Worst customer service and very dirty! Lady was cleaning and people was forced to move in order for her to clean with a really smelly mop. It took 40minutes to get a simple 2 meal take away. In the kitchen the cleanliness is dar from safe people are able to see whats going inside! A bad reputation for burger king international!

Wait time is ridiculous. Just one cashier open and one guy in the kitchen with a tone of people.. Probably took 30 - 40 minutes to get food from entering the place...

It was my first bad experience at any burger king I have visited. When I got there I saw 2 cashiers and another person helping. As soon as I ordered one of the cashier's and the helper went away. The place was busy with plenty of orders taken. I saw the manager has summoned everyone to the back for a meeting. In the middle of a rush. The remaining cashier kept on taking orders. Food started piling up and nobody was being served. We stood there for 10 minutes until I told the only cashier that the food was getting cold. She told me that she was the only one there and had plenty to do. Then one of the people in the back came around and started getting the orders. By the time I got my food, the fries were cold and stiff. They tasted more like greasy potatoes than fires. My crispy chicken burger was cold as well. I complained but nothing was done. I went upstairs and tried to eat my food. I only ate half of it because I was hungry otherwise I would have thrown it all away. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this burger king.

A typical Burger King. However the food was made fresh when we ordered it and was quite delicious. There's no real ambiance it looks like a fast food restaurant and I will say the service is pretty slow.

After 4 years of no McDonald's or Burger king, I finally broke down and had a whopper. Not too bad at all. Probably hit them up in another 4 years for round two..

The food is 100% USA Burger King GOOD! The staffing is poor, (understaffed). The seating upstairs is GREAT! Lots of room and AIR CONDITIONING. 14/16 peso ice cream cones is good ! Coupons is very good. 90 pesos for cheese whopper combo with an ice cream cone 👍🤪

We all know this particular time of the year it can get very hot, so it's very nice to escape from the heat and enjoy your favorite combo. Of course with all Covid precautions, it's also very convenient if you are taking a stroll around the Church or old city hall. Enjoyed lunch with friends, very comfortable atmosphere.

I had a King Burger and the middle bun was inedible. It was as hard as a rock. Once I removed it, I was able to eat my burger. Everything else was ok but the fries were not hot and I needed to put salt on them. There is no outside seating but there is a plaza across the road. Inside seating consists of several tables on the main floor and lots of upstairs seating. Also upstairs are the washrooms. They were clean and well stocked.

Great tasty food and the air conditioning the best it feels great while you eating after a long day in the beach
