Kenia was my technician and she took her time and did a great thorough job. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They offered me as well as any clients coming in something to drink. It was a pleasant experience and Kenia did a great job.

Most of the reviews are old and I thought I’d share a recent experience. Really disappointed with the quality of the service for the price I paid. - Environment was uncomfortable and not welcoming. - If you’re not a regular they don’t treat you the same. - Nail debris / fluffs are in the air and get under nail polish part (see pic) - Shellac done on hands and feet and nails had bubbles, debris and were very uneven. When asked if they could fix it (I kindly asked twice) they made it seem as if it was my fault. She fixed it but it ended up worse as she just rushed and slapped it on. - There is no ventilation so it smells like harsh chemicals in there. I would not recommend going to this place.

Great little nail salon! Very clean, professional and friendly. Did a superb job on my manicure. It had been six months since my best manicure and my cuticles were horribly overgrown and dry. April did a wonderful job on my hands not just "painted" my nails. Highly recommend.Do not hesitate to setup an appointment with them. You can thank me later. 😉

Super nice staff (they offered tea or coffee!), had a lovely relaxing pedicure. Very reasonable prices, and a vast selection of polish. I opted for gel (both Mani and Pedi) so it'll last. This was my second time here, and I will be back.

I got a wonderful pedicure here today! Everything was carefully done with extreme attention to detail, and everyone working there was so nice. I enjoyed my time here more than nail salons in the US.

My daughter and I really wanted to get pedicures when we arrived in Puerto Vallarta. I messaged the Nail Bar before we left Canada - we had an appointment booked without issue - when we arrived, the lovely ladies made sure we were so comfortable. The atmosphere is professional/cute. The care these women took to make sure our experience was memorable was “chefs kiss”. I will be going back again when we return. I absolutely recommend the nail bar for your fingers or your toes! I’m certain all of their services are excellent tho. Check them out! A happy Canadian 🥰

Great price! Beautiful nails! Did a walk in and took care of me right away!! Took there time with making sure my cuticles were cut back and nails were even for my gel manicure! Will definitely be coming back for pedicures next time!!

my friend and i really wanted to get our nails done while we were in PV, and we were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the nail bar was! i did not catch the name of my nail tech, but everyone was very professional and talented. she even was able to do this design! i am super impressed.
