I'm spending money in your store please give me a bag for my merchandise!

Finally found my running shoes, Brooks, unfortunately they did not have the ones I was looking and they have really small selection of shoes. Eventhough I ordered online.

The store at La Isla is huge — two floors and nice looking. It stocks virtually no inventory. The most recent addition to the online inventory was not in the store and could only purchased online — technical shoes you can’t try on???!!! The girl who started to attend us had nothing with which to measure feet, and knew nothing about her products. Seemingly reached for one of the higher priced shoes. Disappeared in the middle of waiting on us. We left and will not return. Nor can we recommend the place.

I’m a tall guy... they have very little selection of larger shoes above US 10. Bought some shoes, some of the only ones they had in my size 12. Wore them for 2 seconds and decided they were actually too small. Tried to return said shoes 2 days later, could not return them so now I’m stuck with shoes that are too small... That I can return to try and trade the shoes for a different one when they are brand new, and 2 days old is a no go for me and my shopping experience.
